So if your order is wrong, the app sends you to the store, and the store tells you they can't do anything without a manager. Mistakes happen, and I understand that. What made this a terrible experience was the complete lack of effort to make the mistake right. Very disappointing, especially since I've never had an issue here before.

However Julian was kind enough to give me a small scoop of gelato on them because of it. This is a great family owned business with great food and service.

Zito's Pizza down by The Orange Circle has been a staple for me for what feels like forever. I grew up around this area, and every time I come back to visit, it's always a nostalgic experience. This last visit was no exception, and it reminded me exactly why I keep coming back. The manager, Jake, is top-tier. He knows how to connect with customers in a way that makes you feel genuinely welcomed. He leads his team, and the staff was great all around--attentive, friendly, and efficient. In the short time we were there for dinner, we experienced some of the best service and hospitality. As for the food, we went with the Zito's Special pizza--always a hit. It's loaded with toppings and never disappoints. We also got the house salad with ranch (a banger, as always) and some buffalo wings. While Zito's may not be the absolute best pizza I've ever had, one thing is for sure--it's always consistent, and that counts for a lot. One of the highlights of the night was seeing how much my dad enjoyed chatting with Jake. It's the little things like that which make Zito's more than just a pizza spot--it's a place that keeps people coming back. read more

Zittos, I'm not really a pizza fan but this place is where i come for garrrrlic knotttssss! Nom NOm NOm, these garlic knotts got my heart in a knott. bahaha I crack myself up! Any who, they also have cinnamon knotts but they aren't as good, in my opinion. The pizza is decent, but not my favorite. I would prefer thin crusted pizza like Boston's. However, this place tops pizza hut or any mainstream type pizza place because the ingredients taste more fresh. Everything tastes more fresh and everything is less greasy than other pizza places. I gave this place three stars simply because it is nothing special and their prices are slightly high for average pizza/garlic knott type food. BEWARE OF THE EXTRA CHARGES IF YOU PAY WITH A CREDIT/DEBIT CARD. A few days ago I bought a pizza for take out with my friends. I paid with my credit card when I paid in person. Yesterday (after my payment was posted/finalized) I noticed that they actually charged me an extra $4. It appears that they added an extra $4 on top of the tip amount I gave them. I remember very clearly how much I tipped because I was splitting it with my friends. If you plan on coming here and paying with a credit or debit card, keep an eye out on your transaction once it has fully posted on your account. If they did this to me, I'm sure they have done this to other customers as well. The food was good, but the workers are shady. I won't be coming back here due to this experience. I've been coming to this pizza place for years, and it has never disappointed. The food is always fresh, delicious, and consistently amazing. Amazing Garlic Knots-I cant help but love them-They also have pretty good salads-Better than i expected. The Ambiance was quite unique-the servers and staff all treated me great and wonderfully and like I was a regular, even though it was my first time coming to that location. Overall its 5 stars and fulfills everything I was looking for in a Pizza Place. If I had one complaint, it would be parking. Back in the day, Zito's was the spot. The line to order would stretch out the door, and getting through on the phone was nearly impossible because everyone wanted a taste of their amazing pizza. Sadly, those days are gone. Now, the restaurant feels like a ghost town. The customer service is lacking, the interior shows obvious signs of aging, and the ownership doesn't seem to keep up with repairs or updates. Worst of all, the quality and taste that made Zito's legendary just aren't the same. We truly miss the old Zito's that everyone loved. read more

I grew up eating pizza from my favorite joint in Columbus Ohio, and have never found it's replacement till now. Zito's location is walking distance of the Orange circle, which makes for a great walk when finished eating. Zito's is a classic hand tossed crust, the sauce is just right, which for me means it's not messy but more than enough to know you're not eating cheese bread. The toppings are generous and the service is friendly and enjoyable. If you're looking for a good pizza, one of the best, stop by this location. read more

When I asked for ice, the cashier initially took the cups and then she said there was no ice, but then I heard her inform her younger male coworker that there actually was ice. Mind you they gave ice to other customers. She also made a comment about there being five of us. At that point, her attitude came across as unnecessarily petty and unprofessional. She later told me they didn't have basil, so I asked for olives as a replacement. We waited approximately 25-30 minutes for the pizza. When it finally came out, there was no pepperoni on it, despite pepperoni being part of the order I originally placed. I showed the cashier my receipt and explained that I had specifically requested pepperoni, ricotta cheese, and basil. She insisted that she had repeated my order correctly, but the receipt actually reflected the items I had requested. Instead of simply correcting the mistake, I was charged extra for the pepperoni, even though it was an issue with the original order. On top of that and once our pepperoni was added the second time, we waited about 15 plus, additional minutes. the younger male employee was trying to flag me down to come get my order rather than bringing it to the table. At that point, after everything else, I said "No, you bring it over here." The audacity of them requesting I go pick up my pizza was crazy. I really hope that their manager reads this review. I'll be reviewing this on their website as well. The pizza itself was alright, but honestly, it wasn't worth dealing with the attitude, the ordering mistake on their part, the extra charge, and the overall experience. I came in willing to give this place a try, but unfortunately, I won't be coming back, and neither will the families of the children I brought along with us. They already spoke to their parents about this I unnecessary experience. Mistakes happen, but how you treat customers when mistakes happen makes all the difference. This experience was disappointing from start to finish. The staff was immature and the cashier (only female) had a crappy attitude.

I'm so glad she suggested it because I was happy with the taste of the food. The service was friendly, and our food was brought to our table rather quickly. There was plenty of dining room space and many tables. It's a casual environment with the fountain drink machine and self serve for utensils and napkins. There was a small TV on in the corner. We both ordered the mixed beef and chicken Shawarma plate. The pita bread was warm and paired well with the beef and chicken. There was something very tangy and delicious about the salad dressing which I really enjoyed. My friend asked for the hot sauce and I'm glad she introduced me to it. While it was spicy, just a little dip went a long ways. I lived the spicy green sauce! The garlic sauce that the plate came with was delicious and complemented the proteins. I'll stop by again when I'm in the area.
