My experience with Z Design is a negative 5, sales peoples extremely rude, arrogant, their inventory not price, so you have to ask. Their contractor "Charles" claiming to be the owner, didn't show up to appointment, without any apology. Their Contractor license is under Wanyi Zhao, none of their workers speak a word in English! Is it crossing the line expecting businesses to respectfully communicate in English in a predominantly English speaking country?
