The cauliflower Gochujang sauce was exquisite.

In Monopoly I think they say " Do not pass Go". In California I say, if you are on the 101 Fwy and in wine country specifically San Luis Obispo County " Do not pass exit 230, Paso Robles St". Please get off and after making that left on 13 th St and then Pine park your vehicle and experience a life changing meal at Ziggy's - this is not an exaggeration! You have to get the Korean Fried Cauliflower or KFC drizzled with the OMG gochujang sauce! One bite and game over!! That beautiful bold, spicy n sweet addicting umami flavor! This is from the heart and taste buds of a guy who used to love steak, burgers and could eat 3 double whoppers at BK with large fries and still have room for dessert! We requested more sauce as we were just in love with this item. The very kind gentleman at the counter ( his 21st birthday day is on Tuesday 10/28) gave us a big container. We then turned to the Taquitos with the chipotle and Julio sauces and just closed our eyes and relished every bite. The chef was smiling as he saw us really enjoying this meal. The mushrooms on the burger were divine. The melted cheese was amazing. Our smiles got bigger as we realized we had more of these Korean Fried Cauliflower bites in the untouched Cauli bowl. So extra sauce and even more fun! You can order on the computer outside or walk in and do so at the counter. There are 3 tables with seating for 10 and a couple outside. Loved that NASCAR was in the tele and they had paper and crayons for the kids. They have a dual set up with Sylvester's ( non veg food) also in the same location but they prepare the food in separate stations. Love that! Ziggy's is a must stop. I will look for your 5 star review real soon. Enjoy!

Definitely recommend to vegetarians! So many choices at a cute place in downtown Paso. First off - I was lowkey confused where it was because we followed directions for Ziggy's on the gps and I couldn't find it. Turns out - it's a shared joint with Sylvester's Burgers. Second - the food was so freaking tasty. Some vegan spots may not have variety in flavor but the sauces Ziggy has, is super delish! What I had - the Cali burrito (small - $9.95). I asked instead of the grilled beyond steak, if there was a substitute similar to a black bean patty and the woman who helped me (didn't get her name but super friendly!), gave me the rec of substituting it with their Ziggy patty. And y'all...it was so on point! Their Ziggy patty is made from black&pinto beans, carrots, corn, bell pepper & spices. Along with that, theres a bunch of ingredients & this mouth watering habanero creama Seating - enough seating for 10 people inside and 2 outside. It is quaint & they have a restroom. Overall, this may be my spot I visit anytime I'm near/in the area!

It's hard to accurately rate this Ziggy's because it's now meat hamburger/ vegan order up front establishment. Because of healthier living choices, I've been eating a lot more vegan (plant based) options. Reading about Ziggy's it sounded like a good healthy place for a quick lunch. To my surprise (and confusion) there was a large Sylvester's burgers banner on the storefront. I originally thought Ziggys went under, but aperently they both share this small space. - Black Bean taquitos. I liked it, it was a bit dry inside. - Mushroom "burger". Loaded with mushrooms and special sauce. Their Ziggy patty was good. Verdict: While I thought their plant based options to be fine, I'd much rather have ordered from their Sylvester's menu. -

We stopped in with our friend who is vegan. She absolutely loves their vegan onion rings. They do a lot of to go business. Good music good people.

I went on a rode trip to Paso Robles. I was looking for a good plant based restaurant on Yelp and I found Ziggy's! It's a nice little plant based restaurant. I ordered the kale salad, cauliflower buffalo bites and I believe I had a lemonade. The food was excellent and the service was good too. I will definitely be back when I visit Paso Robles.

We visited for my birthday and liked it so much we ate here twice! The server was very friendly and the food was served fast and warm. Our first time I ordered the taquitos and my wife the bbq cauliflower. The Taquitos was fine but the cauliflower were so good! They were crisp on the outside but fully cooked and the sauce was tasty. Both orders came with large kale salads. The next meal we shared a vegan burger and a side of onion rings. The onion ring order was large and fried to perfection. The chocolate shake was delicious and you would never know it was made without dairy.

