I go here just for the truffle fries. My family members all have to get their own because the fries are too good to share. Sandwiches are good, not a big fan of the basil crab cake. Excited that they're offering bowls now, they are big and filling, but the brisket teriyaki one wasn't my favorite so I'm looking forward to trying the others. It's a small place with just one worker on staff who is nice, but always seems overwhelmed since it's just him. Takes a while to get your food since it's only him preparing everything and taking orders.
A chill spot to take a friend. Met Chai at the register while using the order screen. Asked if they still served potato chips and he tossed me a bag, no charge? My friend and I split 2 Spicy Garlic Shrimps, one on Ciabatta, the other in Rice Paper. My non-adventurous friend couldn't deal with rice paper but, enjoyed the sandwich bread. I was surprised by the still-hot shrimp in the wrap but, not over-cooked. The aioli sauce added just the right amount of "sweet & spicy". The seasoned fries were perfectly crispy with a hint of sweet, BBQ seasoning. We're planning weekly visits from now on. Try it for yourself and you'll be pleasantly surprised as well.
Had a delicious sandwich at Zenwich in Elmhurst. The Spicy Garlic Shrimp sandwich was really delicious. The convocation of baby urugula, cilantro and garlic with sweet and spicy aoli is perfect. The sandwich I had, contained 8 lightly Battered Shrimp. My sandwich was packed. Will definitely return here again!
Was pretty bummed when their two other locations closed down as those were more convenient for me to get to and had been craving their garlic shrimp for a while when I realized that I was pretty close to Elmhurst yesterday. I put in an an order and was happy that the original location makes their spicy garlic shrimp rice wrap just as plump and good as the others did. The greens, flash fried shrimp, spicy aioli and quinoa is such a perfect mixture. Ordered online using through their website around 6:30pm and the food was ready to go in the 10 mins it took for me to get there. Staff was nice and I even got to use points that I had saved through Toasttab to get $5. Although I'd love for another one to open closer to me again, I am glad that there is still at least one Zenwich around.
Zenwich lives up to all the hype that surrounds it. It's such a unique sandwich spot with an incredible menu, and delicious flavors! There's some indoor seating but I ordered for takeout and got the chicken teriyaki katsu sandwich, chicken and veggie gyoza, and seasoned fries. The sandwich was so delicious! The chicken was crispy and juicy and the sauce and toppings were so flavorful. The sandwich is more on the sweet side so I took some Sriracha on the side and it was a perfect bite every single time The gyozas were super yummy and were topped with a cole slaw salad. Once again, so so delicious and filling! The fries were my favorite! We got the seasoned fries which had a lovely flavor to them but they also have truffle fries, which I definitely want to try next time!! If you're in the area and craving a sandwich, think no more! Try this place and you won't be disappointed!
Absolutely, pleasantly surprised! I am so glad we were able to try out this place. Had such a good experience, from the ordering to the taste of the food. You're able to order any of the options as a bowl, wrap or sandwich. I also ordered seasoned fries and was able to try the milk tea and thai salad. The food was utterly delicious! My bowl was so fresh, with a punch of slaw, crispy chicken and tang of the dressing. I absolutely loved it. The thai salad was also very fresh and perfect for a summer lunch and the fries were crispy and slightly spicy. We also got to speak to the owner while we were there and he is so friendly, sharing his story of opening up zenwich and treating all his customers with so much respect. I truly enjoyed this experience and plan to be back when I'm in the area!
I can't believe that we had never had a sandwich from Zenwich before. We have really been missing out on some delicious sandwiches. Not only were they delicious, but, they did not skimp on the ingredients. In fact, the sandwiches were stuffed. The flavours together compliment the sandwiches, and both had We had the 2 most popular sandwiches: The Spicy Garlic Shrimp sandwich with Lightly Battered Shrimp (there were 8 in the sandwich), Baby Urugula, Cilantro and Garlic with Sweet and Spicy Aoli The Mu Ping sandwich with Grilled Caramelized Pork, Shredded Carrot, Cucumber, Red Onion, Jalapeno and Cilantro with homemade tangy sweet aioli. Both sandwiches were really delicious, stuffed with plenty of ingredients, and great tasting. We also both had a Boba Tea that was really refreshing and tasted great! The owner was so nice, he gave us a bag of homemade chips and a cucumber salad. Even though the restaurant is plain with very little seating space, I cansee went locals love this place!
