Cleanliness: 3/5. Some of the tables are messy, but that's what you get with a short staffed restaurant. Food: 4/5. The food itself is fine, but the service is awful. I'll get into that. Don't expect your order to be heard, let alone gotten right the first or second time. Expect to have to get a refund or have to pay more than once. Customer Service: 1/5. I'd give it a 0/5, but I know some 5/5 workers here, and props to them! I hope they work within other places instead of staying here- but a majority of workers here don't care about getting orders right, and would rather you get your money back and leave upset without your food because they got your order wrong than admit what they did. I even had an employee say I was "doing the most" when I explained what had happened and stood up for myself after paying, explaining I hadn't been given the receipt. It took 20 mins to get our food last night, the girl behind the counter told us they were out of ice ( I went next door to the convenient store to buy a cup of ice). There was a small group of customers (8 in all) , who had been there before we walked in, who were still waiting for their meals. I came here yesterday for an afternoon snack of fried pickles. As of now only the drive thru is open. I placed a pickup order and they had it ready right away at the drive thru. Their fried pickles are a huge serving if you are eating them alone, or probably just the right amount shared between two or three people if you also have your own entrees. On to the food, Chicken fingers were hot and fresh tonight. Hot Wings at this location are bland compared to other locations, but such a good meal. Fries were hot and the bread is still delish. Came to this zaxbys for lunch when travelling North. First of all the location appeared to be quite unorganised sole tables clean others dirty no clear direction at the register. My finance ordered honey mustard wings which were quite good whilst I had buffalo boneless wings. Both had good flavour however I was very discouraged by the size of the meat. I felt it was very undersized and therefor unsatisfactory. In addition the side of fries were below par and had no life just limp and bland. Water machine sucks and makes horrendous noise and is painfully slow. read more

I was disappointed as many of my friends have raved about Zaxby's. Went for an early lunch. We had the Grilled Cobb salad and the Fried regular salad. Both plates came out with the plastic wrap impression still pressing the salad ingredients in place. And for a place with about 4 people dining, it was loud! Horrible experience! They were out of KETCHUP and NAPKINS! Chicken tastes like if their fryer have never seen water and soap before. Fries are great WITHOUT KETCHUP! It enhances the month old grease flavor! Their toast is a great option if you can't afford a lip gloss! Usually when they are that greasy I use a NAPKIN to drain the butter and I had to choose between wiping my hands on my husband's pants or go to the bathroom and get some toilet paper! And when my husband went to get a brownie, the lady asked (I'M NOT KIDDING): do you want this one or the fresh one? I mean, really? I think I want the old brownie, ma'am! Love this zaxbys the business has increased so I'm definitely not the only one who has noticed but I love the staff in the morning especially. it usually pretty crowded during the day but the food comes fast and the cashiers are usually very friendly. read more

Cold chicken on 3 occasions and the drive through window attendants act as though you are a bother to them. Avoid this location.

Won't stop again....the drive through was a very long wait, several people drove off which in hind site is what we should have done. Finally received our food, pretty sure they dropped our boxes in grease as the exterior of the were very greasy. We drove off and were given nor offered any condiments nor straws. I would give 5 stars for the food, but I get so mad about the inconsistency of items. I eat at this location at least 5 times a week, always ordering a cobb salad. One day it is so full that I two packages of dressing is not enough. The next night it is barely enough to fill the bottom of the bowl. And constantly different. One night I have no cheese, the next time, no tomatoes. But tonight I have no chicken!!! Who leaves the chicken off a grilled chicken cobb salad?
