Finally tried this spot that has been on our list for a while! We always go to the coffee shop across the street. Luckily found street parking easily on a weekend. This street can be busy, they might have parking in the back but I'm not sure. The place was empty when we arrived and shortly after a family of 3 walked in. The guy who took our order was very friendly, seemed like the owner and seems like a family owned business but also not 100% sure. I got the citrus salmon poke bowl, my bf got spicy ramen and fried gyoza. Unfortunately I wasn't very hungry to begin with so that was throwing me off a little but the flavors were nice! I wish there was more citrus to it though, maybe I could ask for more next time. The rice was a little too dry for my liking as well. The ramen was pretty good! Might try their other items next time since I'm not really a ramen person. IG: @ammysalamii

Sweet little poke and ramen spot tucked away in Granada Hills. Street parking and rear parking is limited but that is where the ADA Parking was located. Friendly greeting. Inside very bright with front being all glass windows. Bar type seating on tall chairs which looks precarious for a plus size customer. The other seating had little stools like a Kindergarten class. They seemed like they were from Ikea. I was not comfortable at all. I ordered the classic tuna poke bowl. No fountain drinks only canned offered in a fridge next to the cashier. Now when my poke bowl came out it looked truly amazing. It was very tasty! The tuna was tender, the greens crunchy, flavorful sauce and rice all under a fresh seaweed salad. I would like to come back to try other menu items.

Enjoy bowl is consistently a good bowl of ramen their flavors are amazing with a nice creamy broth. They give you 2 nice pieces of pork belly charred to perfection with a torch. I ordered the number 3 with an additional half portion of noodles. Their noodles are thin silky smooth and delicious. The broth is always scorching hot so be careful you might burn yourself but it's well worth it. Every time I come here I never regret it I do enjoy my bowl. The gentlemen that worked there are extremely nice and are quick with their service.

Enjoy Bowl Ramen is always so satisfying. my go to is the Black Garlic bowl, my protein is the pork belly, even the little amount of fat is tasty from being charcoal grilled, its so flavorful, the veggies really compliment the noodles which are cooked perfectly, the perfect chew... Hubby loves the Poke salad, my Dad's go to is the Red Ramen, the broth is tasty, we all think it's the best Ramen house in town, after trying 3-4 others,no need to bother venturing out anymore, Enjoy Bowl is our go-to. The Yelp award speaks for itself.

We're regulars here and usually order the ramen, which is always solid, but lately we've been getting the poke bowls and they are SO good. The fish is incredibly fresh, and the combination of ingredients and sauces is perfectly balanced. Every bite has great flavor, and you honestly don't even need to add extra sauce--it's already perfect as is. Such a great spot when you want something fresh, satisfying, and consistently delicious. We'll definitely keep coming back for both the ramen and the poke bowls

Walking into this place the first thing you will notice is that it is very simple. There are six stills that line two of the walls with a communal table in the center. I am warning you ahead of time that the tables and stools are not tall people friendly. Moving on, this place is not for people who have no patience. However for those of you who appreciate the time it takes to make great food then you will be right at home. I got the Tonkotsu with pork belly and opted for the very spicy level. There are layers of flavor in this broth. The noodles have a great chew and the more I dug through this dish I discovered more spice. It wasn't spicy for me but it was enjoyable. I also went with their pork belly bun. It had a great flavor and it was incredibly tender. My final choice was the edamame and that too was perfectly cooked and seasoned. For those of you who appreciate flavor over ambiance this is the place to go.

I've been coming here for years. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. I ordered takeout today since it was a nice and rainy day - perfect for ramen - and man, I was not disappointed at all. The tonkotsu ramen with chicken is phenomenal. The broth is sooo incredibly flavorful. The chicken is fantastic. The toppings were so darn good!! I'm happy that everything held up even though jt was a takeout order. I can't wait to order this again and again.

