My favorite is their fried boneless chicken leg, which would be offered for free if your order is over $50. It tastes almost the same as the one I had in Taiwan. It's crispy on the outside and super tender on the inside. Another dish that I love from here is the braised beef noodles soup. The broth was so flavorful and the meat was super soft. It's the best that I have had in the Stl area. Other dishes that I would recommend are the Hakka stir fried and the fish with black bean sauce but overall you can't really go wrong with anything. What amazes me is that all these amazing dishes were prepared by one person, who was also the owner.
