The food is okay but the customer service is absolutely horrible. I get that most of the staff are young, but where is management is all of this. Someone should be mentoring this young people. I never thought to inspect but I was taking a bite and I started looking. The lettuce and cucumber were soggy and old. My husband likes to try new things. I usually vet places we go to, but we were just going to hit up some fast food for lunch. He didn't want to do the same old familiar franchises, so we stopped here... The service was friendly, but they messed up my sandwich 2 times. 3/5 - Fried White Cheddar Bites: These were pretty good. The store on Martin Luther King is by far one of the worst stores I have ever been to. The staff is awful. For some reason I keep going back. I will no longer make that mistake. I will now always go to chick fil a across the street. I just spent 48 dollars there and didn't receive one zax sauce with our meal. This happens every time. Also the lady working the front would rather entertain her friends than take my order which is sitting right behind her because the only way not to wait an hour is to order online an hour early and pick it up. Never had the food let's start there. However I will say the service and courtesy you get from employees is debatable. The owner however is top notch. Someone stole my card information and charged food from here on it through Uber eat. All during the Memorial Day weekend. He answered a random call on the weekend. Uber was useless however the owner refunded my money and also helped more then Uber. He stayed in contact while we figured out what was happening. So if that's their service then I'd be game if I ever made it there. I'm in the northeast us no where near Georgia. Also we have a local raising Caine and if that's what you call good chicken then I feel bad. My son who adores anything chicken hated it yet he's wanting to drive to zaxby just to try it after everything. Everyone's tastes are different and should be treated as such and if not the Atlanta store then any other one will do. I went into this location and the little girl named DAVON had the worst customer service ever. She had an attitude and was not listening to me. She looked me in my face as I ordered and made me repeat myself three times. Did not touch the screen until I damn near had to yell at her in order for her to do her job.
