The food is fresh and delicious & drinks are authentically Peruvian and so refreshing. Really enjoyed their patio. Good service!

I always enjoy different ethnic foods so when I remembered that I was near Zambrano's I had to go. When you are inside it is more clear what kind of food this is which I like. Great options on the menu and good portions.

Boy oh boy!!!! Let me tell yall something about this little gem tucked off in Edmond!!! First off their ceviche is full of flavor!!! And they have a good selection of different ceviches!!! I also had the lomo soltado which was amazing and full of flavor!!! The staff was awesome and super friendly. The decorative interior of this place is so beautiful and gives you an awesome Peruvian vibe!!!!! Authentic flavors, vibe, and friendly atmosphere are definitely going to bring us back again and again!!!!!

This place is delicious! The staff is so nice and attentive. The decor is great with murals and Peruvian figures. The food had great flavor and they provided recommendations that were worth it. I would go back again.

Peruvian chicken with green sauce, one of my all-time-favorites. Although the Peruvian restaurant has wonderful authentic menu dishes, I have to have their delicious roasted chicken. (The chicken is marinated in soy sauce, lime juice, cumin, oregano, and other delicious spices - the flavor is phenomenal). For an appetizer, we ordered pork tamale wrapped in banana leaves instead of corn husk, unique flavor - absolutely delicious. My hubby ordered 'Lomo Saltado' which is a popular traditional stirfry dish, marinated sirloin strips with tomatoes, cilantro, onions, served with french fries. I ordered half roasted chicken, my two sides were green rice (cilantro, peas, and carrots) and fried yuca (tastic french fries). Both dishes are served with their creamy green sauce, little spicy and delicious. Peruvian decor, very festive, friendly customer service.

So the first time we went to Zambrano's just after it opened we were not impressed. We love the owner's other restaurant (Naylamp in South OKC). We were hoping for more of the same just in a closer to us location. Initially, they had some weird significantly less portioned sized menu items. I disliked it very much. I was grumpy for a whole day after eating there the first time. We gave it another go after seeing so many 5/5 star reviews. I'm SO GLAD we gave it another try. They've overhauled their menu and it's glorious. It's regular portion sizes (thank heavens) and a traditional Peruvian menu (not trying to be fancy). Peruvian food has so many complex wonderful flavors and its food that's exudes generosity in both flavors and the way it fills the soul. When they first moved in, they had a stingy menu, but stingy menu no more! I was so delighted with our recent dining experience. We got a Pollo la Brasa meal (whole chicken, salad, and fries) and it was spectacular. The salad took me to Peru! It's an authentic (generously portioned) Peruvian salad--YUM!! I'm so happy to have Zambrano's Peruvian Cuisine in Edmond. They have struck gold with their Pollo la Brasa dining experience and their causa hit the spot too! While I may make better Pisco sours at home, their's is a worthy effort. If you like Inca Kola (I'm talking to you, Peruvians) they have that also. July 2023

You. Must. Eat. Here. Seriously, you must go as soon as you are able. The place is relatively new place. The owner/manager/bartender is fantastic. He answered all our questions and also educated us a lot about Peruvian foods. The place is decorated nicely and I loved the outdoor area (even though it was too cool to set outside). Start with a Pisco Sour. Sublime. Then nosh on some Papa Rellanas (fried potato dough stuffed with meat). Delicious. Our table sampled the ceviche. Perfect. The Lomo Saltado. Tasty. And the Seco de Carne. This latter dish was mine and I LOVED it. It's a beef stew (so tender) on top of mashed beans (so delicious) served with rice and pickled onions. I would order this again and again. It was not too crowded when we were there but I hope that this place gets the crowds soon. Really, you must eat here!

What a great little restaurant. The atmosphere was very authentic with large wall murals. The staff was friendly and helpful. Even the owner stopped by and visited for moment which only made the esperience better. It's not often you visit a place where your see the love and passion for the food and guest experience. The food was absolutely superb! Can't wait to go back and try other items on the menu! Would highly recommend!

It has great flavor and grilled perfectly to our liking. The sea bass was flavorful and the chicken was tender and delicious. Curan, our server, was excellent! The only thing I didn't like much is the lack of lighting all around. We had one artificial tea light in our small table for two and we could hardly see our food.

When we got there, we had a great table, but the sign wasn't on the table. I asked the server and he said he would get it. An hour and a half later, another server finally found a sign for us. Our server took our order and it would take 30 minutes plus to get a drink. We were all very patient because it was packed and I'm sure it was taking a while to make all the drinks at the bar. Our server must've had several tables because we didn't see him very often. We started ordering drinks two at a time because we wouldn't see him for 20 to 30 minutes. The entertainment consisted of two women dressed up like disco balls and another person dressed up in a disco ball suit. They would walk around and dance. It was cool, but I kind of thought from the advertisement that there would be more. At the end, we waited for like 15-20 minutes to get our check and finally asked another server to get it for us. He told our waiter. We got our check and we all had 23% gratuity automatically attached to it. I wasn't aware that it would be 23% and had we had an attentive waiter, that probably would've been OK. I love La Brasa's ambience, but I feel like for those events they need more bartenders and/or servers. Overall, I would probably go again because it really is a vibe, but be prepared to wait quite a while for your drink.

Got three things - their pastelitos maiz, which are like corn based empanadas filled with rice and beef. We LOVED it - so good with the little slaw and pickled onions they served it with. And great portions too! Also got parrillada la fonda - which was their meat sampler served with some slaw, beans, and fried green plantains. Pros - literally everyrhing. Meats were seasoned and grilled great, and we loved the sauce that it was served with. Seemed like some kind of hot sauce + sour cream? Whatever it was, it was DELICIOUS. We looooved it. I also got one order of the catrachas to try - the menu doesn't say what it was so we were totally gambling on what it was, but it's a fried corn tortilla, topped with beans, pickled onions, and some cheese. Tortilla was a little soggy by the time it got to us but I bet it'd be delicious in store. All in all, loved the food. We'll go back in person one day so we can see the ambience and comment a little on the service, but for now - the food will keep us coming back for sure!

They just threw it together in one box squeezed all together but no doubt the sauce that was on the chicken was sweet and sour and just perfectly delicious for the chicken. The chicken was crunchy somewhat but soggy towards the bottom due to the sauce being all in. I also got some of the corn Karipap looking pie which had rice and beef on the inside. That dough was a little too salty but the beef on the inside was just sooo good.