Great pit stop on the way to the coast. Friendly, fast service. I'm not vegan or vegetarian, but I'm not big on meat so this was a great find for me. I got the crunchwrap which was delicious! It feels wrong to compare it to the taco bell one, but it really was so much fresher and tastier while still being plant based. Will be stopping here again.

We were in Paso and wanted to try a different kind of place for lunch...while we are not Vegans, we do like to eat health. Boy, are we glad to have found Ziggy's! Here is what we noticed: - It was a Wednesday, but the place was pretty empty...which I wasn't sure that was a good sign. We were able to each at one of the three or four 2-person tables though. - My wife and I ordered both the Crunchwrap Supreme and the KCK Salad, so that we could each try both dishes. Wow, is about all I can say!! - The Crunchwrap looked to be on the smallish side at first, but was filling...and, it was incredible especially with the grilled outside of the burrito. The KCK Salad was topped with lots of the Korean fried cauliflower, which perfectly complemented the ranch on the kale salad. It was probably one of the best salads I've had in a long, long time...just be aware that it is pretty spicy. - We got water from the water station. Service was at a counter and our food came out pretty quickly, hot and piping as it has clearly just been cooked. Bottom line: We'd go back to Ziggy's anytime, especially since there are several other menu items we'd like to try...frankly, we forgot that it was a Vegan place.

    Tater tots
    Charlene S.

It's a small spot with only a few tables that seat 2 or 3. There are some tables outside too, I think. These tater tots were great! Sandwich was good too, but I forgot which one I got. I think it was vegan chicken based. The sauce was good, and well portioned, but the base is juuuust slightly forgetable. Parking was easy, if not directly in front. Worth a try again for something not chicken based.

    Limited Time Korean influenced burger
    Alex R.

Tried the other location for Ziggy's and loved it so I wanted to try a few more options at this location. * California burrito (not pictured) was really good and one of the better vegan-American style burritos I've had. * Burger was really really tasty! I can't remember the exact name of the limited time option but it was Korean influenced and really tasty. * Any of their loaded fries have been great as per usual! Will definitely return to try more options.

    Marcela L.

I went to an ice cream shop nearby and when they didn't have dairy free options I was directed to Ziggy's. The food is fast food-like, but isn't fast. You order at the counter and take a seat. The service was fine. The food was okay, but a bit pricy as was the ice cream. The restaurant is really small and it was cold inside since the door stayed open.

    Black Bean Taquitos
    Hilary P.

What a great find! So happy we drove directly to Ziggy's once we arrived in Paso Robles! Ziggy's shares the location with a burger place...but just head to the pink stand to place your Ziggy's order! We were hungry...so we tried a lot! We got the buffalo chikn sandwich, an impossible burger, buffalo cauliflower, tater tots, black bean taquitos and the lemonade. Everything was fresh & delicious! The staff was super friendly! Our only regret is we were too full to try a shake...so we'll just have to come back! If you are anywhere near Paso Robles, definitely try Ziggy's!!

    Joy H.

I've been to Ziggy's a few times and always enjoyed their avocado taco as well as the french fries. However, this time I had the vegan soft serve and it is so good! - I believe the flavors change regularly but today they offered vanilla and chocolate swirl. I ordered mine in a cone to-go. It tastes just like traditional soft serve and is perfect for a hot day! - Last time I was at Ziggy's, I got the vanilla milkshake and it was soupy. It simply wasn't frozen enough and it kind of ruined the experience. However, the soft serve this time was a perfect consistency. Be sure to pay in cash and you will get a 4% discount.

