The food is always really good here but I was really upset to see servers, the manager and the expediter serving food without masks. Our server (without a mask) was training another server (who was wearing a mask over just her mouth) who stood over our table (with food and drink) talking away without a care in the world. First of all, the service was so bad we did not even get our food. We ordered our food at 4:30pm on their website, and was informed to pick up the food at 5:30. We drive 45 mins to pick up the food, get inside to be told it would be 30 more minutes. We went to wait outside for that period of time time, and called back 30 mins later just for them to tell us it would be another 30 minutes. We waited again, and this time we went inside to check, just to be informed the kitchen has not even started making our order. We then have to wait for the manager to give a refund, and By the time we leave it is 7:00 and have to find a replacement dinner. Was planning on dining at The Goat tonight because Hubby wanted a burger. I asked if we could go to 110 Grill as we hadn't been in a while and I love their turkey burgers, at least I did anyway. What happened to the thick, juicy hand made burger? What I got was not what I was expecting. The "burger" was more like a turkey sausage patty. It was so disappointing! I ate it anyway because I didn't have time to wait for a substitution and didn't bother to complain because the staff didn't seem very knowledgeable or I guess you could say seasoned and I didn't want to cause the server any more angst than she was already under. I ate 3 hours ago and my stomach hasn't felt very well since. Needless to say, I will not be returning. I am so disappointed that they seem to have chosen cost over quality. The ambiance is great for a group or a private date night, depending on the table. Great outdoor section. The waitress Debbie waited on us and she was amazing. What a nice person! Went for a celebratory luncheon after graduation. Had a 12:30 reservation and promptly seated. Restaurant managed the lunch surge well by limiting the number of tables. Fake reservations. We had tickets to a 7:30 show and made a reservation for 6:00 for six people. When we got there -- no table. We sat at the bar. After nearly a half hour waiting, we went to the hostess stand to complain and they told us "we are trying our best to find you a table." When I pointed out that a reservation means they are supposed to save us a table, one of the hostesses said, "I'm sorry. We're not allowed to turn away walk ins." I asked, "then what is the point of taking reservations?" She said, "I don't know." Well I do. First, I have to give 110 Grill a huge round of applause for how they handle allergies and their menu. My father has a shellfish allergy and the staff continuously reassured us of the separation of cooking oils, ingredients etc. for gluten free folks, there is a large gluten free and vegetarian portion of the menu. I've yet to have a bad meal or beverage. This evening, I tried the vegetarian stir fry which contained peppers, broccoli, noodles, mixed veggies and an aioli sauce. For a drink, I chose to go with their ginger mule which is a commonly ordered cocktail at 110. Their mules contain real ginger beer and are an example of a Moscow mule done correctly at a restaurant. The service was great and the noise levels were low, per usual! For folks looking for a quick drink and not a meal, 110 Grill also holds a large bar which attracts a good amount of people when Elm Street gets busy. read more

Tonight we had a family gathering and the organizer chose chose 110 Grill to eat. Myself and my sister ate here when they first opened and were underwhelmed . The menu was loaded with delicious sounding entrees but the delivery was meh. I attributed this to being new and still unsettled. With so many non-franchised restaurants downtown we did not go back. However, almost a year later we went back and I am sorry to say it was worse this time. I ordered the short-ribs and risotto $28.00. There were 2 2x2 inch pieces of meat in a small bowl of risotto. I could have dealt with the portion if it was good but the meat was overcooked to a point that the meat had a hard shell was very dry and was in-editable. The risotto was bland with not one gain of salt in it and was basically rice with cream. It was not cheesy but seemed as though it was thickened with cornstarch or something and very bland. When I was asked how our food was I was very clear the risotto had no seasoning or flavor and the meat was in-editable. I got an apology and was asked if they could make something else. I did say no as we had appetizers and did not want to wait and did not trust that they would server anything better. Additionally, my partner had ordered the steak tips and they were not very good either and the mashed potato were again very bland. When we got our checks I was offered a free appetizer on my next visit (not happening). If something served is in editable and they clear the table and you clearly did not eat it there should be no question on whether you remove it from the bill. So long story short is we gave you a second chance and its still a hard pass. Presentation is 100% flavor and quality 0%. This place is nothing more than a Fridays with a large high priced menu, except Fridays knows how to season food. read more

