Lisa Is A Very Nice Person - it's Just The Service I Didn't Like. Lisa Did My Nails And They Are Lumpy And Bulky And Crooked. I Did Express That The Nails Were On Crooked But She Express To Me That She Has Been Doing Nails For 20 Years And She Knows What She's Doing, And That Once She Adds Acrylic And Shape It - It Will Look Much Better. I Completely Respected That And Hoped For A Miracle Lol I Waited Patiently And Asked Twice Is She Sure It's Gonna Be Fixed Because Once You Lay The Nail On The Nail Bed For Square Nails That How It's Going To Look.. And She Said I'll Show You Hunny.. it Did Not Straighten Out. I Feel Like When I Said Something About Her Work Being Crooked She Got offended A Bit. She Didn't Get Mad But She Ignored Me.. And I'm Not The Type To Disrespect Anyone! I Felt So Ignored And I Just Kept Quiet And Let Her Do Her Thing.. But I 100% Do Not Like My Nails At All The Shape The Quality Of Polish Was Very Bad. No Apex, Flat Nails, Bad Shaping, I Understand She's Been Doing Nails For A Long Time , But If Someone Is Not Liking The Service Or Would Like You To Fix Something That They Are Paying You For -You Should Do It. Not Ignore Them Or Make It Seem Like It's Going To Turn Out Good Because You Don't Want To Fix Your Mistakes . One Nail Broke Same Day And I Got It Fixed Today In Chicago Look At How Perfect The Shape Is On My Middle Finger Such A Big Difference In Second Photo With Had Laying Down. She Added A Little Acrylic To Fix The Broken Corner And Shaped It. It's Still Crooked She Did The Best She Could Or It Would've Been $15 To Take Completely Off.

This is my second time in here, & it's easily one of the best spots in Vegas. I've been here for about 5 years now, & have lived all over the city. I would absolutely commute to come here, they're that good. It's always clean, they're so sweet, & always double checking to make sure I'm getting what I asked for. I was doing some school work with a big book as I was getting my pedicure done, & she was so careful to let ME move my feet so I didn't get unbalanced, all with little communication. My French tips look fantastic again. I'm super happy, & will be coming back. 10/10 highly recommend. My only complaint would be the ridiculous bass coming from next door, I'm fairly certain there's a gym next to them, understandable, just slightly annoying.

I asked questions along the way and of course language barrier made for the outcome in the photo. She kept saying she will take care of it and still has steps to take. I was cut twice on my skin, one you can see on the pinky. Worst experience ever. Idk how they have a decent rating on here.

I went to get a nail fix, as she was cutting for the length. I said can you go a little shorter. She insisted that it will be shorter after she filed and shape, ok cool. After my nail was completed and ready was polish. I said I think it's still longer than the other nails. She went off like from 0 to 100 . I was like I not trying to argue with u, but I'm the customer if I wanted it shorter, I don't think it should be a problem. She still was going off like she knew what she was doing. Telling me this is the right length. I promise y'all 2-3 minutes going back and forth with me and start speaking a different language. I fell like she was so rude and I was not about to paid for this service. Yess I got up and left . I post some pictures. This service was very unprofessional.

Overall the service was good the nails on the other hand.. they are crooked and not really what I asked for... I called and asked if they could do a specific type of nail and they said that they could and I pay 61 dollars for nails I didn't ask and overall bad job..

I was skeptical about the place based on location, once inside it is well maintained and they used a bag in the pedicure bowl. The ladies were very personable and store was open 10 minutes early to prepare for customers. Massage chairs and great color selection.

Fast and she did a pretty decent job except for some light spots she missed and a little misshaped. However being a self taught nail tech I didn't like how she didn't fully prep my nails for the acrylics. Also I said in the beginning NO GEL but she tried to put some on anyway, I corrected her and asked for dip powder instead and she ended up charging me $50 instead of the $35 quote I got on the phone. Decent when it comes to quality but definitely not one of the cheaper nail shops.