When I first arrived, I wasn't sure how we were going to order. There was only one person working so they did their best, but couldn't tend to people right away. They were nice and helpful, but it took a little while and they seemed like they were in a rush. I guess they were closing early since they told customers that walked in that they're closing even though it was almost an hour early. The boba was tasty. It was not too sweet, it was perfect for my taste. The seasoned fries were crunchy with a bit of a kick which I liked. I chose to try the chicken katsu sandwich. It was okay. The chicken was crispy, but I felt like the sandwich was a bit dry. If I'm in the area, I would like to try the crab cake or Korean cheese steak. It seems like a nice quiet place to sit and enjoy your meal. Unfortunately, I felt rushed to get going as soon as I walked in.
Korean cheese steak on bread -- this was super flavorful. They are very generous with meat and sauce. It got a bit too strongly flavored at the end but I had milk tea to help. I particularly like the roasted mushroom chunks, so instead of slices they had chunks which packed more juice within each cut. Milk tea -- one of the most legit milk tea I've had outside of Asia. I love that the fragrance of tea and the bitterness comes through and not just sweetness. No boba though, might have to order separately. Thai BBQ Pork in rice paper-- this is like a burrito sized spring roll, which was actually really good. I love the veggie choices they picked that goes in. The cilantro and jalapeño really brings out the flavors of everything else. I took it home to eat but the wrap survived the 30 min drive, though some of the sauces leaked out. I also love how low carb this is. The only thing I'd add at home next time is probably make my own sweet chili peanut sauce for dipping. Basil Crab Cake red quinoa bowl-- this was very generous amount of food, filling the whole bowl. I love love love that they included arugula in the greens. I'm also very intrigued by the carrot cuts they are like spiral fries. I like that some of the veggies don't have sauce and the cole slaw portion does! The crab cake is fried and cut like katsu but smelled extra good because of the cumin. You can actually taste the crab flavor. I also love the sauce it came in, not overly sweet. All their cucumbers are pickled sweet. Fries-- my kids love how thin the fries cuts are, both chips and fries. The house seasoning is delicious, it's savory, spicy, AND sweet because of the sugar crystals! Ordering wise, they take online or kiosk, they don't really take orders so the staff is just in the back cooking. Which is actually good because there's no miscommunication and they can focus on doing a fantastic job on food. The kiosk is super easy to use, and the language is very friendly and not misleading at all. I have yet to try the online portal. Packaging wise I love that they use mostly paper containers and the fork is biodegradable, and I napkins are of very good quality. Location wise it has a plaza at an intersection so plenty of parking places. But getting out of it it's kinda tricky because it exits out onto a traffic light with a stop sign. I've never seen that before. Overall this place is so amazing, we'd definitely come back even if it's far for us. Looking to try their highly recommended garlic shrimp next!
I went to this place once and just thinking about it, makes me want to return. Parking is ample, you can find a spot easily. The restaurant itself isn't big so seating is limited. I got the Korean cheesesteak sandwich and it was very delicious. Bread was soft and fresh. Marinated beef brisket was perfectly seasoned and moist. That sesame oil makes a big difference in taste. Portion size was sufficient. This plus a cookie or a bag of chips would be a filling lunch. They have other unique sandwiches on the menu that I'll have to try out soon. Prices are very fair. Service can be a little long depending on how many people are ordering. We went when there weren't a lot of people for lunch so food came out fast.
