I called the number to schedule an appt. After finding them on the dentical website! They have 12 offices. Gave the person my child's info, got a link. Had trouble with the link scheduling an appt. So I called the number back to get the Temecula office. Only to find out they don't see patients under 14 and the Endodontist there doesn't take denti-cal. Waste of time for me. The Zak Dental staff that is actually on-site is inviting, understanding, and easy to work with. However, anytime you need to reschedule, confirm your appointment or cancel an appointment they have you go through the call center. The call center is seemingly not even connected to the Zak Dental office that I go to. They have rescheduled me to a day that the office already has fully booked, they have booked me for an appointment that I am not even due for and they have canceled my appointments without my consent. I have wasted so much time driving up to the dentist just to sit in the waiting room for 20 min to find out that I am not even due for a treatment, exam or cleaning of any kind. Please update the phone number online and the phone number that is used for communication to be the actual office instead of the call center. read more

Disappointed and shocked at how they run this dental place. It was a waste of our time. I scheduled an appointment for my son. They completed his x-rays. The consultation was then virtual with a dentist and a treatment coordinator. The cost for treatment was estimated at 7k and $ 2,700k out of pocket ( wisdom extraction). I took my son to another dental place in Oceanside to get a second opinion and the cost was $0 out of pocket for the same treatment. I hate to say it - but this place is a scam. Avoid it!
