Really enjoyed my visit here. The Caesar salad was absolutely delicious--fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. The ambiance is also a highlight, with a nice, comfortable atmosphere that makes it a great spot to relax. The only downside is that the prices feel a bit on the higher side for what you get, but overall it was still a great experience and I'd come back.

Stopped by for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. Located inside the Sahara Hotel/Casino on the strip. I kept it simple with the grilled cheese and tomato soup, and it really hit the spot. The grilled cheese was perfectly toasted with melty cheese, and the tomato soup was warm, flavorful, and comforting.... exactly what you want for a casual lunch. The café itself is clean with a relaxed vibe. Service was friendly and efficient, making it an easy and enjoyable stop. If you're looking for a quick, satisfying bite that feels a little comforting and familiar, this place is definitely worth checking out. I'd happily come back again.

Went here twice during a business trip and the food did not disappoint. We have this $25 credit and i used it for this restaurant to try it out. Food was pretty good. Ordered chicken and waffles for breakfast one day and then steak and eggs the next. I prefer the chicken but both were delicious!

We've been coming to Zeffers for years for our annual Las Vegas trip for pancakes. The chocolate chip pancakes have always been a highlight for us with 3 large fluffy pancakes and ample! chocolate chips. Wait times can be long on weekends but typically are pretty quick off season and during the weak. Service has always been fine. Unfortunately they changed the recipe since April 2025 and now I'm not sure what they are, but they aren't traditional pancakes. It looked more like a fried cake. There are 2 and they are 1 inch thick but they no longer resemble pancakes vs an actual cake. They had far fewer chocolate chips and didn't even come with syrup (although maybe they are fried in syrup? Who knows!). You can see the difference in the pictures. I wish they'd change the recipe back...we will be going elsewhere for pancakes after many years of Zeffers.

I was out early and I walked into the Sahara hotel and casino, my first time being here and I found Zeffers. I was hungry so I figured let me check them out. I ordered the chicken and waffle which to my surprise was not like I thought it would be. First of all it was pretty big and in vegas more for the price I was paying. Second it was not like many places, served with some wings or drumsticks. It was a chicken large cutlet. I love the waffle, the chicken. Was good too, it just had alot of breading. My mimosa was delicious. Very enjoyable. I'd come back.

Ordered breakfast takeout twice from this spot while staying at the Sahara. Quick service and very tasty. The chicken fried steak with gravy, hash browns, and cheese eggs are pictured in my review. I wasn't the biggest fan of the hash browns (bland and plain). But everything all together was really good. The gravy was amazing and the chicken fried steak was very good quality (no weird pieces or bits). I enjoyed their breakfast!

Excellent service from Joseph! Food was excellent! Had a little problem with the pancake, but was replaced immediately. Located inside Sahara Hotel. Steak and eggs is huge! It's a must try ! 1-27-2025

Located in the Sahara Hotel. We were seated and met by our server. The breakfast menu is basic with no dietary restrictions options. The avocado toast I added salmon. It just needed more flavor. My husband had a basic eggs, toast, frozen potato breakfast. It's the sunrise meal of breakfasts. The restaurant was really quiet to be right outside of the casino. It's almost as if you get away from the sound. Noted it was a weekday. We did not stay at the hotel.

If you're staying at Sahara , Zeffers is worth the stop for the practicality. If not, it may not be worth the trip granted how many other great brunch options there are in Vegas. After checking out of the Sahara, my girlfriend and I had afternoon flights and we didn't have enough time to track down a brunch spot in Vegas before hand so Zeffers was our best option. The food itself wasn't horrible. It's average. I ordered a steak and eggs and it wasn't too memorable and my girlfriend's French toast was what you would expect from any diner. The food itself is a 3/5 The service was quite fast, getting us seated quickly and having our orders in without much of a delay. They were courteous to seat us at a spot that gave us room to put our bags down to the side which was nice. Overall 3.5/5. Probably wouldn't go out of my way to come here but a decent option if you're staying at the Sahara.

    Tamica J.

It's ok. Giving 4 stars. It's inside the Sahara before you enter the casino. $21 for an omelette comes with hashbrowns and toast plus pancakes or $5 more you can get French toast. Service was just ok. My waitress Alexis wasn't the friendliest. Received a dirty glass of water, so check your glasses and silverware. If you want a quick bite to eat and you're in the area, it'll hit the spot.

Let me start with service first, It was great! Joseph was our server 5 stars, great personality, super friendly, and he was on it. He made sure we had all we needed before we could think to ask. Here's our order- Steak and eggs - A nice size rib eye and eggs with potatoes. All of it was great Eggs Benny - Not a traditional Benedict, but it was great! (I HAVE A WEAKNESS FOR BENEDICTS) The asparagus was so fresh and not overdone. The hollandaise was great, the eggs were perfect... This restaurant is located right inside Sahara Casino. I definitely recommend Zeffers and we will definitely be back.

Disappointing!!! For a breakfast Cafe inside the hotel I expected more food and better service! Came shortly after opening at 6AM and there was no line to get seated. Plenty of servers around yet they were too busy chatting with each other than attending 3 customers they had. Ordered the simplest thing in the menu: two eggs, two pork sausages and fingerling potatoes, with wheat toast. After reviving it, I felt it might not be much food. Also I only got one slice of toast. I made a comment to the server - only one slice of bread and I was told yes. Not offering more etc...for $22 come on guys. Eggs and sausage were good - potatoes not so much... Lastly - I finished my meal and wanted to pay there was nobody coming around as servers were busy socializing. This took a while. I contemplating leaving and finally told host to go and get my server. Otherwise cute interior...

