Very clean which is so important! I've been there a few times and each time everyone has been nice. They let you try their soups before you purchase which is awesome. There are always several types of soup available. The sandwiches are really good too.

Chicken Tortilla Soup and Southwest Turkey Sandwich

Employees: very friendly and informative for any questions asked Chicken tortilla Good! Was nice and warm and perfect for a cold day. Southwest Turkey Pretty simple was expecting more chipotle sauce on the sandwich. In my opinion tasted kind of bland. Noticed they did not use pepper jack cheese which was supposed to be added. Instead they used Swiss which was probably why it tasted pretty bland.

The tahini sauce was delicious! The chicken kebab platter is what really had me salivating. Seasoned, moist and fresh off the grill. Legit some of the best chicken I've ever had. The garlic sauce was an added bonus but really didn't even need to use it. The chicken was that good on its own. Suffice to say I'll be back haha.

Unfortunately when I went on a Friday afternoon the dining area was closed. Looked like they were filming and taking pictures. They were in the kitchen too. Anyway, I placed an order to go and less than 10 minutes later I was out the door. Ordered the BAM cheeseburger and small fries. A little pricey but then everything is. The mixture of beef and lamb is luxurious. Great blend and let's hear it for a good old fashioned char burger! The spices and sauce are subtle yet distinctive and unique. Wonderful flavors throughout. The fries are the larger/thick cut that I usually don't enjoy, but these were fried perfectly and had a great texture. Now I'm going to be nit picky on the build of the burger. And this is obviously personal preference. The burger patty is a generous size. However, the cheese was so melted and thin, I barely noticed. The onion was a raw white onion and also a generous cut. I would prefer a red onion or grill them. As it was, the onion kind of dominated the flavor. The tomato, pickles, and lettuce were all good, which added up to a tall build. Finally, a brioche bun. I know, the world loves a brioche bun. On a burger, I don't want the extra sweetness of brioche. Give me a good old potato bun or sesame seed bun instead. Nothing bad about any of the above. Great service, fast and friendly. I look forward to the dining room open and trying a gyro plate! I'll be back for sure.

I ordered their teriyaki skewers, agedashi tofu, and tan tan ramen. Sibling ordered the beef noodle soup. Ambiance is cozy, extremely large booths for family style seating or with friend groups. Tan Tan Ramen: Large portion, quite spicy for someone that can handle very mild spice (so ask for less if they can do it). Flavor is superb, something I'd definitely order again. Came with ground pork, bean sprout, veggies, and half a boiled egg. Teriyaki skewer: Not your traditional Japanese teriyaki flavor, however equally delicious. Tender chicken pieces glazed and seasoned. Agedashi tofu: Gave lots of pieces, I wanna say 8 or 6 pieces. Crunchy exterior, powdered with shichimi togarashi chili powder. Comes with agedashi sauce which is authentic to its flavor. (Very surprised because I've come across lots of restaurants that mess this up). Overall a positive experience, good food and ambiance. Have yet to try their Japanese menu items like tonkatsu ramen, but all my recs above are a safe bet!

So often fish tacos can be bland and this one was delicious. I also liked the Baja shrimp taco topped with juicy pineapple. The rice and bean were a little too salty/seasoned for me (this is a hot take because my husband loved them so to each their own)! Our server was very nice and attentive and we were happy to take home some leftovers! CHIP ALERT! Background: It was our son's birthday, MOST of the time, birthday dinners are home-cooked family affairs...his choice this year: Apolis run! We live forty minutes away, and it's worth the ride every time. Our party of seven lined up, placed our orders, and the kitchen got to work. Entrees and sides prepared perfectly, right down to sauce on the side for the seventh entree. It was a pleasure to meet the owner, Mike G. I had the opportunity to thank him for years of great eating. Furthermore, I noticed the sign of a great leader: When it got busy, he jumped in and helped his amazing staff. He leads by example, and it shows. We all had various forms of rice bowls and pitas. Of special note this visit: The sides! The pork and chicken souvlaki are simply divine. The oven roasted Greek potatoes seems like they're right out of your favorite rah-ra's oven. Full of flavor, and mind-blowing. The rice pudding and baklava, as my SIL said, ..."took a 98 point visit and made it a 100 point visit...". My thanks to Mike G. and the amazing staff for a wonderful meal. It was greater than great, and for a family birthday meal, I wouldn't want anything less. Until next time...tk

My goodness, everything was so good! The crispy pata has an incredibly crispy skin, with soft, tender, and flavorful pork meat inside. We were told by the owner, Ryan, that they slow cook the meat in its own juices for 6 hours prior to deep frying it. The result is nothing short of one of the best interpretations of this favorite Filipino dish. Definitely my favorite! The lumpia is top-notch -- crispy, crunchy, and perfectly seasoned. The siomai is garlicky and delicious as well. All of this for just $32. The price is unbelievable considering the quality of food they are serving.