Update: polish started chipping off of 3 toes on Day 3 I definitely WON'T be back. Just moved here from Cali. I called for the pedicure cost, $18, not bad. I haven't had a pedi in MONTHS and told the lady, joking, it's been a while. She agreed and said, long time deluxe...we laughed. As I'm ready to pay she tells me $24.... I told her she quoted me $18. She said, "no, I told you you needed a deluxe pedi". I gave her $25, not planning on paying that amount. I sure hope the polish lasts a few weeks. Kinda disappointed she tricked me into the deluxe. Not sure I'll be back to this location. read more

I will definitely be coming back! The man and woman who attended my mom and I were so sweet and funny. Got short squared acrylics for $20! They're so careful when it comes to filing your nails where other places would hurt me and end up making my nails bleed. great service, great people and amazing nails! read more

Took my guy friend to get his first pedi ever in his life and thought I'd join him. David worked on my feet. He was very thorough and caring. Michelle work on his. You could see the extra effort and strength she had to put into it. It was rather funny They both did an amazing job and were so sweet. The price was great. They charged a little more for my friend; understandably so. We will be returning soon. read more

So I've been having trouble finding a good nail salon for a minute but I'm so glad I found this hidden gem! The guy that did my nails was named David I think. He was such a sweet heart and it was noticeable he took his work very seriously. He would eye each nail making sure the shape was perfect! He even helped me choose the color (I'm very indecisive). THIS COUPLE IS AMAZING! I first walked into this place because I needed to do a set for my daughters first birthday. My daughter just turned 2 and I have been coming here for over a year. David is the BEST at doing sets. My nails have never fallen off. I've gone to other salons for the simple reason of it being within the area I am doing errands at but always come back to this salon because of the overall time, effort, and quality of their nails. I always get compliments on my nails and they listen to all your needs. Super friendly atmosphere at a nail salon that take care of you and treat you like people instead of money.. read more

This was the worst experience I've had at a nail salon! I came here because they have such great reviews on yelp that know I can't understand why!! I walked in for a gel manicure and pedicure. I was seated at a spa chair and was waiting 30 minutes before actually being assisted. There are only 2 employees working a husband and wife. The wife kept asking me if i wanted to do "dip gel" instead and that it was better for my nails I told her no thank you. I asked the wife if she had any other yellow colors that I was looking for a more pastel yellow versus the mustardy one that i saw on the gel color chart. She gave me attitude saying that's the only yellow they have and that a pastel yellow doesn't exist and that i can go to any other salon and they only have that one mustard color... Uhm highly doubt that since i've gotten a paste yellow plenty of times before. I told her that the color exists and even showed her a picture and she went to the polish's and came back with a close to similar color which i was happy to take.. minus her attitude. She again tells me dip is better and i should do that one instead... again i tell her no thank you a regular gel manicure is just fine. she starts doing my pedicure and is getting up and doing other things meanwhile, answering the phone putting fools on another client. I understand it's only them working but how rude to up and leave during a service. It gets worse... after my pedicure she has me sit at her chair to do my gel manicure. i've been here for over and hour now.. again she's doing my manicure while getting up answering phone calls doing other things not even paying attention to what she's doing!! I told her i wanted square nails and i only wanted them file down not cut. She takes out her clippers and I say no i don't want them cut i just said. She goes on to tell me "you want them square i need to cut your nails are uneven" she starts to cut anyways and i'm sorry but do my nails look square to you in the picture?!? She starts adding the gel polish and is quickly switching from hand to hand not allowing enough time for them to dry in the light. I told her they didn't seem dry yet and she tells me " it's because you're not putting your hand right in the light" she reaches over grabs and pulls my hand against the light hitting the wet polish on the light.. now she's just making a mess!! i pull out my hand and tell her it got messed up and she paints over it... she rushes to finish the job and pulls my not fully dry hands out the led light. she goes to put the alcohol over the gel to clean it off and then starts immediately filing. I pull a hand back and the gel is smeared all over my nail and i have pieces of lint hair and cotton stuck to my nails. She gives me my other hand and says ok you're done... I put my hands in her face and say are you serious? does this look ok to you?! she starts angrily removing the polish making a huge mess.. I told her i wanted it all removed and did not have time to sit another hour for her to re-do it again. She gets upset and tells me to wait for her husband to finish up and takes the next customer. Throwing me to the side so i'm no longer her problem. Her husband starts taking off the gel and says you see you should of got the dip gel!!! I mean this is a joke at this point!!! This is the worst nail shop ever do not go!!! read more

This is probably one of the worst manicure and pedicure I have ever had done. Fingernails were left rough and jagged. Polish on my toes not my nails. Didn't even cleaned under nails. Will definitely not be going back. The women called it mini mani/pedi, it was so mini felt like I didn't even have one done.. read more