Wow, what a great surprise this ramen place was. Appears to be made by full Japanese crew. Taste for the black and basil tonkotsu was incredible - you can tell they work hard to make this broth just right. And the pork belly was some of the best I've ever had. Laid back ambiance. Do yourself a favor and visit this hidden gem. I have been to a lot of ramen places and this is easily one of the best when it comes to flavor.

Enjoy Bowl is back and renamed! Before it was Enjoy Poke and Ramen, but now that they added Bibimbap, it's now just Enjoy Bowl. The redecorated dining area feels more spacious and modern. It's more colorful an fresh. What hasn't changed is their delicious Spicy Black Tonkotsu Ramen! I've always loved it here and it continues to be as savory as before. The broth is hearty, the garlic tingles your tongue, and the slices of tonkotsu (pork belly) is thick and plentiful. I almost want an option for a large portion because it's so good!

I don't eat pork, but I'm okay with pork broth, so I asked if I could substitute the pork chashu for chicken. What I received instead was popcorn chicken, which was unexpected and not at all what I had in mind. There was no communication that this would be the substitute, which made it even more frustrating. On top of that, I was still charged for it without any clarification beforehand. Transparency goes a long way, especially when making substitutions. Overall, between the lackluster flavor and the confusing substitution, it just didn't feel like a thoughtful or well-executed experience.

A friend of mine…read moreand I met in the Valley; we decided to grab dinner at Kopan on Plummer St. cause we both felt a bit nostalgic last night. Between the two of us, we ordered a full spread. One crispy fried item, one fresh roll, and two bowls of Tonkotsu Ramen! Alaska Roll: An excellent way to kickstart the meal. Salmon slices placed on top were thick, the roll itself was generously stuffed, and we both loved the thinly sliced onions that came with this (absorbed the ponzu sauce-so good!) - a very refreshing roll indeed and really set the tone that we were going to have a high-quality meal from the start Karaage: Perfect amount of crunch, chicken was tender and juicy. The lemon on the side was a small touch that really added to this appetizer We both opted out of getting a seasoned egg with our ramen (not our vibe). But we each ordered a couple of toppings. My friend got spinach and black garlic oil. I got bamboo shoot and the garlic/onion crisps. I know the common complaint is that the added costs of toppings tend to add up quickly, but the portions provided were honestly very generous and I didn't feel gypped for paying an additional $1.1 per topping. The ramen itself: I forgot how GREAT the broth is. It's silky, rich, soothing and the overall flavor profile had so much depth. Had we not gotten a couple of other items off the menu, I would have inhaled my ramen so fast because it's THAT DELICIOUS. Thank you to our server Valeria, and the man who was assisting with service during the dinner rush 8/15 for making our dining experience a pleasant one! My only point of feedback is that the women's bathroom floor was a bit too sticky. Perhaps it was freshly mopped and my timing of going in right before leaving the restaurant just lined up that way. NBD in the grand scheme of things.

However, we also ordered three warm sushi plates and one cold plate, and all of them were served cold, including the ones that were supposed to be warm. One of the sushi plates was especially bad. It had a burnt taste, and the avocado tasted old and not fresh. We couldn't even eat it, so I asked our server to take it away. I'm a server myself, so I really don't like leaving negative reviews, but this was honestly a very disappointing experience because none of the sushi plates were good. Not a single one. One of the appetizers, the mushrooms with steak, also had a bad taste and didn't seem fresh. To make things worse, when we were leaving, I started feeling nauseous and felt like I was going to throw up. I felt sick the entire drive home, which made me even more concerned about the quality and freshness of the food. I've been to the Ventura location before, and it was absolutely amazing, so I was really surprised by how different the quality was at this location. I don't know what happened, but the food quality here was extremely disappointing.

The broth was crystal clear yet incredibly rich and flavorful without being heavy. The chashu was melt-in-your-mouth tender, perfectly seasoned, and not greasy at all. The soft-boiled egg was cooked to perfection with a beautifully jammy yolk. The noodles reminded me of the ramen I had in Japan--simple, authentic, with the perfect texture and firmness.
