To my extreme relief, Janet answered the phone and was calm and understanding. She was able to reach out to Ernesto who was willing to come to our party. Ernesto arrived on time, cooked delicious tacos and churros, and was fun and friendly to all of our guests. He was definitely a crowd favorite! They were making the pizza right there and each pizza was being ready in 3 mins! The employees were super nice and attentive. Jay's makes the whole process easy and seamless. We worked with Brittany, and she was such a joy to work with. She kept us informed and helped us every step in the process. Their tasting events also are very helpful in choosing the menu for your event.