Everything's zen in this small cool sandwich place that has some good healthy choices. It has the original location in Elmhurst. Zenwich primarily focuses on sandwiches. Also they like to use technology to save time and money. The place is tiny so it's only good for takeout. It has a pretty good priced menu that while on the expensive side is reasonable for around here. Like I mentioned, it's technologically advanced, so there's a kiosk to make an order. There's not a whole lot for room for indoor dining, making it best for takeout. It's very casual. Sandwiches are the main thing. Both of us got the vegan choice, the Mad Monk. It's about $10.50 for a pretty good sized sandwich. This has baby arugula, some kind of veggie patty, sriracha, and teriyaki. It has a little spice but it's not killer. There's also side items like truffle fries, which people seem to like a lot. Good stuff whether it's teas or sandwiches, and you can get both. It seems people like the Spicy Garlic Shrimp Sandwich, so that's the carnivorous choice. There's also plenty of choices for vegans.

Zenwich is hands down one of the best sandwich places I've ever been to! Today I brought a friend with me, according to her I won't stop raving about this place, and she said it's worth the hype - yay! We both ordered the spicy garlic shrimp with rice paper wrap and an order of chips. I was bummed to see that there's no boba this time. I've been here once recently and had the opportunity for the whole shbang when they partnered with Yelp. This place was a hit today around 1, everyone was patiently waiting, and that's how you know they're doing something right. I love the self ordering kiosk and allows you to customize your order, and the open kitchen concept is also lovely. I like watching my food being crafted. Shoutout to the guy working, he was the only there today and he handled everything gracefully. Our order was exactly how we wanted and expected, and we're already planning our next visit. You'll have to come see for yourself. I highly recommend this place to anyone in the area looking for healthy eating, food that's freshly made to order with generous portions, and another a bonus is that they have plenty of free parking on premise. read more
This place has a nice selection of asian-themed fusion sandwiches ranging from thai (bbq pork belly) to korean (korean cheesesteak) to japanese (katsu) sandwiches. I tried the korean cheesesteak, garlic shrimp, and katsu sandwiches. The breading looked really thick but was surprisingly soft, which was a pleasant surprise. My wife really liked the garlic shrimp, which was packed with flavor and came with arugula, which was a nice touch. The katsu sandwich was pretty good too, though could be a little dry - came with a bit too much lettuce - it was like 3x the amount compared the rest of the sandwich. The korean cheesesteak was also ok- apart from a sweeter sauce, I couldn't see the korean correlation - they should use bulgolgi or kalbi to make it more authentic, but I could see that driving the price up significantly. The gouda cheese was also a little too strong a cheese for me, but that's a personal preference. Truffle fries were regular shoestring fries essentially with truffle seasoning. Chips were a bit flavorless. These aren't really the highlights, but just FYI. All in all, points for creativity and making my wife happy with the garlic shrimp sandwich. read more
2nd attempt to come here after being waved away at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday stating they were closed. I decided to purchase the Boba which I thought would come with the tapioca but it didn't. They ran out of boba and they tried to get me to take a drink from the cooler, but I explained that I paid a higher price than what one of those drinks costs inside the cooler, so he went in the back and made it. It took almost 20 minutes , but it seems the lunch rush came late since it was after 1:00 p.m. on a Saturday. The food was great as I ordered the garlic shrimp, very tasty, above average amount of shrimp on it, and the chips were still warm and delicious. read more

