I do suggest asking for Elvi, super nice, funny, and very relatable. He had us laughing the whole time and I enjoyed the comfort and not pressuring us. He doesn't give pushy salesman vibes and that's why I really enjoyed him. Buying my 2nd car and selling an old one with him was very easy. He had great communication and took me and my boyfriend through the process with ease. When my husband went to pick up the car, it was still making the same noise. I serviced my car for breaks, rotors & oil change. Well over $500 spent. When I arrived I assumed I would get the same level of customer service like other dealerships do. Not only was I told that customers "don't like" car washes so they only do them if you ask. ( which makes no sense because why not offer the option if that was the case. On July 21 2025 I towed my disable 2005 Murano to Nissan of 440. I have had a good relation for over 5 years with Nissan. Spending well over $8,000 on a car that I love, to keep it well maintained by dealer. telling the advisor Joshua that the key wont turn, and that it has to be more computer related than mechanical, and that the only dash lights that are on, are those related to anti theft stuff. two days later the master tech and Joshua, THE experts tell me it is a seized engine and recommend a new engine replacement. which is insulting for a man that has kept a 20 year old car, in well maintained working condition. expressing my confusion and disbelief to the tech and advisor that i don't think it is a seized engine. there is fresh oil in the engine and i don't drive it like a Nascar. i asked on many occasion did u scan it, but they did not, because they did not bother to work and properly diagnose the problem, which was anti theft issue all along. NOT a seized engine, which was written on my invoice of $319. So disrespectful and insulting and belittling when i am telling you where the problem area is but don't want to listen and understand. Let me ease down my emotion and list all of those point made me feel offended. 1. A $1500 fee for "After Marketing Fee" for "changing brand new tires, breaks, oils and fluids" However, I don't know why a 2020 vehicle requires changing of those parts, they replied as:"Those parts had been done on the car and you have to pay for it." 2. The difference of final amount and sales tax bettween goverment document (DTF-802) (which is base on original price) and their sales contract (553-NJ-ARB-EPS-14-xx/xx) (which included hidden fees below). I don't want to assume anything, you guys have a think about it....... 3. Hidden fees on sales contract included: $2500 fee for CPA INC. $990 fee for Optional GAP contract. and the sales tax and finacial interest based on above 2. 4. When they asking you to initial the hidden fees page, this page will be mixed in 20-30 continuous pages with oceans of numbers, and they will scrolled down directly to the button and asking you doing initial. There is no obviously reminding and description. That' s why we signed this page without any vigilance. 5. Extrmely ignoring of customer crisis intervertion. After I figured out those hidden fees, I marked them out on the page and send a copy to their sales agent. The only reply I received is as below: "we have to wait for the 1st bill to come and then she can refund the money" "finace will do it" "let you first bill come from the bank for the car because the document is already submitted and they will resove this" ...... Extra shout out to Angie Cardena, the most caring, friendly, and knowledgeable service manager we have worked with. One time we were waiting an hour for a tech who did not come in. Service drops happen in all industries - what matters is how they are dealt with. Angie went out of her way to help us and compensate us for the hassle, and we are happily returning. Why not five stars? The waiting room is OK (and actually the coffee machine is out of this world), but it could do with an upgrade. The worst experience I had trading and leasing car. I was promised things that now they don't wanna hold up the end of the deal. It's all bs when they are trying to make a sale. They promise things they can't even do. I was promised something from a sales rep and his manager and a few month later going back and forth with the sales rep he gets himself fired for whatever reason and now im dealing with the issue alone because his boss is saying none of this is true. Car was advertised on the website as certified pre-owned at $17,995. Get to the dealership and they tell you there is an extra $1,600 mandatory charge for certification. If they had advertised the correct price including the certification I probably would have bought the car, it was nice, but I it left because of their idiotic sales tactics. read more

THE ONLY REASON I WENT TO THIS DEALERSHIP WAS BECAUSE OF THE SALES TAX, I would NEVER do business with them again!! I traded in my 2018 Nissan Altima for a Sentra to lower my insurance and monthly payments. I SPECIFICALLY asked for gap insurance, because like an idiot on a previous car I canceled and learned the hard way. My car was totaled in September, I kept up with payments and when I spoke to the GAP department they assured me I was not covered! Geico quoted me what they would pay my lienholder and I was out of pocket $3,826. The balance was paid and of course I have no car. I was told I can cancel my warranty and receive any funds left over. I was not told I needed to come in to the office and sign a document. I found that out a month later waiting for the payment. I called NMAC (Nissan motor acceptance company) and they stated the warranty check was sent to them, but being that I had no balance it was sent back to the dealership. It's now February 25th and not only have I not received anything , I didn't hear from them either. I spoke with 2 people in the finance department and they pass you around. I was provided a check number, a routing number but when I ask you to track and reissue the check, again there's a run a round. **The guy I spoke with can clearly tell I'm upset, and out of a car an almost 4 grand, he offers to rectify the situation and get me in another car. As you see I never do reviews like this, but this one is something everyone should know. Me and my girlfriend 2 years ago purchased a car with the salesman Jamie. We spent several hours at the dealership, they seemed like very nice people. Make a long story short, we were pressured into gap insurance which was a complete scam. 2 years later the car was totaled and we find out we don't have gap coverage, our first contract we signed at the dealership had the gap coverage, a week after purchasing the car we were told by the manager Doreen that she now got us approved through another bank at a lower interest rate but had to come in to sign. I was unable to come in and after several attempts they then mailed me the new contract and said to include the old contact when returning the mail signed to them. I left there very disappointed and angry, and hopefully I can find a trustworthy and honest garage I can work with going forward. Customer since November 2015. Scheduled a visit for an oil change and a recall for a hose. Got to the dealer 30 mins early, appointment at 1030am got my car back at 4pm. Best response i got was "We did ask you if you wanted to wait for it". I did ask when i scheduled the appt and was told an estimate around 2 hours or more. Not expecting more than 5. I've had issues in the past with long wait times as well. Going in at around 10am and leaving around 2 for oil changes and maintenance but this takes the cake. Its just not worth it for me to go here anymore.
