Poor customer service. I went in with a gift certificate given to me last year and they rudely said it was under new ownership and it was not acceptable. The certificate is made out to the business name not to a specific person. (Same name, phone number, and business hours) My facial certificate was more expensive than the service they offer, I went in mind wanting to add an hour massage, plus they would have gained tip and possibly a new customer...it's not that hard to be nice especially with your own business. read more

I was looking forward to my massage all day because I had had the best massage here the first time I came and was happy I had found the perfect place for my massages. I've been having the worst knots recently and tension on my upper body and was just in need of a massage. I was completely disappointed and let down after I went in this time around. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY. I purchased a Groupon for a couples massage, called to schedule the appointment and was asked to cancel the Groupon and pay cash for my appointment. I was told we would receive extra services for doing so, not true. Not only that BUT the male who massaged me took liberties that could have easily been avoided. Although he did not fully "take advantage", he touched me more than once in inappropriate places. The woman who did my husbands massage was continuously breathing HEAVY and coughing. When the massage was over, they were awkwardly sitting in the lobby with a small cup of water & asked for a tip. Never before have I been to an establishment where they ASK for a tip, it was uncomfortable and not called for. Went in based on Yelpers. Very clean place. Mary and Sarah were very professional and nice. Hubby and I did a couples massage. They do very good work, and really do get out the thousand knots. This was my mother's and I first ever massage and we did the 90min couples session. Let me tell you it was life changing!! We felt so comfortable throughout the whole time, they were so caring and kept looking for our reassurance that we were feeling okay. We never felt uncomfortable around them. My experience with Zen Spa yesterday was definitely solid. I booked a couple massage (75 min for $131) about 3 hours before heading there. Very easy to book and once me and my boyfriend got there we were laying on the table within like 2 minutes! Super quick. We were told to take everything off and lay face down. The room was clean, music calm! A female massaged my boyfriend and a man massaged me. I would prefer woman to woman and man to man but they were professional! My only complaint is that they massage VERY hard. It was hard to relax because most of the massage was painful and me and my boyfriend are both bruised. We asked for medium strength but they definitely were digging into our shoulders.'They checked in a few times and we would say it hurts but they didn't really lighten their touch. Amazing experience! The place is very clean and well kept. Rooms were private, quiet and made for a very relaxing vibe. Linda is awesome! Very skilled and extremely communicative making sure the pressure wasn't too hard or soft and that I got exactly what I needed. This was a very bizarre experience. The store was late to open for my appointment. The inside was cold the whole time I was there. The customer service was terrible. I was confused due to the language barrier and lack of communication. The massage was fine, but I would have liked more pressure. My appointment was for neck and back but got back only. The strangest part was when I left the massage therapist was waiting outside asking me to tip her. For the amount they charged me I could have gone to a spa. I will not return. read more