We always make a…read morestop in Vegas to stock up on groceries and grab brunch before heading to Zion for camping. The food here is incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious - but they really need to step up their dishwashing and make sure the food is served hot. There's nothing worse than ordering coffee and seeing purple lipstick on the rim of your cup. It makes you want to leave right away. Then comes the inner debate - do you say something and risk being that customer, or just wipe it off and move on? On top of that, getting food that's supposed to be hot but arrives cold is frustrating. You sit there wishing you were at home where you could just microwave it - because the food is that good and would taste even better at the right temperature. Our experience wasn't helped by our waiter, who seemed disinterested after the lipstick incident (same guy mentioned in previous reviews that comes off rude AF/ agreed!). We didn't feel like asking for much after that. On the bright side, one of the waitresses was amazing - she looked like she was carrying the whole place. The chef clearly knows what she's doing because the food coming out of the kitchen was fantastic. That said, attention needs to be paid to cleanliness and serving hot food. There's no excuse for that. Despite these issues, I gave it five stars because the problems are fixable and don't take away from how incredible the food is. For reference, we visited on Friday, January 3rd, in the morning. There was a nearby parking structure and no wait time. The decor is a mix of farm-to-table and modern bistro - nothing overly exciting or disappointing. We were just looking for a good brunch spot, and this place is truly a hidden gem. Hopefully, they address the concerns we mentioned because it's worth coming back for! __________ To the Chef, Your food is incredible - truly Michelin-worthy. However, the staff is serving it cold and sometimes on dirty dishes. This isn't the first review mentioning these issues. Also, the tall white guy with grey hair was incredibly condescending and rude. Hospitality doesn't seem to be the right fit for him. It's disappointing to see someone like that representing the amazing work and love you pour into your dishes. On the flip side, the waitress with long brown hair was picking up the slack and holding the place together. She deserves recognition - maybe even a promotion. I hope you see this because if the team can consistently serve food hot and on clean dishware, this place could easily become the top brunch spot around. We appreciate your talent and hope this feedback is helpful! - Vee & Mike

It has a rustic, darker ambiance and not your usual bright and sunny brunch spots. The menu not too big, but offered enough varieties that we decided to try the biscuit and gravy as well as the corned bee hash. We also got house coffee and they were from mother ship coffee. Food came out quickly, but they were lukewarm and felt like it was already made and just put under a food light to be kept warm. The biscuit was good and soft, but the gravy was a little too salty. The corned beef came in a smaller portion than I expected, and the beef was diced too thin that they didn't have great texture and flavor. Coffee was good, but overall food was not as good as we'd expect. Service was average, the waitress was nice but didn't offer much service besides bringing out initial water and coffee over. No one really checked in on us after the food was served. I'd most likely not be back as there are many other brunch places in the downtown area to explore.

We were enjoying the music and it was a vibe until it came to pay the bill. At 9:30 PM, a full 30 minutes before the posted closing time of 10:00 PM, the staff began rushing us out while my wife was still eating. When it came time to pay our bill, our bank cards were temporarily unavailable due to a system outage. We had the money. This was not a financial issue. It was a technical one we were actively working to resolve. Instead of being given a moment, security surrounded our table and treated us as though we were attempting to leave without paying. We were not. We never attempted to leave. I want to note that a couple of the security members were actually kind and professional throughout. A manager then approached with immediate hostility white male, tattoos, wearing a white crop shirt, and beige pants) no introduction, and no interest in hearing our explanation. I want to Emphasize That everyone working there refused to give me his name (white male) I even attempted to ask him and he walked away. He made demeaning remarks about our finances and specifically told us that if we didn't pay, he would call the police and trespass us, but if we paid, he would not. We paid. My brother sent $30 via Zelle directly to a security staff member to settle the bill. It was paid in full. He called the police anyway. And trespassed us anyway. I had offered to leave my ID as collateral, leave card information on file, or return the next morning. Every offer was refused before we even got to that point. The responding officers acknowledged his behavior was inappropriate. His own staff was visibly uncomfortable. Unless you are prepared to be treated as a suspect over something completely outside your control, I would think twice before dining here.

The waitstaff were dressed very casual, jeans and t-shirt casual. Although the food is upscale, everything else about this place seems very casual diner like. We could even see most of the work going on in the small kitchen. Mostly shareable plates... Our table chose the deviled eggs with caviar - these were a hit! Dynamite shrimp, most at the table liked these, they were spicy and the flavor was decent, but I just felt like the sauce made the breading a bit soggy and it wasn't a favorite of mine. Pork Belly - This had a buffalo sauce on it, which I wasn't too excited about at first, but it worked better than I expected. Wish it was just a little crispier but it was tender and I enjoyed it. Oxtail risotto - this one had mixed reviews from the table, I really enjoyed it. The flavor was good. There's only a small amount of meat and it's shredded into the risotto. Overall the consistency was a little weird, very thick and almost sticky/dry, plus the dark color. They had a steak on the menu and the flavor was great, one of the pricier menu items but it was a good share. My wife ordered a burger without the bun. She said the patty was well over-cooked and so it was pretty dry. They don't offer gluten-free buns or bread - bummer. The service was generally prompt, but seemed uncoordinated at times. For example, it seemed our waitress was also handling a very large party outside on the patio, and randomly the hostess would bring us a drink refill (hostess stand was right beside our table). That's good in a way, they are all a team, but she also picked up my plate and silverware after only the first appetizer - mind you they bring everything out as it's ready, so don't expect the whole table to eat together, you are expected to share! When I asked if she could replace my silverware, she grabbed a fork and knife and handed to me, but they weren't rolled in a napkin or anything, just barehanded me some silverware... anyway, I thought that was odd. Overall, the food had some bright spots and perhaps worth a lunch if you are downtown. I probably wouldn't seek it out again, but I'm not mad about the meal we had either.
