They did not disappoint. Not only did they get me in the next day, they allowed me to make an appointment (shocker) and had me out the door in less then 45 minutes total. Lo and behold they list my old vehicle for nearly 15k more than the trade in value they gave me. Great way to treat a repeat customer! I felt very rushed and failed to really take the necessary time. This is the first time I every was given such vague information and I should have brought my A game that day but I did not and I paid dearly for it. The certified used vehicle I got was unsatisfactory. I was told about the 14 day/1k return policy that they then denied and refused to honor. I was never told that they did not participate nor did the vehicle I bought have a window sticker that the sales manager claimed it had that disclosed such. There was no window sticker in the car at all. I had previously bought three vehicles here but never again!

We were initially offered one interest rate, but once we sat down to finalize the deal, they claimed there had been a mistake reading the rate sheet and refused to honor or buy down the original rate they had advertised. It felt misleading and dishonest. On top of that, the environment didn't seem very professional, the manager was rude and condescending, even toward his own team, which was uncomfortable to watch as a customer. I came in on Friday to explore possibly trading in my current vehicle and see what deals were available. I want to specifically recognize Argenis, who was amazing throughout the process. He was patient, helpful, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. His customer service was excellent and is the reason I stayed as long as I did. Unfortunately, my experience changed completely when it came time to discuss numbers and I was introduced to the service manager, Jose. When I asked questions, he was dismissive and, at one point, literally waved me off with the pen in his hand. As a returning customer who has spent money with this dealership and remained loyal for years, I found this behavior disrespectful and unprofessional. The moment I was made to feel like my questions and concerns didn't matter, all respect was lost and I decided I was done. No customer--especially a loyal, repeat customer--should be treated as though they're an inconvenience for asking questions about a major financial decision. I sincerely appreciate Argenis and the excellent service he provided, but my interaction with Jose left such a negative impression that I will seriously reconsider doing business with this dealership in the future.