By far one of the worst services and salon ive ever been too, Michelle and David talk a big game about providing excellent salon services, but quickly i found out that she was just trying make me purchase the gel set,which i stated i cant do because i have sensitive nails. After i declined she got angry and made very insensitive comments about my nails, She wouldnt even let me properly dry my nails,she stated she has other clients to attend too,even tho it was me and this other girl and rushed me out. Because of this my nails didnt dry properly and as soon i got in my car my nails got a dent. I didnt bother going back in because how unprofessional and rude this salon was.Please save your money and go somewhere else, i paid $43 for mani and pedi and got harrassed. Also when i asked if she could please add another coat, she said no and to do it at home. read more

I love coming to this place!! This place is owned by a married couple; Michelle and David. They are personally doing your nails, and they both stand by their work. Michelle is very sweet and very fast with working with your nails and it turns out great. While David takes his time and very meticulous.. Both are amazing people when it comes to nails. Very sweet and humble. You can walk in to get your nails done but you should be willing to wait if they are helping other clients. You can also call ahead to reserve an appointment if you don't like the wait time. They are the only ones that work there so be patient as well when you are calling. They might not be able to answer your phone call right away but they will if they can! I love them! PLEASE MAKE SURE TO BE NICE AS WELL. read more

I have been going to #1 Nails for quite a while now when the salon changed owners. Paul and Tam do a great job, are always friendly, and try to work in an appointment even on short notice. Also salon is always clean and comfortable. Plenty of convenient parking and easy to find on Desert Inn Road. When my 88-year-old aunt is in town, I take there and she loves to get her pedi as much as I do! The only place to go for fills and pedis. read more

Worst service I've ever had at nail salons in Vegas.. I looked pretty good Yelp reviews and walked in this afternoon. I have no clue how they get good reviews. The old woman took care of me but she apparently doesn't know what she is doing. She didn't even ask what shape I wanted to do, so I asked her to do round after she started shaping my nails. She barely looked the shapes and got it done in a few mins. Overall her technique was not professional at all. The service was really fast (took me about 20 mins) and totally makes sense if you take a look at the picture of my nails.. Also it was only $15 but it's not worth it. I will never come back. I'd rather not having any polish on my nails than Theseus ugly gel nails.. This is so embarrassing :( read more

This place is amazing my nails came out better than I thought the guy who did my nails did splendid. It was obviously kind of awkward but I mean what do you expect when you walk into a new nail salon that you don't know. The price was actually pretty good compared to other places. My nails came out to $57 including the little crystals and it was powder. In other places they would sell them for $75-$89. So I would recommend this place. And the guy who did my nails I recommend he was so friendly. He has 2 tattoo sleeves hopefully he is on shift the time you go in. don't be worried this place is amazing, it's not that bad. read more

I needed a quick place to get a mani/pedi. I went on yelp to search, this place was close and had overall good ratings. I called ahead to make sure there wasn't a long wait, a nice lady picked up and said to Come on in and they will take me right away. As I walked in, they greeted me and like she said took me in right away. They have a good selection of gel colors. If your in the neighborhood and need a quick good place for mani/pedi I would definitely recommend this place . Such a nice couple, very charismatic. read more

Amazing work and such an affordable price $36 that's including the tip and the man who did it was gentle and listened to every detail of what I wanted. Awesome service! Hands down the best! My favorite nail place! They are so nice and try to take their time with you! Michelle and David are a great husband and wife team. If they are busy they will tell you their busy they just don't sit you in a chair and tell you they will take you. They respect your time! The service was so AWESOME! They were polite, gave me & my mom water, took their time with our nails and made us feel comfortable. If you're getting a mani & pedi I would suggest the deluxe because my athlete feet had a lot of calluses which they remove and put warm lotion on for you!! Chairs are massage chairs too, really comfortable. Price is also SUPER REASONABLE. It was about $70 for the both of us, with the "deluxe" which means we chose the more expensive mani & pedi. read more

First time getting full set acrylics done in 3 years, David made my trip and time there worth every penny! Yes they say $18 on the phone but when you get there it's actually $20 for full set +$5 for the Stiletto shape, all in all I paid $25 plus tip for the awesome guy. He was meticulous and gentle; he painted/shaped it like a perfectionist, went off exactly by the photo I used as reference. They also can book appointments same day and they have clean stations! I am DEFINITELY coming back here! read more

