Last year we paid $1,000 to Cruz of Do Right Rodent Proofing for his services to come rodent proof our property and he said it included for him to come weekly to check the Home Depot box traps he placed throughout our garage. He did not state how long the weekly checks would be and he did not come back to check the traps after his initial visit. I called to ask after a couple of weeks to ask what happened and he said he had a heart attack and would come back after a couple of weeks. He never came back. After several months I contacted him again and he said that his service ended with us as he only checks traps the first 3 weeks, but he never came to check the traps! After I complained he came back finally and removed all the Home Depot box traps and said there was no more activity. We still have rodent activity, ugh!!! Stay away from this business!!! Money sorely wasted.

If you're reading this you know how gross and violating that feels. I tried traps with no success and was starting to feel pretty stuck. I first called another company who charged me $100 for a ~10 minute "inspection." They barely looked around, guessed it was the garage door, and quoted me nearly $1,000 just to set traps. That experience left a sour taste and didn't inspire confidence. By the time the issue turned into a real infestation, I knew I needed to call in the big guns. Enter Frank and Tom. Frank came out within 30 minutes of my call and did an actual inspection... garage, full exterior, and roof. He identified multiple possible entry points and patched several of them immediately, before I had paid him anything. It was obvious right away that my problem was now his problem and he was going to solve it. A couple days later, Frank and his brother Tom came back to do the full work. They sealed all identified entry points, poured concrete forms so the garage door sat perfectly flush with the floor, cleaned up all rodent droppings, installed a one-way exit door just in case anything was still inside, and set up two cameras to monitor activity. When they were done, they charged me what other companies had quoted just to set and monitor traps. The value is unbeatable. It still blows my mind. It's been a few weeks now and both Frank and Tom are still checking in. There have been no sounds, no signs, and no activity at all and it's such a relief. You really can't go wrong with these guys.

The response was unexpectedly aggressive and escalated very quickly. I was spoken to in a disrespectful manner and profanity was used during the interaction. While I understand businesses may have concerns about parking, I believe customers and members of the public should be treated professionally and respectfully. Based on this experience alone, I was disappointed by how the situation was handled.
