If you like onion rings, try the 110 Grill's Onion Strings. Fabulous... and you get plenty of them! Our waiter, Marco, originally from California was great. He brought our dinners out after a short wait and they were delicious. I tried the Chicken Pesto($16.50) and ordered a half Seasonal Salad ($4). My dinner was quite good and the portion was generous. The half Seasonal Salad was probably the BEST I've had in very long time! Made with greens, arugula, apples, grapes, walnuts and bacon, it easily beats out all those other mundane salads of greens,tomatoes and cucumbers. My friend enjoyed the Pulled Pork Sandwich with those fabulous crispy onion strings($13). Again, a good amount of food and very tasty. Although some of the items on the menu were a bit pricey, there were plenty of average priced items from which to choose. **Poor service, long wait times after you sit and disgusting food** Went on a Sunday afternoon for lunch. It wasn't too busy but were a decent amount of other patrons in the restaurant. My girlfriend got a soup and salad and I got the pulled pork Mac n cheese. The waitress informed me they ran out of pork, no big deal so they subbed with chicken. We waited about 40 minutes before we got our food (the whiskey drink I ordered also arrived with the food). Her soup and salad were okay but beware there were about 30 whole peppercorns in her French onion soup (never had French onion soup with whole peppercorns never mind so many) The "cheese sauce" that was on my Mac was absolutely disgusting. Not sure if it was bad or what. I got two bites in before I gave up. After about 30 minutes we finally saw the waitress again and she just took our basically full plates away without saying a word and then promptly brought the check. After wasting so much time I just wanted to get out of there so I (regretfully) paid the check and we left. Save your time, money and tastebuds and just go to Denny's, same quality of food but a fraction of the price. Will definitely not go back. Maybe they were having an off day or the waitress was new but it was one of the worst dining experiences we've had in a while. read more

Being from out of town and having never been to this restaurant it was AMAZING. My father does keto and they had a whole separate gluten free menu with basically any accommodations needed. I personally like my food very plain and they made me the best turkey burger with American cheese and a very fresh salad with house made dressing. The atmosphere was nice and our waitress was very nice. We got a chicken wing appetizer and they were amazing. Overall a wonderful place and definitely worth trying read more

Just finished eating an Amazing meal at the 110 restaurant at the holyoke mall for the first time with my wife and family. My cousin, who has a severe allergy to seafood, was able to eat her food without worry, and enjoy it due to the high level of care and attention to persons with allergies. To those who have allergies the restaurant makes sure everything is prepared on a separate stove, frier, and utensils to prevent any cross contamination, and brought out to you and prepared by a manager. Our waitress Erin M was Amazing!!!!!! She was very informative, kind, and attentive to us and our needs!! Because of her AWESOME customer service, we will be back!! THANK you ERIN M!! The location of this place really doesn't do it justice. I had avoided it for months since it was at the mall and not a stand alone location; I'm not really sure why I'm so biased against mall restaurants. One night we were starving after a full day of shopping and my husband glanced over the menu on his phone and decided it would do for what we needed. We sure were surprised! We sat on the patio by the fire. We love sitting outside, albeit the view of the mall's parking lot isn't the greatest, the fire pit is very nice. The food is outstanding. Everything is made to order. I'm obsessed with the Jamaican jerk cod special that they've had. We ended up going back a second time with friends for dinner. They also loved the food. We all like sitting beside the fire after dinner to enjoy a few extra drinks and conversation. We look forward to a third visit soon. read more

They have the most amazing food. If you are or know anyone who is gluten intolerant, this is the place for you. There are endless options for you. Including anything fried. Gluten free rolls, buns, pasta, flatbreads and even dessert. The pesto is also made without nuts. The fish is absolutely amazing. You will not be disappointed! The service is spectacular also. Nice place. Great decor. Booth tables were a little high but comfortable. Food looked good but if you like tacos--especially fish tacos read the description of theirs. Says cajun seasoned fish, rice, beans and pickled vegetables. I thought those were accompaniments --wrong--they were in the taco with whole grape tomatoes. Just not a taco as I know it. If you like that kind if taco then this is for you. But if you like traditional tacos with lettuce, chopped tomatoes, guacamole, etc., order something else! My family and I went to try 110 Grill for the first time. After looking at the menu, we were very excited to go and try it out we the reviews from other locations were excellent. When we get there, we called ahead and were seated fairly quickly. At this point, I was impressed. This is when things get kind of slow..... the menus were at the table so we all looked at the menus and decided what we wanted. When the waitress finally came over to order beverages, we already knew what we all wanted so we placed our order at that point. This location runs VERY slow. One person in our party, ordered a soup, and the soup came out before any of the beverages. (We ordered waters and sodas). The soup came before anything else. We ended up waiting exactly an hour after placing our order before we got our food. Waitress came over every 15 mins to say it should be out soon. But it took an hour. They had come over and poured water from a pitcher into all our glasses, even the ones that had soda? Interesting. Also, people were coming up to all the tables with deserts and dishes asking around going from table to table asking if they had ordered this. Only reason for 2 stars, is the food was decent when it came out. Quality was decent. Meat was cooked right. Just had to wait an hour after ordering, to get the food. read more