I went to Zenwich and got to try different things on their menu. Last time I tried the spicy garlic shrimp with ciabatta bread. This time I had it with rice paper which also came with quinoa inside the wrap. I loved the combo of this choice with the rice paper. It was so light and refreshing, but also filling. The rice paper brought out the flavor more! I also got a side of their homemade chips for checking in. It had such a nice crunchy texture and flavor! I also got to try their side of cucumber salad which was delicious!!! It was so refreshing and such a great combination with the wrap. Finally, their boba! It was the best milk tea boba I've had! Not too sweet, but sweet enough with a tea flavor. Whatever jelly they used in the boba was a great combination! The inside of the restaurant is nice and cozy with about 14 seatings, can seat more on the bench side. I wish I lived closer to this place. It's delicious. read more
The sandwiches are so delicious! We tried the Thai BBQ pork belly with rice paper and Chicken Teriyaki Katsu. The Thai BBQ pork belly is has crunchy veggie and perfectly refreshing sweet and sour sauce. The pickled carrot and quinoa also add both texture and flavor. So good and refreshing! The chicken teriyaki Katsu goes well with the coleslaw in there. Will be back to try more. read more

Yum Yum YUM! What a great concept! One staff member but we came at an off meal time so it was just us. Staff member was very nice. I got the spicy garlic shrimp sandwich. The bread was perfect! The fillings were so fresh and the shrimp was very yummy!! Not too spicy. My sig other got the mad monk and he said it was very good. We got seasoned chips & sea salt chips. Both were amazing! Perfect crisp and flavor. Got the boba tea and nicely balanced. Not too sweet. Nice and creamy. It is wheelchair a accessible as is the bathroom, which was clean. Will be back! read more
I've been visiting Zenwich for years now and i'm so happy that they now have a location in Chicago. It's located in a tiny strip mall in Elmhurst on York rd. It's a small location they don't have seating so it's order and go style. They have amazing fusion style sandwiches and now offering other food options as well. Everything is extremely fresh, creative and flavorful. The staff is nice and very thankful for your business. Always a great place to order from and they sandwiches are a great size which you wont feel like you need more food. read more

I'm so excited for this review because this is my first yelp invite ! Coming to this sandwich shop was a cool experience! I like trying new places and foods ! This restaurant has all Korean signs, food, drinks and all. I tried the chicken teriyaki katsu which has Japanese style bread, crumbled chicken breast, house made coleslaw, romaine with teriyaki ! But I took the lettuce and coleslaw on because I don't like those but let me tell you if you like chicken and you like teriyaki sauce this sandwich is for you! They also have homemade chips that taste like seasoning sauce and garlic fried. I also had the passion fruit tea which is good. Thumbs up to this restaurant. If you want to eat here the place is kind of small but it was clean and open, wasn't many people or to many employees either. read more

Stopped by for lunch and got a couple sandwiches, fries, and chips! I ordered the shrimp (for a yelp event) and Bryanism (pork Katsu) sandwich. The fries were super crispy and both sandwiches were really juicy and flavorful! I typically never eat all of the bread from my sandwich but it was so soft I didn't let any of it go to waste! Everything was really fresh and I thought it was good quality! read more

Restaurant was not open for dine-in but was able to order carry out. Wish we were able to eat the spicy garlic aioli fresh as the panko crumbs were soggy and barely coating the shrimp. I felt like there was not enough shrimp on the sandwich to bread ratio. The Korean beef steak had an incredible meat to bread ratio -- overall amazing sandwich. Perfect combination of meat, grilled onions, mushrooms and cheese. Really glad we ordered the seasoned fries, they're sweet and spicy at the same time. We tried to check in for the free chips but the guy basically threw the food at us out the door. Wondering if the service was like this because it was near closing however we had ordered early in advance. Unique sandwiches but not sure I would come back. read more

Having just finished a really good Chicken Teriyaki Katsu with a side of truffle fries and veggie tempura, I can 100% say that this place is worth stopping into! The food was cooked to order, warm and fresh. It also tasted delicious. Shoestring fries aren't my personal favorite, but my brother loved them. The truffle added a cool, unique taste to them, making them a bit less boring than normal shoestring fries. I would recommend getting the Veggie Tempura, if you're stopping in. It was good and doused with teriyaki, which I love. The sandwich is a good size, too, and easy to break into a lunch and dinner! Zenwich is located in an unassuming strip mall, so it's easy to miss or to misjudge. It's definitely one of those 'don't judge a book by its cover' places. The food was delicious, prepared well and the staff was very friendly. I'd recommend it! read more
