I recently visited this restaurant with my colleagues hoping for a pleasant dining experience but was disappointed by the service. Our server was a Hispanic lady she seemed visibly annoyed with us from the start, even rolling her eyes at us multiple times. Her attitude made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. It's unfortunate because the food was decent and it was our second time coming in a week, but the service for both visit made it hard to enjoy. I hope management can address this to ensure all guests fee valued and respected. I was gone for a month and came back to eat here with my dad and siblings on Monday 23rd. the two girl employees had an attitude, we would ask questions about the menu they were just irritated or something. we still left a tip after the bad service. TODAY December 26 I came to pick up an order since I didn't want to eat here after the bad service I had the previous Monday. I got a couple limes from the topping bar they have and they wanted me to pay extra. I was craving pho and my favorite pho place was closed and so was my back up. Without having to go too far I saw this place, read some reviews and thought I'd give it a try. Honestly, it's hit and miss. The spring rolls were ok. The pork in it tasted old and I had to remove it and they only gave me one shrimp. Now, I've seen pics of people that got 2 shrimps in theirs so they should be consistent. Not sure if they're cutting back or what but that was disappointing. Peanut sauce was good. Then I thought I'd try the egg rolls. Now those were pretty good, crunchy and yummy. Onto the main event, the pho. The broth was delicious but the meat in the pho was dry and tasted old, like leftovers. It really had a funky taste to it. It's the first time I didn't finish all the good stuff in my bowl. I never drink all the broth cause I get full but I usually eat all the noodles, meat and veggies but not this time. Pho and Egg Rolls are fabulous here! They serve both a beef broth Pho and a Pho Ga (chicken). I have yet to find out if they have a vegetarian Pho here yet. The beef Pho is rich and robust. When my son was down with a cold, this was all he wanted to eat. He didn't want any meat, and they were so accommodating to give him double broth (Pho Khong). We love the egg rolls here. They are crunchy and served hot. It comes with a huge plate of lettuce, mint and basil and of course, the sauce! We tried the Com Thit, rice with barbecue pork. It was not as exciting, but okay. Our drinks were ordered and we browsed the menu, selecting a chicken fried rice and and Shrimp Pho. Our wait for food was minimal & the food looked and smelled delicious as it arrived to our table. The chicken fried rice was really good, the shrimp Pho was flavorful and served with a side of basil, jalapeños, and bean sprouts. I asked for extra green onions- was so good. After we ate, we ordered a strawberry boba. Wow- that was delicious. Never had one before and now would try another anytime.