After thinking 110 was a great addition to our mall, we went for dinner with high hopes. While the environment was very welcoming and the staff was pleasant, we felt some parts of our experience were lacking. We ordered our appetizers and waited a half hour before it was acknowledged by our waitress and management. Due to the open view of the kitchen we could see our appetizers being made multiple times but were never brought to us, so there may have been a mix up in serving. But a manager did apologize and comp our appetizers. Our entree were received in a timely manner, however, we all felt they were lacking. We ordered the steak salad, turkey burger, and piccata gnocchi. The toppings on the burger were very good together but did not fit flavor wise with a turkey burger itself. The piccata sauce on the gnocchi had an overwhelming wine flavor. The salad was not large enough to cost $18. We ordered dessert in an attempt to redeem our experience, but it equally fell flat with a long wait time. Three of us there for over two hours mostly waiting for our food. We could tell it wasn't ready because we were conveniently sat next to the open kitchen. At first we were intrigued by the meals coming out and being able to have something to look at other than our empty table. That is until the manager came over to the big waitress screen and literally started SCREAMING orders at the cooks. It was so loud we were forgetting our thoughts mid sentence. She was like Gordon Ramsey without the profanity. It went on probably every 15 minutes for the entire time we were there. My Wedge salad was fine, could have used a bit more bacon, fried pickles were good, French onion soup was tiny in comparison to most places and had a good inch more that could have been filled in the tiny bowl. My grown daughter ordered the Veggie Burger (can't remember what they called it) and she said right away it smelled like cat food. She tried it and it was awful. She had cut it in half so she ate half a bun and the fries that came with it. We did tell the waitress at the end when she came to check on us that it was not tasty and clearly was not eaten. She said sorry and offered to have them make something else. After being there for 2 1/2 hrs and no time left for shopping we said no thank you. Bill had it on there when we got it! We paid and left. Normally a server would go ask a manager to take it off the bill...I honestly don't blame her though because the management seemed extremely unapproachable. She was a very personable waitress and the food quality and timing was not her fault. They were very consciences of food allergies and while I do appreciate management personally serving the meal to the person with allergies, I'm pretty sure the manager grabbing it from the line, turning around, and handing it to me to pass to my co-diner was not what was intended. This is one of our new favorite places. The staff was so friendly and personable. We ordered the fried pickles for an appetizer and they were hot, crunchy, and delicious. My husband got a Caeser salad also and it was a good size and just as delicious. We both got perfectly cooked steaks for our entrees. The sides we're perfect and tasted fresh. We reserved a booth ahead so we were lucky enough to sit in front of the kitchen and it was a sight to see. Everyone worked together and no one was just standing around the chefs were all constantly in motion and helping each other out. It was great to see and hear them telling each other they were all doing a great job. I saw other reviews not so happy with service but they have only been open a couple months, there is definitely going to be hiccups. We went on Friday night and it wasn't too bad of a wait for our food. The only negative is the place is huge and some of the tables are in weird spots and the entire back room is just too open to the rest of the mall. Can't wait to go back though! read more