I'm not sure how I've never been to or heard about this place until recently. The great reviews and pictures looked amazing and made we want to check Zenwich out. I ordered their Mu Ping sounded very appetizing. It had bbq pork, with shredded carrots & daikon, cucumber, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro and sweet aioli. All the ingredients tasted fresh except for the pork. They didn't add much pork, and what they did put tasted very dry. I was eating this sandwich and not really feeling it, but luckily my wife's sandwich saved the day. She ordered their Chicken Satay sandwich and it was truly amazing. The chicken was curry marinated, and it came with the same shredded carrot, cucumber, red onion and jalapeño with their homage peanut sauce. The bites that I got out of this sandwich definitely hit the spot. If it wasn't for this sandwich I may have never returned. But now I will at least come back and try their crab cake sandwich as well as their spicy garlic shrimp sandwich. If those don't turn out to be good, I at least know I'll have the chicken satay to fall back on. As far as the Mu Ping, I won't be ordering that again. I will add that,$9 for a sandwich is incredibly high for what you're actually getting. It's a great sandwich but after I finished it, I was still left hungry. Maybe I was just being a fat ass that day, but I hope it can fill me up next time I visit. read more

The food is AMAZING and the owner is so kind and thoughtful! We came here for the first time a few days ago and got two free bags of chips with our order even though we forgot to order off of Yelp and it really brightened our day! Every review says this but if you come here you absolutely MUST try the spicy shrimp sandwich; it's extremely flavorful and the texture is perfect. It's probably one of my favorite sandwiches of all time and I usually think shrimp po boys are extremely meh. The crab cake sandwich has a more delicate basil flavor but also tastes great and if you're in the mood for an appetizer the veggie tempura teriyaki is fantastic! 10/10 would make the half hour trek and come again read more
When I saw that there was a Yelp Elite event opportunity in the town I grew up in, I had to be a part of it. Driving back to E-hurst always brings back great memories. As I waited for my order, the man behind the counter gave me a bag of what tasted like BBQ chips, but without all the grease, to keep me happy. Nice touch - how did he know I was famished?? ;) They were crunchy and hit the spot. Out of the 2 sandwiches, I chose the chicken teriyaki katsu and it was STINKING amazing. That is one of the best chicken sandwiches I've ever had. It can get a little messy... lots of sauce and a cole slaw type topping, falling all over the place (I even found a runaway piece of cabbage in my shirt!) But I would order again and again. Quality chicken, perfect crunch, perfect flavors. The truffle fries... They were skinny and mostly crispy. I tend to like soft fries more, but these were unique and tasty. They sure didn't skimp on the parmesan cheese. The bottom of my container was full of it. One small detail that I loved, but most would think an insignificant detail, were the thick napkins. There's nothing worse when you have messy food hands than cheap-o napkins. These were huge and thick - almost like linen napkins. I am excited to bring my son here next time. I know he'll love it! We ordered in person today at 3:00. We ordered the chicken teriyaki and the Korean cheese steak and two orders of truffle fries. We had to wait about 15 minutes but a large carry out order came in right before us. No worries. The owner gave us free home made chips to snack on while we waited. We got our order and took it home. When we opened the nicely packaged sandwiches we discovered that one of the orders was wrong. Chai made it right by giving me a credit for that order. Ill be back to try the Korean cheesy beef sandwich. The chicken teriyaki was very good. The chicken was flavorful and tender. The fries were thin and crispy. Thank you! read more

