Even with varying preferences for steak doneness across the group, they did an impressive job accommodating everyone. Huge props to the B&M team for pulling off something outside their usual offerings so seamlessly. This was my first time in the market itself, and it looked great -- clearly a great destination for quality meats and prepared foods. Our number was provided and management never called. Finally, the owner Pia came... with a smirk on her face. The owner was extremely disrespectful, dismissive and unprofessional. There was a severe lack of accountability. To make matters worse, the owner who came out after us laughed as she drove away. The way this situation was handled was incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. Serving raw chicken is serious enough but the complete lack of concern afterward made the experience even worse. I would not recommend this restaurant.

I visited this restaurant in July and had a mixed experience. Let me start with the highlights. We kicked things off with the Thick Cut Bacon, and it was delicious. The bacon was perfectly cooked, and the steak sauce added a nice tang that paired well with the richness of the dish. The poached egg on top was a nice touch, giving the dish a creamy texture that we loved. For the mains, I ordered the Prime 12oz. Filet Mignon, asking for it medium well, but unfortunately, it came out quite undercooked--basically raw. While it was a bit disappointing, the staff was understanding when I sent it back and let me order something else. I ended up trying the Rigatoni Bolognese instead, which was a comforting choice. The combination of veal, beef, and pork ragu with the fresh ricotta was rich and flavorful, hitting the spot for sure. We also had an accidental order of regular fries, which we kept, and they were good, but the real star were the Truffle 'PARM' Fries. These were indulgent, with the truffle flavor being just right--not too overpowering. I could eat these on their own as a meal! Finally, we ended the meal with the cheesecake for dessert. It was a classic and a great way to wrap up the evening--creamy, with the perfect balance of sweetness. While there were a few bumps in the road, especially with the steak, the overall experience was pleasant. The ambiance was nice, and the service, once we got past the steak hiccup, was friendly and attentive. I'm not ruling out a return visit, especially for those Truffle Fries and appetizers! Another wonderful dinner at 103 Prime!! Great atmosphere, great cocktails, great service once again from Chris, our server and food and wine guide !! Beet and arugula salad with honey and goat cheese topped with crushed pistachios is a must, I'm glad they still serve the Maryland Crabcakes which are off the charts and the Italian Long Hots were enjoyed by all. For dinner, Berkshire Pork Chops, succulent and tender, Chicken Milanese juicy and crispy and Linguini ala Vongole prepared perfectly!! Great dessert selection !! Prices are high so I expected excellent cuisine. Not so, just basic level. Service however, was painfully slow. I loved the original Valentinos, an Italian restaurant, especially for the winter holidays.