We have been here twice, appetizers are amazing, but we found the dinners just "good" (which is not a complaint). Service has been outstanding both times. I didn't like a drink I ordered but wasn't going to say anything (I took a chance because it sounded interesting but I found it too strong), the server took it off of our bill and was super cool even though we offered to pay for it twice. This is an outstanding place for people with dietary restrictions and food allergies, they are very conscientious, their model is built on it. I haven't tried their famous Brussels sprouts yet but I definitely want to.. Our favorites: chorizo tachos, chicken pesto pasta, spicy shrimp appetizer. Things that were good but we weren't wowed by: sweet potato fries, pulled pork on a pretzel bun, Caesar salad, Mediterranean veggie wrap (the wrap was better than good, honestly, but not as stellar as the tachos and shrimp). I ordered two sides of seasonal vegetable (plain green beans) and roasted brussel sprouts. I like my vegetable cooked firm but these were borderline raw. Could not chew through the sprouts. Baked fish was good. The shrimp and clam linguini was bland and the shrimp was overcooked. Service was good even though there was one server on. My daughter and I had eagerly anticipated the opening of this restaurant since the summer (when it was scheduled to open in the fall). We waited a week to visit after opening and we were thought the restaurant looked inviting. We were seated immediately and there were several tables open around us but there was a decent sized crowd for a Tuesday. The problems began immediately after. Several couples/groups were seated near us after we had been seated and their waitstaff came and took their drink and menu orders. Finally after more than 10 minutes our waitress came by. She was pleasant and explained the menu reasonably well, by that time we were ready to place our entire dinner order including drinks and an appetizer. Our drinks came out right away and then we didn't see our waitress again for 20 minutes. At that time she rushed past our table with an order for another table and dropped off some rolls with butter (delicious!) but didn't speak to us at all. After another 25 minutes with no one ever stopping by the table to explain the wait or offer refills on our drinks, our food arrived. Except it hadn't. It was the food for the people two tables over (they gave it to them after they had placed it in front of us! Ewww!). When that waitress (not our actual server) tried to give us that food I explained that we were waiting for an appetizer and she said she would look into it. Very shortly after our food was served minus the appetizer. The man (NOT a gentleman) brought it I again said, we were supposed to have an appetizer. I said there was no point in it now but he offered to comp it so we figured we might as well accept it to try. Our original waitress approached the table right afterwards to explain she had accidentally placed our appetizer on hold (?) And that's why it hadn't come. At this point it's been more than 45 minutes since we were seated and 35 full minutes since she had spoken to us for any reason and we really just wanted to eat our food while it was hot. But she kept going on trying to explain why it was an accident it happened. Understandable, but honestly nothing we were willing to eat a cold meal so we could listen to the explanation. Also, she should have stopped by the table once in the 45 minutes and then she may have realized her mistake earlier. The male who brought over our actual food then came back with the much delayed appetizer and attempted to restart the process about how it was all an innocent mistake (which it was a mistake that the appetizer was on hold but that didn't explain why it took 45 minutes for our actual meal to arrive when other patrons who arrived after us were already well into their meal). I was shocked that after waiting pretty damn patiently for a dinner this a**hole thought I should be lectured about how mistakes can happen and he was "going to" offer to "comp us dessert buuuttttt...". We weren't interested in dessert. We actually couldn't even finish our meal because as we listened to our lecture, most of our food got cold. Never had such shitty service. First and last try for this restaurant. The food tasted good but was in small portions that made you feel like they didn't really deserved to be paid after. It was a fairly long wait for the chicken wings I ordered but still they were pink inside when they finally arrived.Couldn't believe I was served some raw carrot and celery strips as a side and that was it. They kindly moved us into the restaurant to a new table, but all the plates on the table looked like they hadn't been washed. They had crusty food all over it. We ordered our food and i had ordered a caesar salad. Simple right??? The dressing was absolutely horrendous. I had two bites and was done. This was the same for all the caesar salads at the table. We visited this location on Mother's Day and while we didn't have a reservation, we rolled the dice and were happy to wait the 30 minutes we were told the wait would total. Around the 40 minute mark I checked back in with the front desk just to see where we were in terms of timing. The hostess told us a few tables were wrapping up so maybe 10-15 minutes. She took off to go check on them. Fantastic! almost there. A few minutes in another hostess appeared and asked us what we were waiting for. I told her the initial hostess we spoke with was checking on tables for us which clearly annoyed her. She said, nope- didn't I know they had actual reservations to seat first?! I let her know I understood but had spoken with the other hostess who added us to a waiting list and she proceeded to question my timing.... how long did I really wait? Because she apparently has an app on her tablet (which she was more than happy to point out to me) that let's her know I ONLY waited 40 minutes and there was a much longer wait. I asked the jr. hostess next to her to verify the interaction I had with the initial hostess since she was there at the time, and instead of being honest she recreated the initial conversation to appease the current hostess. Then, like out of some bizzaro universe they started to mutter back and forth between themselves, as if I wasn't there; "I think she's angry, yah, oh no she looks angry but she's going to have to wait and like, she's just going to get more angry". Thankfully, the first hostess showed back up and cleared things up in seconds and we were seated right away. With this said, I have to say, our waiter was in fact amazing, the food was very good and even with a few modifications due to allergies, the restaurant was on point as it always is, even during the craziness that a Mother's Day lunch can bring. I've been to 110 Grill's in Braintree and Worcester as well as this Holyoke location so I know them to be reliable both in terms of great service and taking allergies seriously, but I have to say- those two girls at the hostess stand were terrible representatives of the brand. Very disappointed... was seated at table with a dirty plate, which was removed. Staff in background very noisy, swearing, this was a huge turn off. The waitress was very nice and attentive, however, I could not get past her long nails, I can only imagine what is growing under them and making its way to my food. The meal was fair, I got the kale/Brussels sprouts salad which was very good but unfortunately the chicken breast was dry and over cooked, I did not have time to send it back. I've been here before on multiple occasions and didn't have an issue.. I went there last night for dinner and there was a wait, to be expected it's Friday night, went up to the host and gave our name and number to be called in case we walked off. So a few parties start to get called in, there was a woman with a young girl in front of us to be sat. Well I noticed there was a few walk up parties getting sat while there were 4-5 parties waiting? Went up to the host stand to ask how much longer and before I could even get my question out the gentleman looked at me and asked if my party was for 2, I responded yeah and got sat instantly before even asking anything.. I got sat before the woman with her child who was there first? So I take my table and run out to the woman and told her to go ask how much longer so they could be sat and eat as well.. after about 25-30 minutes, we ordered drinks and received our appetizers, thinking the woman had left. Nope I turn my head and they walk by, she then told me 6 more parties got sat before her and her daughter AFTER I was sat.. my server was amazing as well as the food and drinks ordered. But the host obviously had no idea what was going on, and didn't seem aware.. I would definitely recommend this place the foods amazing, but maybe don't go during busy hours? read more

The food is always good, and they go above when it comes to food allergies which is so important for those of us with celiac.
