(Instead of just repairing a 1-inch spot where the leak was, he replaced the entire visible pipe). They refilled the hole, repoured the concrete and held to their quote. My husband and I took off work multiple times, moved nap schedules around for our kids, rearranged our entire day - only to find out about cancellations after we called them ourselves. Most recently, we were told Dallas "isn't a priority market," which explains the constant no-shows and excuses. Reliant's lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism has been staggering. We've spent thousands, lost countless hours, and months later still don't have a fully functioning bathroom. Their "24/7 emergency service" and "preferred member" plan are nothing but empty advertising. Learn from our mistakes: read the recent reviews and take them seriously.