Zenwich was absolutely amazing! This event exceeded all my expectations and more. Upon walking in, we were politely greeted. The menu on the wall was large and everything looked appetizing. I think the only thing that was missing on the wall were the prices so that customers can quickly choose what they want while waiting in line. The orders were sent through a tablet and the process to order was fairly easy. I ordered the Chicken Teriyaki Katsu and ate it all within seconds of getting into the car. It was what dreams were made of. I was worried it would be dry but it was the exact opposite. There was this peanut sauce that really blended all of the flavors together! The truffle fries were also amazing. I think the only thing missing was that there was no dip- perhaps something like an aioli would complement the fries well. Overall, we absolutely loved our meal so much that we went back in and quite literally ordered everything to bring back to the fam. We got the Spicy Garlic Shrimp, the Korean Cheese Steak, the Thai BBQ Pork Belly, and another order of the Chicken Teriyaki Katsu. Safe to say that all of it exceeded our expectations. My favorite was the Katsu and next up was the Cheese Steak. The service was great! They were very kind and attentive. Portions and price were fair. Price was a little high but please keep in mind these aren't your ordinary sandwiches you can find just anywhere! I'm now addicted. Zenwich was a bit of a drive for us but it was well worth the trip. We'll be coming back and I have my eye on trying their Basil Crab Cake Sandwich. As always, support local businesses! read more
Zenwich is located in a strip mall with a casual interior. I arrived and provided my Yelp perk order and the owner started preparing my shrimp sandwich right away. In the meantime, I told him that I wanted to order additional items. I went over the order, then he asked me to input the items into the kiosk. I can see why this could be confusing (as stated in prior reviews), since he was a little hard to understand especially with his mask on. However, I do appreciate his efficiency, as I was able to place my order and pay for it through the kiosk while he was preparing the food. I order the garlic shrimp sandwich for my Yelp perk, which came with truffle fries. I also ordered the Thai sandwich, chicken katsu quinoa bowl, seasoned fries and a side of sunomono salad. You can substitute a sandwich for a rice paper wrap or quinoa bowl and you can also modify the ingredients. I was happy the food was prepared so quickly, since I had my SO and LO waiting in the car. Before I left, I asked them for the opening date for their Aurora location, as I read in their website that it was "coming soon". He said hopefully in the next month or two. I thanked them and said that I will visit their Aurora location since I live in Naperville. They appreciated my plans and we said our goodbyes. As soon as I sat in the car, my LO said, "Ooh that smells good!" When we got home, I realized that they forgot my sunomono (picked cucumber) salad. I was pretty annoyed and bummed, since I was looking forward to it. I'm glad it only cost $3 or it would have bugged me even more. But after taking a bite of the garlic shrimp sandwich, it was so good that I almost forgot about the missing salad. I tried my SO's Thai sandwich, and it was just as good. The fries are addicting! The chicken katsu sat on a bed of arugula with a side of coleslaw, quinoa and sunomono. I initially thought this was the sunomono that I ordered, but I think it just came with the quinoa bowl since it was a small side serving. Everything was delicious and super flavorful. My SO and LO also enjoyed everything. Despite the missing salad, I plan on checking out their Aurora location when they open. It's that good! Update- Shortly after I posted my review, the owner, Chai, reached out and apologized for the missed item. He provided a gift card to make up for it! It shows that he really cares about his customers. I really appreciate his effort to make things right! I upgraded my review to 5*s. I look forward to using my gift card at their new location in Aurora! Btw, their new location actually opens on FEBRUARY 1ST! I must have misheard the person at the store. Wow! So glad we stopped here on a whim while in the area. Food so fresh and delish. Flavors on point! We had spicy shrimp on ciabatta and bbq pork in rice wrap (recommendations from owner), truffle fries, crispy gyoza and cucumber salad. This was a lot of food for two people who were starving! Service was kind and hospitable! Very zen-like esthetic...open kitchen...seating for about 16 people...we were the only ones eating-in but steady stream of customers picking up. Driving through Chicago, we needed to find a place to eat dinner. Zenwich was something that I looked at before we left and added