The person mentioned that they subcontract after hours. This was not what I wanted or had signed up for. More importantly I later did research on the unit that was installed and there seems to have been over a 100% markup. I called Garage Door Pros with this concern. However, they just had the guy from Tako call me and he said thats what the company needed him to charge. He did send me an itemized receipt. And I saw a clear over 100% markup on the unit, the keypads and the remotes.
