It seemed to be a half bird all chopped up, I used my hands to pull all the meat off of the bones. A boneless version is available too. This dark brown rich curry reminded me of butter chicken but with less tomato. The sauce was smooth and delicious, medium heat was verging on spicy for me, but I'll stick with it. A few whole chili peppers were added to it. It didn't come with rice so I ordered garlic naan. The generous amount of garlic was much appreciated and when reheated was a very good naan. This was such a good meal I almost came back a day or 2 after to take advantage of the lunch specials. These come with rice and salad.
