The sign on the restaurant building now says "Taco N Todo" but they're not using the building yet at the time of this review (September 2026) but, instead have a food truck and a covered open-air dining room. There is no AC. Most people order take-out at this point, but it was late enough the heat was tolerable, a breeze was blowing, so I chose to dine in. I was greeted upon my arrival by the servers who did an exceptional job explaining what they had to offer. They have several kinds of tacos, panchos, sincronizadas, baked potatoes (topped with meat or plain, quesadillas, espadas, lonches, tortas, burgers, hot dogs, charro beans, birria, family platters, and more. I chose a pineapple flavored Jarritos soft drink, 3 Matamoros tacos (fajita, avocado and queso fresco) and two tacos of jalapeños rellenos with fajita and mozzarella cheese.
