I was racially profiled simply for having a stroller. The top flight security woman stopped me at the door and asked me to open my bags. I showed her they were shoe boxes from foot locker which I had previously purchased before entering Zara. She then insisted I remove them from my stroller and continuously stated "LET ME SEE YOU DONT HAVE IT". While all this is happening I have a toddler running around and my 8 year old scared and confused as to why the woman is yelling at me, while my 8 month old is waiting on us to leave. This woman not only harassed and accused me but she also took a picture of me and said "I have a picture of you". She said I wasn't free to go until I removed the bags from my stroller and if I left she already got the picture. Whatever that meant. I stayed there for 15-20 minutes waiting as she supposedly had called for backup. It was the most embarrassing moment I've ever experienced.

Anybody notice the stickers on their price tags? take it off and you will always see a different price. I found a pants at the store that had a $29.90 sticker but rung up for $59.90 at the kiosk. The worker immediately runs and takes the sticker off and tells us that the sticker was a mistake but that the real price was $49.90. I bought it anyways. Then I order the same pants online in a different color and they charged me $59.90 but look what the tags says once I received it and peeled the sticker off.

LA County Consumer Law that says "consumers are entitled to the lowest posted/advertised price offered by the store".

EXTREMELY RUDE EMPLOYEES! The cashier tried to refuse to honor the price written on the item I wanted to purchase. When I pointed out to the cashier (lady with red hair) that she scanned the item price that's different to the posted price, she rudely muttered something under her breath and then denied saying anything after I asked her to repeat what she had just said. On top of this, when my husband pointed out the LA county consumer law sticker posted behind the CASHIER SCREEN that says the "customers are entitled to the lowest advertised/posted price", the cashier turned the screen to look at the sticker and rudely said "I don't know what that sticker is or why they put it there, I don't even know what that means." What? She's a cashier and she doesn't know LA county law which their store policy should abide by? And finally, she was rude to my husband when he asked to speak to a manager. Then all the employees behind the counter just kept saying "well it's a brand new item, why was it tagged with a discount?" "And it's the only one by itself too". How is that my problem as a paying customer? What she tried to do which is charge me the higher price is ILLEGAL as per LA county law! To all the customers who have had this experience, please know you can complain to the LA County using the number/website on the sticker in the photo attached!

How is the maternity selection at this location? (Great maternity selection on the website, but I always find the brick-and-mortar stores usually have a smaller selection...But I need to try things on in-store instead of buying online)

This location does not carry any maternity clothes, neither do most Zara locations. You'll be able to find it only online, hope this answered your question.

Super organized and it adds on a little something to the Los Cerritos mall.

The SERVICE was friendly and I told Viraj I think was what her name was what color and style I wanted. I also gave her my budget And she stayed within the budget... I wanted a GLAMOROUS outfit for a piano performance video for my YouTube channel (I'm trying to learn an Indian song & will come back and post here later) so please stay tuned and also I wanted to wear it to a party and special occasions. I wanted to stay within the $200 budget. I tried on 3 outfits and I really like 2 out of 3 outfits... The 3rd OUTFIT was a bit out of my budget and it needed altering but, I fell in love with the dresses and begged them to give me a reasonable price and they did!!!... I'm so HAPPY with my outfit!!! ALTERATIONS were done in the store and it took 30-45 minutes!!!! That's enough time to walk around or to grab dessert and come back. My only concern is I hope the stitching for the three hooks don't get looser over time... LOVELEEN SARI PALACE IS LOVELY!!!!!

Their attitude also made a big difference, I felt comfortable being open and engaged rather than timidly walking around stressed. Even with a tight budget, I still felt like I had real choices. That's what earned my trust, and it's why I'd trust them to help you find the right outfit too. After a long, overwhelming weekend of online shopping, I booked an 11:15 AM Saturday appointment (first of the day). I was very upfront: $100 per outfit, two outfits needed, one for the Sangeet and one for the wedding ceremony, with specific color requirements from the bride and groom. They appreciated the clarity (You might be thinking, "$100???" I fully expect a few eye rolls when my purse strings are tight, there are reasons for it, so I'm especially grateful when someone can roll with my quirks.) I only tried on five outfits and walked out with two. Seerat was incredibly kind and patient, helping me with buckles and zippers when I started to struggle. Lata has a strong eye for color and was thoughtful and compassionate throughout, especially in helping me stay within my budget while still meeting the dress code. Like most places, all sales are final, so you do need to be sure. That said, it was absolutely worth the 30-minute drive. By noon, my biggest headache was solved. Efficient, professional, and a genuinely good experience.

When I entered I was immediately greeted with tremendous hospitality and was asked whether I needed any help and if I was looking for anything specific. I mentioned the wedding I was going to and the employee asked if I was looking for a cape or bolero and I said I was looking more for a bolero and something more modern. Then he directed me to a few pieces that I was really impressed with their originality. Being Filipino myself I have appreciated the traditional barong and Filipinana attire but have also come to admire how the modern take on the classic has elevated what Filipino fashion means today and Noble Creations really has mastered this. The clothing is really beautiful and several are just works of art. Really stunning! Prices are also quite reasonable for the quality and come in a variety of budgets. The bolero I selected was quite unique, have never seen anything like it, so it was a bit on the pricer side at $125 but I'm really happy with it and also feel like it's something I can definitely wear to many events in the future! Definitely will come back to pick up other unique pieces! As it is located in a mini mall there is plenty of parking outside but make sure you don't park in the allocated spots by the liquor store as marked.
