Poor Communication and Subpar Work…read more I would not recommend this office. My experience was painful, unprofessional, and financially frustrating. Lack of Pain Management: When they removed my temporary crown, I was in significant pain. The dentist didn't explain why and only gave me a local injection after I practically begged for it. After the shot, the dentist left and never spoke to me again. Poor Workmanship: A hygienist - not the dentist - replaced the crown with temporary cement. It was seated unevenly, meaning it's now the only tooth that touches my top row, causing constant pain. Insurance & Referral Issues: I was referred to an orthodontist to fix the mess, but because this office already started the work, my insurance now covers 0% of the follow-up. Had I been referred correctly from the start, it would have been covered. (This sort of mistake is typically understandable oversight - but the lack of support after and persistent billing attempts make it clear this is emblematic of the practice.) Billing Over Care: The office has made zero effort to follow up on my unfinished, painful procedure, yet they constantly contact me for payment. Interestingly, the bill gets smaller every time I complain and every time its an "accident" that wont happen again. Bottom line: They seem more interested in my money than my dental health. Dr. Trang had to repair an all on four. When I went in for the installation, his dental hygienist…read morenoticed a crack. Dr. Trang said he'd warranty the repair for two months - otherwise I'd need to leave the appliance with him and leave the office with no front teeth. I had to find a time that I could be without teeth for four days, and also find those four days to synchronize with his two alternate days per week he was in the office. I contacted his office the sixth of eight weeks he had allotted. I waited a week to hear back - and nothing. I called the following week and was told they would consult with him and get back to me with his availability. I waited another full week. I called to follow up the first day of the ninth week to let them know I still had not heard from them. I was told I was past the warranty period and they would not honor the repair. I was told they called me but my voice mail was full so they could not leave a message. They called only once. Flash back the my inquiry about the needed repair. They returned the call and gave me a price of $360.00. Four days later they called me back again, left a message to contact them. When I returned the call, they told me the price would now $500.00. And then again in a few days raising it to $800.00 for the repair. I gave them the go ahead. They called two more times reminding of the appointment and to double check both times that I would bring the $800.00 with me for the time of the service and that I was aware of the price increase. In total, they contacted me six times about price, re-confirmation of price and to ensure I knew I'd need to pay at the time of the appointment. They deliberately strung out my return call for the warranty repair and then cancelled the warranty on a several day 'past date' technicality that they created. Having made six calls about price, and eight total including appointment confirmation - they made only one call, leaving no message deliberately riding out the warranty period. Bear in mind they have my email address, and could certainly try a second call out on a warranty that was necessary because of Dr. Trang's failed repair. They kept the $800.00 and refused to fix the faulty work of their lab. A failure they should have discovered by checking the quality prior to my appointment. So I asked for my dental records. They never provided them. come to find out after reporting them to the Arizona Board of Dental Examiners - they never created a treatment plan. Dr. Trang intentionally deprived me of a repair for his faulty work - set a timeline for the repair to be initiated, and then strung out communication until they ran me out of an arbitrary warranty period he offered off the cuff at the moment he should have been installing the appliance, but couldn't 't for the faulty workmanship and discovery of a crack their lab produced and overlooked. NEVER go to this facility or this doctor.

I will be submitting a client complaint to the dentistry board and find out if I can get somebody's license revoked this is just unacceptable. What I'm going through now is just horrible! And this is just blatant negligence on their part. They should be ashamed of themselves.

He can't take responsibility for his actions/mistakes. They are so busy they can't fill a simple cavity. They let you stay in pain until it turns into a root canal or worse. Then they send you elsewhere to get the root canal done. Find a dentist that can fit you in if you have a dental emergency because losing a tooth isn't worth a dentist that doesn't care.