Different is good, but I think the classic 805 smash burger is the KISS, keep it simple stupid, fav. Same with fries, skinny or lion are the best. The garlic parm upgrade was tasty but too oily. I love the regular fries with their crack ranch sauce to dip into. Oh, I did get to try a sample of one of the sours. Never had sour ale before, so this was a great chance to try it out! Definitely an acquired taste, as it was not for me. Glad I didn't just order a glass of it! I'll stick to my fav kiss UDBA, lol. For the brewery tour, my bad in misunderstanding in signing up. Per person over 12 does not mean the ticketed participant pays to drink the samples, while under 12 can go for free without samples. It means, no one under 12 can go on tour period (not just stroller babies, anyone under 12 is no go), it's the law so that's that. They kindly offered to still get me beer flight while I relaxed in the room with the under 12 kid:) All the beers I chose were delicious and I had a great time chatting with Ms. April, like a personal bartender! Tour came back in about an hour and wife was tired from it. Glad I stayed behind to just enjoy the tour, since inside the factory was loud when had to enter the door to use the restroom. So if thinking of doing beer flight in the restaurant, just go across the street and do the tour without doing the tour and enjoy the flight here! A must stop in Paso for me. I still need to hit the one in Venice - Marina Del Rey area... Wife recommended to her coworker and they went to that location and loved the burgers and beer. So if can't make it up to Paso for the OG location, the one in LA is much closer for us LA/OC folks. April told me the Sunglider beer they had was developed in the Venice/Marina location, and it's become popular to become a permanent offering or something. So maybe time to go check out the Venice/Marina location to discover what is under R&D! (but I am sure I will still just get the UDBA there, lol)

6 Star Alert. 6 star Alert. 6 star Alert. 6 star Alert…read more SIX STAR ALERT. SIX STAR ALERT. That right people, I said it.... And 6 times to be exact! Because let me tell you, the Spice of Life in Downtown Paso Robles not only deserves those 6 stars, but they truly EARNED each & every star (plus a bonus star) that I am awarding them for their exceptional hospitality. Now, let me tell you why! While in Paso for my wife's weekend birthday getaway, we had such fun time casually strolling the streets with no where to be. While window shopping, going in and out of the various shops, and just meandering through the downtown area.... We suddenly came across a little business called: The Spice of Life From the outside, it was pretty obvious what we were about to get into... ----Spices----Herbs----Teas---- Hey, they had me at Spices, but the rest is what kept me from leaving there anytime soon. Upon entering this quaint little shop, we were immediately immersed into a world that I Love. Spices, Spices and more Spices!!! Yeah, I'm that guy that at home, not in public of course, that will put a little spice on my hand and lick it off (to test it of course). I know, but I'm just a spice freak, what can I say! Yeah, give me a good lemon pepper, a blended steak seasoning or even a Kansas City Bbq Rub and I'll gladly give it the "Lance Lick of Approval". Yeah, I'm a Spice Man, & I'm not afraid to admit it. And let me tell you, this place has got spices!! Yeah, there are Jars and Jars, & more Jars of the finest, most incredible spices you can dream of. But on Top of the Spices... There are Oils, Vinegars, Teas, Tea Accessories, Herbal Supplements, Books, and More! And with all that shopping... Why not grab a quick bite alongside a freshly brewed coffee or tea at their mini cafe right on the premises. Heck, we did! (We had the Vanilla Chai Tea Latte) And it was Fire! So what makes this place earn a well deserved 6 star review?? It wasn't just their great product. Or even their beautifully prepared drink. It was their hospitality, their graciousness, and the human connection that we felt that went above the typical customer vs. retailer interaction. The lady who assisted us (forgive me but I forget her name) but she might have been maybe the owner or maybe even manager of the place was so kind, helpful and made our experience exceptional, so thank you for that! With so many great gift ideas and things that we needed for our own household, you know we did some damage and got a few things to take back home. So.... If you are a fan of spices like me, love yourself some tea, are looking for some unique, fun gift ideas or just want to enjoy a nice, quaint shop where the service hopefully exceeds your expectations like it did for me... Then take my highly recommended suggestion and get over to the... Spice of Life in Downtown Paso Robles ASAP!!!
