Very old and poorly repaired seats

The only saving grace here was the lobster bisque and southwest chicken sandwich which were the same from Zoup's menu prior to revamp. This location has not been remodeled in the slightest and was dirty and very poorly kept. Seats were falling apart and the floors were not swept. Staff were awkward and ordering was cumbersome for some reason. Was really expecting a beautiful new location given the advertising. Zoup in Collegeville remains on top

Gumbo. Very hot but lacking flavor

I really debated a 2 or 3 on this one and wanted to love it so much! I LOVE soup!!! Like all year, just love it! And here's a restaurant that sells so many kinds - I was so excited. Once you walk up they even let you taste whatever soups you want! Again was so excited! Then there's the but. So most of the soups are cream based or thicker soups (I'm more of a fan of broth based). As I sampled I also noticed that the soups varied in temperature, some were lukewarm and others were hot. None of them really stood out to me, but I got the chicken pot pie and had them add broth from the chicken noodle. When I got it it was lukewarm at best and needed seasoning. The service was fast but they kinda seemed bored and like it was a bother to ask them for help. My bf also got soup and a sandwich which looked great, but he also thought they lacked flavor. Great concept, but not sure I'd go back.

To me this is a much better version of Panera. Better food all made in house. Found this lil gem while traveling and I'm glad I did.

    The desserts.

The prices were really high! The soups were good the worker were friendly and helpful the out side eating area was very clean bathrooms not so much. You are able to try a soup before purchasing it. The soups don't come with bread you have to buy it, very Disappointing! A soup and salad is about $15 that's way to much for a lunch! Only three stars because I really wanted it to be better soups are great especially on cold days....

It must of been first timer's charm. I ate here for the first time about 3 weeks ago after a dentist appointment. I loved how you could sample all the soups if you wanted before making your choice. The employees at this location were very nice and helpful. So far the lobster bisque has been my favorite. Yesterday however, the soups weren't as memorizing as the first time. Maybe I'll take a couple months break and try again.

    Seafood Étouffée is amazing!!

Back again... Still delicious. My son requested Zoup since he's home from school. The seafood soup is to die for and the grilled cheese is better than what mom made! Thanks for a great experience. (Don't ever take the lobster bisque off the menu!! )

Such a nice way to help a friend in need!

Their distribution channels are still rather meager, but Organon the health food store on Route 413, Wrightstown, PA, has a selection in their back room frozen foods department. I picked up the Vegetarian Vietnamese Pho and Roasted Butternut Squash to sample a couple of flavors I normally love. Each plastic package was 12 ounces, enough for one meal. Stovetop or microwave for a few minutes and recycle the sleeve container. I slurped the pho today after shoveling the heavy fresh wet white precip that fell from early this morning. While it lacked the rich spicy lemongrass base of long time pot simmered stock found in Pho 75 and other good VN restaurants, and the thick nest of noodles and fresh pinched Thai basil leaves, it was pretty good for what it was - healthy nearly instant soup with only wholesome ingredients. A squirt of Sriracha for an extra kick and it was bowl rim to lips; bottoms up! Who had time for a spoon? BowlFace! I'll be back here after trying the Butternut Squash, but wanted to review the Pho while it was still warming my stomach. Gotta say this is a bit of a homer epistle, as I am very happy that Newtown's entrepreneurial spirit is thriving even in the Age of Covid.

My favorite soups are the Thai Butternut and the Vietnamese Vegetable Pho. The Thai Butternut warms you up on a cold day with the ginger. The Pho is full of mushrooms and herbs. I wish they were available all year around. The good thing about the packaging is that it freezes well! So I recommend stocking up on your seasonal favorites. Besides soup, they offer dips and macaroni and cheese. And most recently they have added salad dressing. So far I have only tried the Pickle Sriracha Dip but I have the Buffalo Cauliflower Dip in my fridge. The Pickle Dip was amazing, I can't wait to grab some more next time I'm at Organnons. If you like pickles, you'll love the Dip! I'm looking forward to Summer and trying more soups! You can check their website to see where you can buy locally. They are usually a vendor on Saturdays at the Wrightstown Farmer's Market. You can also find them at Organnons, Tanner's and I see them occasionally at GI Juice in Buckingham.

The prices for salads are $7.49-$8.49 and wraps & paninis are $7.29-$7.79. I've seen slightly lower pricing at other Saladworks locations. While shopping at Exton Square Mall, I stopped off in the food court for a lunch break. I needed something good, tasty, and healthy. I decided on Saladworks and ordered the Nuevo Nicoise salad ($7.99 plus tax) - under 500 calories - served with warm roll, which was quickly made fresh and served in a square plastic white bowl. The Nuevo Nicoise had romaine lettuce, iceberg lettuce, firm radiatorre pasta, chunk tuna, diced tomatoes, egg whites, nicoise olives, green beans, and topped with fat free balsamic vinaigrette (my choice). The warm dinner roll was soft and chewy. Overall, my salad choice was really good and tasty and the service was prompt and friendly.

The staff who I have been served by have always been friendly and accommodating to any of my requests. On my last visit I was even behind a customer who had an allergy to shellfish. The employees behind the counter made sure that all of the food product they used was not taken from the salad case, and instead got all of the products from fresh product containers. This impressed me that they took the time to do this! I got a pick two combo for my meal. I made my own salad and had a cup of soup. I know some people think of saladworks as sometimes being expensive, but to be honest I frequent saladworks a lot in the Philadelphia area and this is the most affordable saladworks in the area that I have found! They even started a new mobile App where you can be a member for free, and can earn coupons and saladworks dollars for the purchases that you make. So if you are a regular like me you should totally look into that Saladworks App or ask the cashier when you are about to check out about it :-)