Okay. So I know I have a lot of favorites. But seriously..I have been to 14 nail salons in the past year and a half. *The salon I'm at has AWESOME nail techs who are Fabulous and the reason I don't go to them is because of conflicting schedules* Sooo on that note, THIS nail salon is by far the BEST I have gone to since living here in Vegas! Hands down. I'm very picky with my nails, I wear them long and I'm also rough on them. I also don't have a problem paying for good service. Finding that has been pretty tough. Being in the beauty industry myself I have my expectations also. Soooo..I'm looking for a place to get my nails done and it's like 5pm. In the corner of my eye I see this nail salon and think what the heck. I walk in and as you know every other nail salon seems to close at 6 p.m. but the owner took one look at my nails and had me sit down. Needless to say he removed my nails from a previous set and gave me the most beautiful set I have had in a very long time. His wife was very friendly and sat and talked with me while he worked away. As far as what I was charged..which wasn't enough.. the set that he gave me was worth every penny! I was beyond happy and we'll definitely give this salon my business. If you're looking for a great set of nails I would highly recommend that you try this place because there are two people that work there and those two people are the owners. Appointments are taken and there might be a little bit of a wait. I'm a very impatient person but you can bet your tush that I will definitely sit there and wait as long as I need to..patiently! read more

If I could give a 0 I would, but in order to leave a comment I had to put a star. My friend and I were In town from Cali. We just needed a quick color change and the man told us they were busy and denied us service. There were LITERALLY 3 people there, 2 already being serviced and 1 drying her nails. when I first went in there they fixed my nails by just putting it over the old acrylic and the next day the same nail broke when I brought it up to the manager she just took off the polish and put it back on. Didn't even apologize and when my mom said something about the bugs to her she quickly push her to the side so no one else would hear even the lady in the pedicure station stated she say serve bugs by her.it's absolutely ridiculous and disgusting if I could give zero stars I would !!!! read more

Great place! A diamond in the rough. Service is immediate and pleasant. I called ahead for availability for an eyebrow wax, they told me to come in and put me on the list. When I arrived they took me in right away. The location is intimidating with bars on the windows, but worth it! Give them a chance. I am pleased with my wax and will return. read more

I was a little confused at first because a lady who was going to do my nails initially walked away without saying a word and started doing someone else's nails. And then another lady took a look at my nails and told a guy who was near us to do them instead. He looked up my nails told me to walk to his station, his name was Mikey. He was very polite, he made me laugh and was completely entertaining the entire time. He took his time, was very precise and gave me the most beautiful nails I've ever had, every imperfection he saw in his work he gladly made perfect. That was $72 for the nails before tip! $35 for a pedicure is pricey but ok, but the nails??? Naaaah! Not worth it! Crystal did a sloppy job, one of the nails was extra long and uneven. The designs on my ring fingesr were sloppy. I say save your money for a different place! There are so many talented nail artists in Las Vegas, go somewhere else! I had never seen this nail salon and decided to give them a try, but I was very nervous about it since I like my gel nails done right because I make videos on social media. I called to ask if they were taking walk ins and they were. I walked in and there were 2 people working and they were working on 2 clients. They finished a client within minutes and they got started on me quickly. The inside is clean, quiet, and I am a plant lover, so I enjoyed looking at the beautiful plants they have. My gel manicure was done by Dinh and he was very gentle and took his time. I was very happy and impressed with what he did. So whenever my usual tech is not available, I'll have to come here and see Dinh. There is something that worries me, and I am hoping my nails last like they tend to when I go to my usual salon. My usual place always does 2 layers of the clear gel, and Dihn only did 1, so I'll see how these go. They were $10 cheaper than my usual spot as well, and of course, so much closer to me. This is 6 minutes away from me, vs 30 minutes to my other salon, so I will post an update if these nails don't last.

This is all something I would be ok with and I'd simply let go and move on, not really nitpicking the quality BUT, like the next week they started peeling and lifting and chipping. It's been maybe 2-3 weeks at this point and I have like a total of 3 frenchies and a half left on my hands! Girls, if you can, just go home based. Or any other salon. There was a nail that looked like the gel ran on to my finger a bit that I might have to file down later. Didn't catch it till I was at home. They don't look really neatly done. They did cost about the average price I pay. $40 full set with gel nail polish. I did notice that the other women in the salon with me sounded like they have been going there a while so maybe it was just because they had to work behind a piece of plastic making it more difficult to do nails. Not sure. Next time I'll probably go back to my normal salon if it's open.
