Great Steak, drinks and service. Only things negative is that they have very limited selection on dessert options!

Second time we have been there and no improvement. Dinner was sub par at best. The grilled bread that came with my dinner was burned on one side which was purposely placed burn side down. Its obvious the chefs at this place don't give a crap. The bar tenders were somewhat attentive but not great. We asked for doggy bags and got cardboard boxes! I complained and they gave us plastic take out boxes that every other restaurant uses. And what restaurant doesn't have Bud, or Bud light on tap?? This place is overpriced and the food is not great. We've been to the 110 grill twice and both times were great. We had Ashley for a waitress the first time and Logan the second time. Both of the waitresses were excellent and the food was delicious. We recommend the 110 grill. There's nothing bad we could say about either visit. read more

The staff was wonderful the food is awful. Creamy tomato soup did not taste like tomato and had a funny after taste. Waitress says they put brown sugar in it. Really, WHY????? try using tomatoes so it taste like tomato soup. Grill cheese sandwich that had a huge glob of goat cheese that over power the sandwich and ruined the taste. Went to 110 Grill for dinner tonight, had the 110 Burger with fries. Food was very good!! Our server's name was Haley! She was so sweet and helpful when it came to picking out what we wanted! She was very attentive and brought us refills without asking and took very good care of us! Would recommend asking for her to my friends and we will definitely be back to sit in her section! read more

Went here a few nights ago waiting for the new business rush to wear off and was taken care of by Emily. She was absolutely amazing! She was very funny friendly and attentive. The food was wonderful and the drinks were spot on. My boyfriend loves anything with chai and when he saw the Barbados chai tea he had to have it! I loved it and I HATE chai! This is my new go to restaurant. I've been here half dozen times in the last few months. Bar is big and really pretty to sit at. A really nice upscale feel. Service has been a 10 every time. Prompt very friendly service. Food has been 10 each time as well as the drinks. Only complaint is parking lot is small. Can be a challenge, but worth it. Applebees and 110 Grill are 2 completely different experiences. No comparison whatsoever. The only plus Applebees has is the parking. read more

I recently went to 110 Grill as I have heard good things about it. Starting out with the service, the waitress I had was very friendly. Even though it was really busy when I was inside, the service could have been faster. The food I had was also really good, but it came at a price. Overall, I would go back there again but maybe stick to cheaper items on the menu and order food as soon as I receive my drink. read more

110 Grill is mediocre at best. The ambiance is odd, the music selection made me feel like I was in someone's garage. The vibe overall was that it's trying too hard to be semi upscale American cuisine. The food was just so-so. I don't think it had any qualities that would make me try it again. read more

My Wife and I had a phenomenal meal here last Friday. We live in Haverhill and love trying new restaurants, We came here last Friday and the place was packed (We had to circle a few times to find a parking spot in the very large lot.) We went in without a reservation and they said it would be about 45 Minutes before we got a table but they would try to get us in sooner. They managed to get us in I believe a half hour or under. We had the Bread Bowl Spinach and Artichoke appetizer which we polished off. I had the Beef Stroganoff and my wife the chicken parm which she polished off (and my wife is not a heavy eater) Everything was fantastic, we finished it off with a Fantastic Peanutbutter Cascade. Our Server was Samantha and she was fantastic very attentive and the food service was quick despite a busy dining room. Can't wait to go back! read more

Sat at bar started with calimari I'll give it a 6 out of 10. Split a blue cheese wedge excellent. Finished with a flat bread buffalo chicken 4 out 10. Flat bread had very little chicken and crust was oddly very tough and chewy. Bar staff was very poor but managers picked up there slack. Parking was also very poor. Maybe just me but didn't leave impressed or satisfied. read more

