"Without music, life would be a mistake." F. Nietzsche What's your favorite sort of music? Do you need a soundtrack for your life? You can still find your favorite music and songs here. I don't know about you, but "radio killed the music store!" But the platforms for music knifed the audience for ever stepping into a space that sells music that's not digital. For those of you that still want something tangible to hold and play they can light your imagination on fire here. Who knows or "remembers" vinyl? You can find it here. If you're not sure what that is, come learn some. They offer a CD and perhaps if your vintage, like many, me included cassette tapes . How tech has changed? The only constant is change, but music should be your standard of communication. In all languages and styles "the music," will set your soul on fire and make your heart beat faster and stronger. The staff here is always helpful. If you need something special ordered they are the ones to help you. Let's go back for a moment in time, back to when bands used to play here and have personal signing . Those were the days . Again if you're my age or a little older, you remember the music store . In fact the style has not changed, just the times . You can find all sorts of different things here . They have all sorts of unique gifts, they sell new and used music, movies, books, collectibles, and video games. Let's soar high and find something to make your evening your weekend dreams pop even more. Bring in your old music and enjoy new fresh ideas for your collection . What's your next move for fun . I like Zia !! It's chill, cool staff. Pretty organized for the most part! I wish they had more Latino vinyls and CDs. But they have literally everything you can imagine; books, movies, vinyls, cds, magazines, comics, merch from hella brands, clothing, goodies, snacks... everything! Fairly priced, too!

Little bit of this, little bit of that.

Zia Records is one of my all time favourite places and this location was the closest to me when I lived In Las Vegas. I probably stopped at this location well over 150 times and each trip was a different experience since the store has everything from records, comic books, and VHS tapes to video games, toys, and posters (I left out cassette tapes, CDs, DVDs, Blu Rays, Clothing, Pins, and so much more) and it truly is a place where you could find anything. As a buying customer, the staff here was always pretty friendly even if it took you a little while to actually find someone to help you, and as a seller it was an easy place to drop off stuff I was too lazy to sell or didn't feel like dealing with myself. Overall, Zia Records is the first place I think of when I think about returning back to Las Vegas. I could write a long review but I'm struggling to do anything except list all the things I like, which is endless. I've bougthen rare Gamecube games, in package WWF Hasbro figures, single issue comics and trades, rare mid 90s WWF gear, consoles, and even enough Kit Kats to feed a small army. Come here, give them money, and I pray one day they finally expand into my new home of California.

So I've been meaning to check this place out for a long time. And so glad I did. They have such a cool selection of vinyl. Price points are a bit high, but I can understand since the store is massive. Tons of gifty items as well and books, CDs, DVDs, manga. LOTS to sift through and look at. Found a couple awesome YES albums, great jazz, and Neil Young. Even an album of Richard Burton narrating some Dylan Thomas poetry. So yeah snagged that too. They have a 99 cent section for books so there are some gems to find, but I found their book price points fair. Good music playing and chill vibes. Be back for my music fix.

This place is something special, something unique. A once in a lifetime experience for the true vinyl collecting junky. I had the pleasure of visiting wax trax while on a work trip a week ago. Before coming in I did my research. I read all the bad reviews about how they don't price their inventory, how the owner is rude, blah blah blah. Those only made me more curious. Upon arrival I was immediately greeted and asked what I'm looking for. I told the owner my genre preference and they without hesitation showed me all the sections so I could start digging. Spent 2 hours searching on my hands a knees through row after row of 45s/ 12". Till eventually I landed on a rare banger that I myself have never even heard of and according to Discogs only 9 people own. This is something that doesn't happen so often when digging for me anymore. Right then and there I knew this place was something special. A true treasure trove of vinyl. The owner was even fair with his pricing. Overall this is a business that will never come around again and if you don't appreciate it while it's here then you will only miss it when it's gone. 10 out of 10 will be back again

IMO, KPOP USA is by far the best of the lot, primarily because they're the largest store with the most merchandise and everything is well organized. On my first visit in 2025, I couldn't find the store as their address is 5828 Spring Mountain Road but they're in a building on Red Rock Street. I ended up asking the person working at Permission to K-Pop (now closed) and she directed us to find KFC and turn right onto Red Rock. Aha, KPOP USA is in a building on the right. I went to the store on Sunday, after seeing BTS the night before and the store was packed! Every aisle was full of shoppers and people waiting in line for one of the two registers. I couldn't go through every row, so I found a few items and went to the back of the right-hand line. It took an hour to get to the front to pay for my goods. I was wondering if the cookies I bought at Maggiano's earlier were surviving the 95-degree heat. Luckily, they did. To me, a visit to KPOP USA is a "must do", if you're a K-pop fan. Highly recommended!

Almost like shopping online but instant gratification with some sale items, no shipping, and best of all, no waiting. Pretty constant flow of customers, and most left with something including their happy smiling faces. Sort of an obscure location at the far end of a generic strip mall off Spring Mountain. But worth the drive. My daughter went in with a list of 10 items, found 9 of the items, and picked up a couple of extra things not on her list (irresistible sales up to 50% off!).
