The service is great in this location. They always have a good selection of clothing and shoes. I love coming here when I need to get something to wear to an event. The value of the clothes is very well and substantial. My dollar bills appreciate it very much, so. I also love shopping here in the summer. Because they're ripped jeans and crop.Tops always fit so well and not to mention.Their sandals are really cute as well,For a good price. They also have accessories here, so it's like a one-stop shop! I wanted to share my experience with an employee named Randy (could be Mandy)?who was working the women's fitting room. She appeared to be a young African American woman, around my age, which I mention only to help identify the employee. I understand that retail can be stressful I previously worked in retail myself, so I know firsthand how demanding customer-facing roles can be. However, that is never an excuse to project frustration onto paying customers. While I was trying to put an item back on its hanger, I was visibly struggling with it. Instead of offering assistance, Randy rudely scolded me for not putting it back correctly, then snatched the garment out of my hand. I was genuinely shocked by how I was treated. Throughout my time in the fitting room, I also noticed similar behavior toward other customers. Customer service doesn't require perfection, but it does require basic courtesy and respect. This interaction left me feeling embarrassed and unwelcome, and it was disappointing to experience at Zara. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that other customers don't have a similar experience. read more

Update from previous review: Went back recently to check it out again and see if there were improvements, and luckily it seemed like there were! Much more staff to assist with a friendly and helpful disposition, better items on the floor with better quality and less flawed items, and if there were any flaws, they would be placed on a separate rack and marked down occasionally. By far the best Zara experience I have ever had! I visited yesterday to find a holiday event dress. I can't remember the last time the sales team engaged with me to help me find the perfect dress and then some. Bora in particular ensured I had en epic time as she helped me hand pick some wonderful pieces. She had such a zest for the Zara brand, the store, the team, and a clear passion for helping customers. Kaliyah helped get me checked out at the register. She was so sweet, engaging and helped me understand their new receipt options. She informed me Zara has now enabled an option to use your phone number to complete returns/exchanges as needed. I left feeling like I got a great deal for everything I got! My dress, coat, and leather jacket all look soooo expensive--straight off the runway--without men having to break the bank. I'm so happy!! read more

I've been one of Zara's most loyal customers, spending nearly $20,000 this year alone between Zara and Zara Kids for my family. Yet today, I was treated like my business meant nothing. I came in simply to exchange (not return) a pair of sweatpants for my daughter -- one of several items totaling over $500 from my recent purchase. When I brought them in, I was told the item couldn't be exchanged because a small inner tag was cut. I hadn't noticed this when I purchased it, and it certainly wasn't something I did myself. Despite calmly explaining this to the store manager, Geisy, she refused to help. To make matters worse, when I asked to speak with the General Manager, Bora, I was told she wouldn't even come out to speak with me. Let that sink in -- after years of loyalty and thousands of dollars spent, Zara was willing to lose a long-term, high-value customer over a $25 pair of sweatpants. No empathy. No accountability. No effort to make it right. I left the store completely disheartened. I've always loved Zara's products, but after this experience, I can no longer support a company that refuses to value its customers -- especially those who have invested so much in their brand. So I'm giving this location a rounded up 4 stars because on the one hand, I had a really pleasant experience with an employee who was so patient and kind in helping with a large return I had and also even helped me find another pair of shoes in the stockroom that I wanted to exchange. However when I went to exchange the shoes another employee rang me up and said because the original shoes I bought online on sale for Black Friday they couldn't honor an even exchange, which is so weird because it's the exact same style, just a different size. Worst experience at a Zara ever. I been to this location quite often and after today will never go back. I have never felt discriminated against until today . I was in line waiting while the cashier was helping a customer, mind you she seen me with my child there. An Asian woman with her child walk up behind the customer who is being help, then the other cashier walks up to the counter and says he with help the next person in line I walk up but since she behind the customer being helped she got there first . I let him know I was in line first and he cut me off and said no she was first. I rarely leave reviews for retail but the behavior of the staff today really warranted this. I shop Zara online and in person. Typically I like to go in person to verify quality and fit before ordering, especially if it will be a large order. I like Zara overall and I will remain a customer as long as the quality is good. The staff in store are offensive overall. Now that I know the bar is on the floor I'll lower my expectations accordingly when visiting. There were very few staff working, which I understand to be a regular occurrence. Those that were working didn't speak to customers unless they were first spoken to or were checking out. They spoke and laughed with one another though, which was great and confirmed that they weren't robots. The young lady in the dressing room with the long baby hair and short thin bangs was rude when I asked about a room being open. Telling me while she had her back turned that I needed to watch the rooms to see if anyone came out and then I could go in as she had a blind spot. I had not been standing there long and didn't see anyone walk out but the curtain was half open so I wanted to verify with her that it was ok to use since she was managing that space. I told her this as well to which she responded, "oh, you can go and check to see if it's open yourself" After trying on clothes and finding what I needed, I go to check out. There are a couple of people in front of me in the purchase line. A few minutes later a lady comes in to make a return and stands in the appropriate line. The young man that is the cashier does not know how to turn on the register so the line is growing as we all wait. He is the only person at a register at all. He finally calls the first customer. The lady directly in front of me got out of the line and put her stuff back because he was taking so long. He then looks up at me and the lady in the exchange line and says, "I'll take whoever is next" to which we both replied that we didn't know who that was. He said, "well I'll take the purchase because exchanges take longer." If I didn't need the items for an upcoming event I would've left it all there and went home. I have worked retail before. Line management is the job of the staff, not the customer. In person retail is dying and stores are announcing closures daily. People claim they need these jobs but they seem to hate work. I completely understand why people choose online shopping more often. When confronted with attitudes such as those I encountered today, shopping online is a pleasant path of least resistance. I don't know what could improve. It was before noon when I went in the store and everyone seemed to need a personality transplant. read more