Seeing as how I've had amazing service and food at the Berlin/Hudson location, I thought this would be great until we encountered the hostesses. While I wasn't surprised there was a wait on a Saturday night, I was surprised by the multiple hostesses lack of organization and customer service. Earlier in the day we tried to beat the crowds and make a reservation only to see a message online that stated reservations were not being taken. Fine. Understandable. However when we walk in and saw party after party being sat after making a reservation, we were scratching our heads. For an hour. The hostesses made grandiose promises they couldn't keep (ie. A party of 16 being sat in 10 minutes when the area of the restaurant wasn't even cleared of people eating), didn't attempt to go the extra mile (ie. Called a party of 7 but "had the wrong number" and now they missed out on a table all while sitting 3 feet from the hostess stand) and couldn't seat tables in a timely manner (ie. I saw two booths and a table of 4 sit idle for 20ish minutes before people who had been sitting equally as long were brought to the table). I'm also fairly certain one of the 3 hostesses exaggerated the truth in order to appease frustrated patrons. Ultimately, we left and went down the street to UNOs and immediately were warmly greeted, were sat, and had a beer in less time than it took me to write this review. Would I like to try 110 grill? Absolutely. Am I anticipating trying anytime soon? Not in Haverhill at least. I can drive the hour down to Berlin and be eating before I would at Haverhill. read more

Pretty disappointing on Valentines Day. They ran out of shrimp and I wasn't eating chicken or red meat on Ash Wednesday. We were seated at a table/booth with another couple even though we had a reservation which was super awkward. My husband's ribeye was mediocre. The server was very friendly and polite so that's where they get a couple stars. read more

Great addition to Haverhill! On the pricier side but the quality of the food is well worth the cost. I had the chicken caprese parm and my boyfriend had the shrimp scampi and both dishes were excellent! Took a little long to get the food, as it was a busy Friday night, but our server Emily was so attentive and friendly! She continuously checked on us to see if we would like refills, etc. Overall, great service and great food, would recommend to those looking for a nice date night! read more

Well, I don't have too many good things to say about this place. It was the worst $100 we ever spent. My husband, son and I went on Sunday night around 8, not very busy at all. Decor is beautiful, but that is about if for any positives. My husband and I ordered the Bolognaise Pasta and my son ordered a burger. The chef should be fired, this guy or gal cannot cook. The pasta was all stuck together overcooked, the sauce was tasteless. We tried to eat it but just could not. Cannot believe anyone would actually think it was ok to serve that food. As I come from the food industry I wanted to give them a chance, we did send back our food and I ordered the fish n chips and Caprese Chicken. A woman I think was the manager delivered my remake to me first and she apologized said the "chef broke you first piece of fish so he made you another piece". So on my plate was a piece of broken up fish like all in pieces on top of some good french fries, however I couldn't get to the fries to eat them because the broken fish was on top of them, thus making them soggy. They were in a wire basket making it hard to get to them. The other piece of fish was like a frozen piece, perfectly square and alot smaller than the broken pieces. My husband had the Caprese chicken, he didn't like it and it was delivered separately from mine. We also were informed at the beginning of our meal by the server that this was a Scratch Kitchen, then why did you bring me frozen tater tots? My son at most of his burger, but he is 13 and will eat mostly any burger you put in front of him. He did say it was a little dry, but he did order it well done. We also ordered the Poutine Tots, they were bland and like I said frozen. I do have to give props to the server as she was very attentive and handled this situation very professionally. Nothing came off the bill and did not get to speak with any managers about our experience. Save yourself the money go somewhere else. read more

Went on Valentine's Day with a 5 pm reservation - first time there. Arrived around 4:50 pm. Was told to wait because waitress was due in at 5. An older couple came in WITHOUT a reservation, and was seated in a booth while we were waiting to be seated. Then we were placed by the kitchen/cooking areas which was very noisy. My husband has a hearing problem, so the noise was too much with the kitchen and music noise. We then noticed our tall table had a planter in the middle and realized that another couple might be seated next to us - very close. Another couple was seated with us a little later. I had the grilled salmon and it tasted like it was seasoned with a layer of salt. When I peeled off the skin, the salmon was more edible. Mashed potatoes and green beans were good. Husband's meal was fine - steak, ff, and onion strings. When we left we noticed there were booths and tables where we could have had more privacy. If you go, just be aware of the seating. Also, friends of ours have gone in the past and were very satisfied with the food, so maybe this was just a bad night. read more
