Went in for lunch yesterday for the first time. Had no idea what I wanted to drink so the bartender gave me a few samples. Her beer knowledge was incredible. When it came to ordering lunch I let her order for me since I trusted her judgment. She brought me out the steak and cheese sub (best one I've ever had!) Sarah w is an amazing bartender. I don't think it's all it's cracked up to be. The food is decent, but not great, or worth the price. It's in a weird location. The outdoor patio with the fire is very cool but you're overlooking a busy street and a McDonald's. They should've put the patio on the side or the back. The service is good but wait times can be lengthy. There's not enough restaurants of its size around which is why I think it's busy. Try The Phoenician instead. read more

The food here is always great no matter what is ordered. Today, our visit was even better, we had the best waiter, Mike. He had a wonderful sense if humor, we enjoyed having him as our waiter. He was by far one of the best waiters we have ever had. He truly stands out and takes care of his customers. I would suggest the Haverhill location over others because of him. I really was disappointed when I went to check out 110 Grill. We came in on a Friday night around 8:30. The host went to seat us at a table, we asked to sit at the bar instead and she rolled her eyes. I'm really not sure why that would be an issue. The drinks were okay. Nothing special but not bad. The spinach artichoke appetizer was good but very small for the price. I ordered a pulled pork sandwich, I noticed on the menu it said it came with coleslaw on it so I asked the bartender for the sandwich plan. No toppings at all. She said the coleslaw doesn't even come on it, it comes on the side. So the food comes out and there's coleslaw on the pulled pork. I let her know and she says there's a new guy in the kitchen, which bothers me in itself because I know it was a lie. It clearly said on the menu it came with it. She insisted it didn't, then blamed it on the cook when it was on it. Maybe she needs a little more menu knowledge. All together it just wasn't worth the money. I don't mind spending money on a good meal and experience but that just wasn't the case here. We definitely won't be going back. UPDATE: The manager ended up reaching out to me and invited me back to give it a second shot. The second time there was definitely much better, the server was more friendly than the host and bartender from the first experience. The only negative I had with her was that she was a little m.i.a. towards the end, I just wanted to leave but she hadn't checked back in awhile. As for the food we got the daily special which was a salmon cake which was different but in a good way, it was tasty and I really enjoyed it. For my meal I got the pulled pork Mac and cheese, it was very good but if I ordered it again I'd order it without the BBQ drizzle on top, it was a little bit too much BBQ for me but I don't overly love BBQ sauce. read more

Food was good. Prices were ok. Service was absolutely the worst. We had a server who ignored us, took 2 hours just to serve our entrees when the restaurant was only a quarter full and the kitchen wasn't busy. She was standing in the back talking most of the time. We could see her. She didn't care. Served bread without any plates after we were seated for 30 minutes. Served our coffee without any saucers. Served sour milk with our coffee. Never came to check on us. It was impossible getting her attention. She literally threw the food at us and left. She could have cared less about us. No one in our party will be going back to that restaurant. If the restaurants employees treat the customers like dirt they shouldn't be surprised by bad reviews. read more

I had to beg for water! Waitress never checked if we needed refills & this is a big pet peeve for me! My order came out wrong even though I pointed to what I wanted! I ordered a dinner size portion of salmon with a side Cesar salad. What I got was a huge salad with this teeny tiny piece of salmon! My daughter's burger was so greasy it could've slid right off the table! It's a shame this was the first time here. Not a fan of the service, not a fan of the food! read more

I went here with my family for my grandmother's birthday last night. The food was amazing, I had the pulled pork nachos and pulled pork Mac and cheese, they were both delicious. Our waitress, Samantha, was amazing. She had plenty of good recommendations for the table, and they were all hits. Didn't rush us at all, let us sit with our apps until we were ready for an entree. We got seated at 6 and had such a great time that we left at 9. Awesome food, great service. If I wasn't on a diet, I'd probably be eating there 3 times a week. read more

