So I like this place because I think their food is actually pretty good, and the cooks (sushi chefs) are pretty good. But the worst part of this place is the customer service when it comes to the waiters. They are so slow and monotone that they don't even greet you when you come in. We have been here a few times and the sushi is not bad but every time the service sucks with the waiters. They are so slow that I feel like they don't even want to be at work. Even to get water they wait like 10 mins once you have sat down to get your drink order. Just sit at the bar and order from the chefs if you want to get good service. read more

First time I went to this place after the pandemic was nice and clean, good food. 4 years later or so, place smells like they do not clean it with real cleaning supplies, just water and soap, it was not pleasant. There was a nice ambiance, the food was relatively quick (considering party size), and the food was reasonably priced. The service was decent as well. I ordered the GP Roll and the yellowtail sushi which were both good. The GP roll offered a bit less of a fusion taste than you get from other options, but it was good. The yellowtail Sushi was actually very good, light, and flavorful. I also tried the crazy roll and the aguachile roll since we were in a big party. The Agua chile roll was fantastic! Tasted exactly like I was eating agua chiles. The crazy roll offered a bit more of a sweet flavor and from my perspective tasted like plantains. Not sure if I'd return to Zenor Sushi in Granada Hills. All the sushi we sampled was decent but nothing to write home about. Prices are pretty steep but thats to be expected for just about any sushi spot these days. I also was not fond of the very loud music they were playing when I went in, it was hard to converse with my friends. However, my friend did tell me that they don't always play such loud music so maybe that was a one time thing. There's a large menu with many latin/asian fusion food offerings, which can be fun if thats your sort of thing. The servers were very nice and friendly which is always appreciative. read more

Only a single visit, but not a good 1st impression. I remember this being the conveyor belt sushi place so was also a little disappointed that feature was gone. Food was mediocre. Best thing was the agua fresca. Decor is cool, LA well represented and the artwork / neon colors a plus. This place is very similar to other Mexican fusion sushi but in my option is better. Their sushi's always fresh and tasty! My favorite roll is the Zangrona roll. It's very different as it is no rice, all fish and veggie based. Very yummy! There's also a variety of delicious cocktails, beer and sake to choose from. I love their micheladas as well. Very refreshing. There's lots of parking here as well as it is located in a shopping center. Very continent. I would definitely recommend if you're a sushi lover. read more

This is not my first time here and won't be my last my family and I enjoy coming here for some good eats and drinks . We went this past Friday there was only one su sesh but man he did his thing preparing everything . The albacore and yellow tail Sashimi just melted in your mouth it was amazing . We always love walking in seeing the painting and vibing to the music . I ordered the 911 Roll from Zeñor Sushi and apparently went into survival mode, because this plate is the only evidence left. One second it was beautifully presented, the next second I was staring at an empty dish like, '...who did that?' Spoiler: it was me.This roll was so good I forgot how to behave in public. The staff was friendly but service was very slow! I am glad I went during the day on a weekend and not during one of their busiest times else it might have taken even longer to get served. The drink menu had some interesting names that made me chuckle. This place definitely has a sense of humor. The food was delicious. Fair warning, the hand rolls are big. I ordered two, along with crispy rice and sashimi and I couldn't finish them. I got a to-go box for the second roll and promptly left it at the restaurant. By the time I thought of it, I was already out of the parking lot and dow the road. I shed a small tear, thinking of what I was missing out on. I had planned on eating it later that night. The decor is cute, we liked the vibe of the place. Service was bad! Every time the server lifted a plate off the table she managed to spill chili oil/sauce all over. She didn't care where it landed! The waitress was too busy chatting with her friends and kept forgetting simple things we asked for. I decided to give them another chance, thinking maybe it was just an off day, BIG mistake!!! The second time, I placed an order over the phone. They told me it would be ready in 25 minutes. I gave them almost 40, and when I arrived, my food still wasn't ready. Zenor Sushi is a solid spot, and I genuinely enjoyed my experience there. The food was good, the drinks were great, and their weekly deals are definitely a plus. I stopped by today around 1 PM, and it was fairly quiet, which made for a pleasant dining experience. The service was excellent--attentive and friendly. That being said, I do think the 4% fee for non-cash payments is unfair. Most well-known establishments absorb this cost, and for a sushi spot trying to build its reputation, passing this fee onto customers isn't the best move. It makes guests reconsider tipping, which ultimately affects the hardworking servers who truly deserve it. After reading several reviews, it seems the management could benefit from a stronger focus on customer service. Many new businesses these days forget that a great experience is what keeps people coming back. I'm not saying this place is bad--far from it. In fact, I used to frequent this location back when it was Gaten Sushi, and I'm happy to see it remain a sushi spot. But if you truly want to grow, do right by your customers and strive to be better. One other thing that stood out in a negative way: There was a customer sitting near the bathrooms openly vaping. I'm not sure if this is allowed, but it definitely should be addressed. If management checks the footage from 1:20 PM to 2:00 PM, it should be easy to spot. Unless dry ice is being used in the drinks, I can't see this being anything other than smoke, which isn't great for the dining atmosphere. Despite these concerns, I do plan on returning because the service, food, and drinks were all on point. Keep up the great work in those areas! read more

What a cool place - the ambiance is fun and lively, the artwork is awesome, and everyone was friendly. The place was packed for fight night, but there's TONS of parking.
