I ordered the Sultan's Stack. Sultan's Stack is like having your own personal chocolate fountain in a dish with everything you want in it. Beautifully plated dessert with a very generous servings. This is the only dessert I want for the rest of my life! My sweet tooth has finally been satisfied (and that takes a lot! LOL). Zeytin should be on everyone's "Things to do in Myrtle Beach" list! They also have a children's menu. Mediterranean style food. "Zeytin" means olive and olive trees. The decor is gorgeous and it makes you feel very comfortable. When we walked in, modern pop music was playing very loud which took away from the ambiance of the restaurant. We were seated on outdoor furniture that was used inside the restaurant. I ordered a turkish tea that came as a single small cup of plain black tea. We received complimentary pita bread with a seasoned olive oil that had great flavor and texture. We ordered the cigar borek appetizer, it was delicious and I highly recommend it. We ordered the kofta kabob and the chicken kabob. My husband said the kofta was very tender and almost melted in your mouth. He also enjoyed the rice. The chicken was bland to me other than the chair broiled flavor. Some pieces also tasted undercooked. The rice was bland and seemed a little overcooked. The fresh salad had no flavor other than the pickled cabbage pieces in it. Dessert was the pistachio cheesecake, it was delicious and creamy with lots of pistachio flavor in the crust and filling. We were not offered any refills on water or drinks. read more

The only Turkish/Mediterranean restaurant within ? miles. You'll get a nice serving of fresh baked bread with an olive oil & olives dipping dish as you wait for your menu choice. We've had several dishes there but our favorite is the Loaded Mediterranean. Service is excellent and the indoor dining area is lively if you don't mind some noice. Outside seating is limited but on a warm day or if you don't want to be inside ( I thought people just eat like me, but some just love to eat and yap ) outside is mellow. One thing about the outside seating....there is a 2 way traffic lane but not a nuisance, what is not so cool is, dog walkers letting their pets pee & poop on the restaurant's near shoulder. I feel that if they apply & get approval for a 6ft solid fence instead of the current hedges it'll be 100% ether to sit outdoors. read more

Our daughter is visiting from CT and asked to go to breakfast at Zeytin. It was all of our first time trying this restaurant and it was AMAZING! Atmosphere itself and the decorations were beautiful. I've been going to Zeytin since they opened, it's such an inviting restaurant with beautiful furnishing that I was told we're all imported from Turkey. The food is amazing, so many choices that are not your usual breakfast/ lunch food (although they have those too), such an interesting menu which I love to try. The quality is top notch, food arrives piping hot and fresh. I love the lahmajoun ( even though I always say it wrong), the pide, both Turkish specialties that are worth a try. The deserts are to die for as well, they have a Dubai cheesecake, need I say more? Anyway, my lunches here are always great, but I went this week and we had Merve as a server and she was AMAZING! Such a great energy, very attentive and responsive, answered all our questions on the different dishes and made sure we were well taken care of. I am sad not to give this 5 stars as the food was fantastic and different, Food was excellent, 5 stars service was ok, meals took quite awhile to come and staff weren't overly friendly 3 stars ambience was spoiled as we did not have enough room to get out of our seats and I felt very embarrassed knocking the table behind me. 2 stars Our party didn't like the $20 surcharge on missing guests. We did not have any however with 15 people it was very nerve racking. I am planning another lunch for a different group in October, but very hesitant now with the k er crowding and especially the surcharge. I would be interested to hear if this will change read more

The decor was incredibly amazing, and the customer service was decent. The server didn't smile at all, but they did check up on me. I believe I got something called a turkimisu, which is a tiramisu French toast soaked in coffee, topped with Nutella, fruit, and whipped cream. I think it tasted amazing. I definitely will be coming back for that. I also got a tiramisu latte. It was so good, but it was strong. If you're a coffee lover, you'll love it.