Was here once when they first opened...too soon for a serious review but tonight I stopped by again and tried the Cuban Swordfish. It was a delight. We had heard good things about 110 Grill and stopped in for an early dinner. Our calamari appetizer was quite good, perfectly cooked with a light, crispy batter, and both of our wines not only tasted great but were verey reasonably priced. While Picattas are normally very lemony, and the Chicken Piccata Gnocchi was advertised in that way, the level of lemon was far more prominent than any Chicken or Veal Piccata I've had before and was actually almost overwhelming, though my husband enjoyed his beef dish very much. Also worth noting is that the menu had enough variety that I saw several things I'd like to try, so the fact that the Picatta wasn't my favorite won't prohibit me from returning to try other offerings. Our service was impeccable. Since we are new to the area and were looking for suggestions for July 4th festivities, we asked our server. She gave us a few suggestions and went so far as to poll her co-workers to see if there were other things they would recommend. Our drinks were served promptly, and the appetizer and entrees were served at a very comfortable pace so we didn't have to feel rushed but also didn't have to wait. Everything was served at the appropriate temperatures and was very fresh, not having sat under lights in the kitchen for an extended time. We will definitely return since there were at least 4 other dishes on the menu that I'd like to try, and they also have daily specials to keep things interesting and offer more variety! read more

Moderately upscale restaurant that has a variety of menu options but wasn't quite my taste. I have been to a few locations. This one is very accommodating space wise. Prices are on par with the items. Would return but would be very cautious as to read every menu selection. read more

The food is sub-par in quality and portion size for the price you pay for a meal. My husband and I have given this place a try on three different occasions and all three times the food was poor and the service was awful. Definitely my go-to spot when I just want a good meal and good service. It's super consistent, amazing customer service and the food rarely disappoints and if it does they're always happy to make it right! The drinks are of healthy strength and worth the price! The patio experience is so awesome considering it's on a very busy road I always feel very relaxed and secluded in the set up they have. We love going here because they are very aware of celiac and cross contamination. The menu has extensive options for gluten free choices. Our waiter tonight, Nic, was great. After hearing mixed reviews, my husband and I decided to give this place a try. I don't think we'll be back. We ordered the firecracker shrimp appetizer to start. They were 50% batter (I ended up peeling a lot off), and the shrimp themselves were tasteless and had a chewy texture as though they had been in the freezer for too long. I was going to get salmon on my Caesar salad but decided against it, since I was now wary of their seafood. I ordered the Caesar salad and added steak tips to it. The steak tips were ice cold - I don't know if they keep them in the fridge and toss them on when someone orders a salad, but it was really unappetizing. I don't think I've ever had a steak tip salad with cold meat on it before; the steak is usually served hot. That and they were completely raw in the middle - I like my red meat on the rare side, but these were purple. So much so that you could even see the purple on the outside of the steak tip. I was legitimately concerned about food poisoning and decided to just take the rest home with me so I could throw the steak on the grill at home and finish my salad at lunch then next day. That and while not terrible, the marinade on the steak was a maple glaze of some kind, which didn't taste great in a Caesar salad with Caesar dressing. It would probably be a good idea to note the flavor of the steak tips on the menu; I wouldn't have ordered them on a Caesar salad had I known they were marinated in a maple glaze. My husband's cheeseburger was fine. A typical cheeseburger - it was cooked to his liking and had good flavor. Nothing outstanding about it but it did the trick. Our bartenders were pleasant and I enjoyed the atmosphere. However there were too many misses and this place is too pricey to warrant another visit. read more

I was excited When I heard a 110 grill was opening on the plaistow Haverhill line. I had heard mixed reviews so we waited a while to try, but after tonight I would not go back. The mixed drinks were not great, the food was bland and salty there were no complex flavors. The quality of food was comparable to a chain restaurant while paying for a higher end restaurant. Haley was great! She was so professional and introduced herself in a heart warming manner. The food was scrumptious! The crab Rangoon dip brought me tears of joy. I was so flabbergasted by the amazing taste along with the chips. The service was fast and amazing. Felt like i was in my own home having my sweet mother cook for me. The beers were a great touch. The desert was heart stopping. Not because of the sugar but because of the amazing taste. Well, we will never be going to this restaurant again ! In October my wife broke a tooth on a supposedly boneless chicken sandwich here and we were assured by the general manager that he would contact the insurance company and it would be handled. Well lo and behold, after screwing us around for 5 months, the insurance informed us that they are not liable for anything and will not be covering any of the expense to repair or replace. Went here for lunch the other day and it was pretty awful. We started with bbq chicken nachos and they use this weird cheese sauce on it instead of real grated cheese. I could probably also count the number of toppings on it they were so sparse. It was bad. Then we split a steak and cheese sub which also had a weird cheese on it. Lastly we had the oreo brownie sundae and it was cold with a ridiculous amount of ice cream and barely any hot fudge. The ratios of food on that dessert were bizarre. I also had the adult iced coffee and it was just too sweet. I am pretty sure you couldn't pay me to eat here again. read more