I had a return with the receipt. Unfortunately the customer service managers could not read the store number and could not issue the refund. We could see the transaction number but not the store which was located in San Francisco. Both managers told me they could not refund me because they couldn't read where the store was and they told me to go back to San Francisco to get a refund! I asked if there was some way to find out the store number. The number to customer service was closed because it was a Sunday. I asked if there was a way to find out online, and they said I had to figure it out myself on the app! After 50 minutes of trying to figure out how to get a refund on the online app, one of the store managers decided to help and found my receipt by going online. I asked her why she didn't do this in the beginning and had me try to figure it on my own. She said she thought I was taking care of it. I had no clue how to pull a receipt online. Both store managers and the associates need to do a better job on helping their customers. They lacked customer service and had me fiddle around on the app before stepping up after 50 minutes. read more

Illegal pricing practices & terrible customer service by manager "Gora" at this location. Purchased a blouse and realized It rung up for more than what the tag listed as sale price. Politely went back to the store a few days later to ask for a refund for the difference with the tag and receipt in hand. Manager was extremely rude and defensive blaming tariffs for the price while revealing the store has 40,000 pieces and it is impossible to keep up with the price changes. Very unprofessional and none of that is the consumer/customer's problem. Internal issues should be discussed with corporate and not used as an excuse. Anyway, I explained the discrepancy again pointing out these practices are illegal, and she said I needed to bring in the item even though I had the tag and the receipt which obviously matched the serial number. Because I had an appt at the Apple store in the mall the next day I said fine I'll bring it back. Arrive the next afternoon and see "Gora" at the register so walk up to her and say hello, I'm back and I have the shirt. She looks at me, walks away then gestures to another cashier to help me. Extremely unprofessional and rude behavior. The only thing coming out of this manager's mouth should have been sorry and offering a speedy solution (refund). I love this mall, I worked at Nordstrom for 4 years for Summer and Winter seasons. I love Zara, I always shop online and I never have to return anything except this time I bought jeans for my sister and they were too big. First, I went to the top floor because that's just where I came in the mall, waited in line behind another customer just for 10 min later the lil girl working there to say you can go downstairs I'm having trouble with this computer only after the man in front of me asked if he can be rung up. So if he didn't ask, we would've been standing there forever. I go downstairs and wait in line, another 20 min and get to the front. Lil hispanic girl from upstairs comes downstairs to chat with the other young lady helping me. She said something about how the customers upstairs are less annoying the ones on that floor. Right in front of me. How rude. Continues to chat it up with the lady about the type of customers they get. She was so busy talking to her friend she doesn't say one word to me while doing my return. Then is surprised a gift receipt comes out, has to ask the other worker and then turns to me like ohhhh was this a gift? I said no I bought it for a gift. "Ohhhh well it already went through". I said that's fine no problem I'm just going to re-buy in a different size, so I can just use this receipt? She said yeah (with 0 confidence). I go home to find out it actually takes 14 days for the refund to go back - like really it takes that long to receive store credit?? She didn't tell me that. This was an xmas gift, 14 days was too late. So 1. little hispanic girl needs to learn to shut her mouth in front of customers and not chat with her friends on the job. 2. Girl who did my return (also seemed to be hispanic) needs to refrain from talking with her coworkers because maybe she would have spoken to me and confirmed with me what she was doing before she did it. I also have a hard time believing she couldn't undo the transaction, there's always a way to do so but I'm sure she just said that because she didn't know. I'm 100% mexican, I'm all for being young and working retail, I've been there, but if you're going to be rude, and unhelpful, go get a job where you don't deal with people. Before you go here. Just head over to H&M where they're nicer and the prices are less. I'm a real life shopper. Like personal shopper. I have salespeople that love me all over the world. My apologies. I ordered online for store pick up. They emailed and text me to pick up multiple times. I get to the store, they scan my code, they said my order was not there and to call the customer service number. I advised them of the multiple emails and text messages for me to pick up my order. After speaking to customer service for almost 20 minutes and asking to speak with a manager, the manager finally went to find my items. She hands them to me without even looking and did not even think to apologize for the error and inconvenience on behalf of her snd her staff staff for telling me it's not there. I continue shopping because my energy will not be interrupted. I found several pieces that I liked but the online order sent a damaged dress with a broken zipper. Good thing I tried while in the store. So there's 2 lines which there are no signs to say which line is which. So obviously I stand in what looks like the normal line and I'm next in line. The lady tells me that if I have a return (which is the damaged dress) I needed to be in the now longer line which no one was in as I waited. So I go to the now long return line only for the same person who told me to go to the long line to call for the next person in the return line. I was livid. I nicknamed her lil fluffy. Lil fluffy's name was Angelica because I asked. As I tried not to have my energy interrupted, these horrible people did just that. Went to H&M. Greeted! Complimented! Asked if I needed help! I've shopped at Zara for a few years now because they have nice items all year round and I can always pick something up for almost any last minute plans. However customer service hasn't always been the best. It's like their employees HATE to see a customer come and shop. I was at Zara for an hour, looking for a shirt, tried it on, needed a different size, and asked a worker to get me a different size from the stock room since the shirt wasn't on the floor but I knew they had it because it said online. After I waited forever to the worker to come back with the shirt, I gave up. She never came back.