First-time diner here. The restaurant was clean and we were seated right away. The couple we were joining for dinner had been there a number of times and recommended it. The menu was pretty all-inclusive including drink menu. I ordered the fish & chips (well-done). The staff who deliver meals to the table do so in drive-by style without asking or checking to see if you'd like any condiments or in our case, silverware sets. Some ketchup would have been nice. Or maybe a little more than the thimble of tartar provided. My fries were soggy and cold. The fish was okay though. By the time the waiter came around everyone was halfway done with their meals. Our waitress was so kind and accommodating. The food was excellent. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is their roasted Brussel sprouts were soggy and mushy. I was expecting them to be roasted, because of the name, and crunchy. I went to the one in Nashua and the waiter said they pre-roast them then steam them to heat them up... that's not ok. It seemed odd that there were 4 people at the hostess stand - all looking at a screen and seeming contains overwhelmed. The couple that was seated before us went to a dirty table. Then they made us wait for a table to clear despite several cleared and set tables throughout the restaurant. It was 8:00 PM and there was no wait. When ai asked about sitting at one of the open tables, one of the four hostesses said they would check... and then never came back.... So we left and went elsewhere. read more

we went to the Manchester location last night, 12, 1423. My wife, my granddaughter and myself my wife ordered blackened salmon, which was black and beyond belief and encrusted in the black coating. My granddaughter ordered a cheesesteak. There was no cheese in the cheesesteak , part of our family is from Philadelphia, where in fact they invented the cheesesteak. I ordered a New York strip steak worst I've had in many years. It didn't even look like a New York strip. We tried our luck once more and ordered the apple crisp dessert. Nothing on the plate resembled anything that myself or anyone else would call an apple crisp instead it was a chunk of ice cream rolled in oats, horrible. I will say the fried pickles were good. Didn't realize everything was going downhill after that. The waitress was extremely friendly very nice young woman, and realized things were not going well and offered to take some of the items off the bill. I don't play that game. I would not recommend this place to anyone again maybe the hamburger, but God knows what that would look like. I understand the chefs have creative latitude, but this was a joke , don't go there. My wife and I made reservations for this location, expecting to be delighted. We had heard good things, and the gluten free options made it hard to resist. Delighted- in a word, no. Things started well enough- the tater tot with chorizo appetizer was excellent (honestly the best chorizo I've had in a good long while). On the other hand, it became very obvious very quickly that the restaurant was not staffed well enough to handle the volume of patronage. I can't really complain, however, as I cannot fathom the level of difficulty in hiring enough staff right now, or in attempting to determine what volume you can expect after all of this *gestures wildly*. Regardless, a full 20 minutes isn't an appropriate wait for two simple drinks (with no blame assigned to our wonderful and very hard working server Rainia) On to the food- I ordered the NY strip (medium rare) with a side of jasmine rice, my wife ordered the gluten free chicken piccata gnocchi. I'll start by saying that the NY strip was a truly inferior cut for its type- although one should expect a healthy fat cap, I certainly didn't expect a full half of my steak to be such. Moreover, in their rush to get the plate out the chef took the easy way out and seared the ever living *omitted* out of the steak- resulting in a steak unevenly cooked and much more medium than it was rare. It was, however, still quite juicy, and flavorful. The rice side, on the other hand- a gelatinous mess of unevenly cooked grains drowned in butter and served with not even the slightest bit of fanfare or attention- I could achieve the same consistency and flavor with a cube of butter and minute rice. Très décevant. My wife's chicken piccata alla penne (which was the gluten free substition) was excellent. Great presentation, a near perfect piccata- overall a delightful dish. But then, true disaster struck. Being a fan of single malts, I was excited to finish my meal off with a glass of Oban, a draught I find particularly enticing as it has a quite unique nose and body of vanilla with a curiously light and yet eminently present smoked peat finish. Truly, if you've never had it, I wholeheartedly suggest you do so at your earliest convenience. Unfortunately, that is not was served. Instead, I received a glass of what was unmistakably Glennfiddich- a wholly different whiskey which can not, under any circumstances, be mistaken for an Oban. Again, our server was not to blame, and certainly with the volume of diners it is simple enough to be overwhelmed. Yet I was not amused when my wife told me that they swore up and down that the whiskey served was in fact an Oban, and that if the replacement wasn't to my liking they would be forced to toss the bottle. First of all, none of that is material to the diner. It is not my responsibility to ensure that your bottles are up to par, nor should anyone be made to feel responsible for such things as a paying customer. It should be simple enough to merely admit the mistake and replace the glass, without being made to feel as though I have somehow offended YOU. If I wanted to be gaslit, I'd date Kyle who drinks vodka and Redbull and has never met a wall he didn't want to punch. All I wanted was the right Scotch. Should have been effortless. In the end, I'll be happy to give the 110 a second chance- perhaps midday when the volume is lighter. read more

Worst service and management to handle a situation correctly, when a error in the kitchen causes someone to eat something that is forbidden in their beliefs because of improper labeling on the order from the kitchen. Then when called to have it corrected they tell you they will fix it when they get a chance ( this is from the Window at the kitchen) and still have you waiting over 20 for a correction is beyond what should be allowed in a restaurant or any eating establishment. read more

110 Grill is a really nice restaurant in Downtown Manchester. They are very allergen friendly, and offer gluten free options as well. I usually get their salmon filet with garlic butter. The salmon is pretty big, and you can always ask for more garlic butter on the side. I also am a huge fan of their French fries!! The food is always good, and 110 grill is a great place with awesome people! I highly recommend!! read more