it to our map if we were to stop on the way to Minnesota. This place is pretty small, but it was pretty empty when we got there. I think it's probably mostly for fast food and it's just tucked in a small building between other businesses. So what did I order? I got the Pork Katsu, but instead of getting it on a bun I got it in a spring roll. The first batch they got the napkin stuck on there, and I couldn't peel it off as it took part of the napkin. When we told them about this they immediately made another one for me. That was pretty great. Honestly though, looking at it from afar, I thought it was pretty pricey for what it was. I think you could get more food getting the bowl instead of getting it wrapped in the rice paper wrapper. And honestly if I had to choose again, I would have tried out the cheese steak because I thought the pork katsu fell a little short. It's not bad, and I would definitely come back here, but I think you have to try out all the sandwiches to see which ones are the best. read more

I would drive an hour just for The spicy garlic shrimp sandwich. It's incredible. The snap you get from the shrimp plus the sweet and spicy aioli makes for the best combo. Great Asian fusion restaurant! read more
I really like the seasoning on the spicy garlic shrimp. I like that they used arugula to give that pepper element in their "spicy" sandwich. They were a little heavy handed in the arugula in this sandwich, but I didn't mind too much. I like that their fries were thin and it makes you want to keep coming back for more. I also got the seasoned fries and chips. The seasoning they used is sweet, salty, and a curry/cumin flavor. The chips were really addicting. The owner also gave me a complimentary pickled cucumbers. Those were salty, sweet and a little kick of spice. It was amazing on its on and in the sandwich. read more

I woke up and decided today is their day. Lol. I was headed their direction & it was a no brainer to try them out. I went at lunch time So it was a thick crowd. Parking was easy. Ordering was easy too. I got 2 Korean cheese steaks & a spicy garlic sandwhich. I got my order to go. It's a very small place so not much seating. Took maybe 7mins for my order to be ready. Tasted the Korean cheese steak 1st, I got mine w/no cheese. Order was hot & fresh it was really good. It could've used more veggies I think. A hint more salt. But it was good. I enjoyed it. The spicy garlic shrimp sandwhich was tasty as well. I'm usual not a saucy girl. I don't like sauces, but I wanted to be daring. I'm glad I tried it out. My family and I were in the area and was looking for a sandwich shop. So happy we choose to eat here. The sandwiches we choose to try was the Koren cheesesteak, Spicy garlic shrimp, and the chicken Katsu with a side of truffle fries. All we're delicious! As an added bonus we got free chips that they cook fresh in-house just for checking in on my yelp app. The service was very nice. The ambiance was simple and clean. We would definitely stop by again when in the area. read more

*pre Covid review* This place is crazy good. I don't remember the name of the sandwiches we got but I honestly don't think it matters. Their bread and toppings are delicious so I'm sure all their sandwiches are tasty. Ours came with pickles and chips and we also got drinks. Do yourself a favor, skip subway or Jersey Mikes and give this place a shot. read more
WOW!! That's it WOW. Sometimes you see a review on Yelp and everyone is singing praises of the place and you go there and it's like Mehhhh. This is NOT the case with Zenwich. I repeat this is NOT the case w/Zenwich. When I went in I saw Candace G ordered a spicy tofu basil, Jennifer got a spicy tofu basil, Howard got the Mu Ping. I was leaning towards the Pork Katsu, but David the store manager recommended the Spicy Garlic Shrimp . GREAT RECOMMENDATION DAVID THANKS. It was F--in remarkable. Spicy shrimp, w/baby arugula, cilantro, spicy and sweet aioli sauce & topped with a garlic crunch. Oh the taste sensation is remarkable. I savored every bite of that sandwich and I took a picture of it and I will be dreaming of it. Absolutely remarkable better then any of the Shrimp Po Boys I had in NOLA. The sandwich comes w/kettle chips and a pickle. In addition they have Spicy Tofu Basil (Candace G), Chicken Satay, Pork & Chicken Katsu, Pork Mu Ping, Crab Cake and Korean Cheese Steak. I'm sure the other sandwiches are awesome, but I'm hooked on the Spicy Garlic Shrimp I also have the honor of doing the 600th review for Zenwich. Check it out you will not regret it. read more
