Great experience. Super service and wonderful experience with Jackie the mixologist at the bar. Super attitude can do spirit made me almost want to sit and eat at the bar she is so gracious. Got a table for four with Brian our server who also was a great professional with sound suggestions for appetizers, salads and entrees. I can see why 110 is so successful with great staff like Jackie and Brian and great food. I had the steak chipotle but the Cajun swordfish was also recommended and looked good too. I had a horrible experience here, I would highly recommend avoiding this establishment based on food quality and service, and I would never come back. My friend and I came here because I love the one in Saugus but Marlborough was a completely different story. It's like a glorified Applebee's now. We got bread and ordered the Firecracker Shrimp an appetizer which used to be my favorite but it was disappointing. My friend ordered the Steak Tips while I had the Vegetable Pesto Pasta. Horrible mistake. It was very bad, but I tried to eat it because I didn't want to complain, but the more I nibbled at it, the more I couldn't ignore the smell and taste of stinky feet (I have no other words. Literally.) I could barely stomach half of it. I finally told Jamie, "hey, I don't like this and I've been trying to let it grow on me but it just keeps getting worse." So he brings out Mike, the kitchen and floor manager. I politely told Mike that the meal was horrible, and I don't like to complain but I can't be the only person who tastes what I tasted. He kept questioning over and over what was so bad about it, and asked if I wanted something else but it really spoiled my appetite, and I can't explain why it was horrible, I didn't make it. He did not take it off the bill but offered a gift card for a complimentary app for "next time." Mike, there is no next time, you're lucky there was a "this time," but now I have to share with the community how horrible my meal was when you could have just fixed the issue as any other place would. It would have taken no effort and nothing off your pay. I'm not the type to complain about places; most of my reviews are 3-5 stars. But I think he took it personally because he probably made it (and put his foot in it or something). I had an Espresso Martini to get rid of the horrid taste of stinky feet Vegetable Pesto Pasta, but the damage was done. I will never return to this, or any 110 Grill based on this experience, and I would advise against anyone else wasting their money at a glorified Applebee's as well. Their quality has gone way down and no respect for legitimate feedback. The best part of the meal should not be the bread and butter, but it was. After the fact, I spoke to Jamie and I told him he was a great server but I was surprised that Mike didn't take my complaint seriously. I do not anticipate spending money just to throw it away, nor taking up valuable real estate in my stomach that could have been fulfilled with something else, and there are plenty of other options in the area with better food. Jamie said he was upset with Mike for not fixing the issue as well, and I'm sure it's not only that, because he already put his two weeks in. So Mike is unable to make customers happy, and also unable to be a good manager, and is losing customers and great waitstaff. Do not waste your money here. It was packed and I have no idea why. Came here for dinner on a weeknight with a couple of friends. We had a reservation for outdoor seating. I ordered their Kale Brussel salad with seared yellowfin tuna. My total came out to $24 (without tip). What's Hot - Quality. Delish! Their salad was delicious and loaded well with all the ingredients. The brussel sprouts were tender and the kale wasn't tough. The apple was chopped in small pieces, which added a slight sweetness, but not overpowering and it was nicely topped with goat cheese. The overall flavor of the salad was delicious, with no one flavor overpowering the other. The tuna was nicely seared and still pink on the inside, which I love. Nicely seasoned, as well. Definitely something I may want to order again. - Menu variety. Something for everyone- vegetarians, vegan, gluten-free, meat, seafood, etc... They have a gluten-free menu, which is pretty much their regular menu as gluten-free options. Happy to see their flexibility and dietary accommodations. - Location. Convenient location with ample parking in the parking lot. They have a nice interior layout, as well. There is a very nice and spacious seating area, with a full bar inside. There's a nice outdoor seating area with a small fire pit. - Price. It is a little on their pricier side. Per person, you're probably looking at over $20 per person. To be fair, their ingredients appear to be fresh. The waitress explained to us that they have a 2 day policy for cooking their fish. I may not have the exactly terminology for explaining their policy, but my point is that the restaurant sounds like they're extra vigilant about the freshness of their products and the sourcing. - Portions. Decent size portions per person, but not enough to get you full. I go into more detail below. - Service. Our waitress was very nice. She was able to answer all our questions regarding the different items on the menu. When asked, she provided us her favorites, as well. I always appreciate wait staff who are knowledgeable about the menu and can give more contextual information. What's Not - No outdoor heat lamps. My friends and I were seated outside, which was nice, especially during this time of the pandemic. Unfortunately, other than the small outdoor fire pit, which is on one side of the outdoor seating, there's no other additional source of heat. Their outdoor lighting isn't good, which makes it difficult to see. - Price. My meal was around $24, without tip, which is not the most expensive meal, but it can be pricey. It also wasn't enough to get me full. Good quality food and delicious, but be prepared to order multiple dishes, especially if you're in a group and you're hungry. - Service. Out waitress was a little difficult to find a few times during our meal. To be fair, we were seated outside and I'm certain she had customers inside, as well. I'm wondering if this restaurant has enough staff. - Health and safety. During this time of the pandemic, I only saw a few of their staff wear masks. Apparently there was only two waiters working and one of them was also acting as the hostess. This was about 2:00 PM on a Friday. There were msybe 10 other tables occupied at the time, way less than 50% capacity. Waited over 10 minutes before anyone came to take drink orders. We ordered drinks and an appetizer. The appetizer was the spinach dip. The chips were VERY stale, chewy and inedible. The waiter/hostess never returned to ask how our appetizer was. I had to flag him down as he was walking by to ask for eother more bread or new chips. However he went to each table next to us, several times, but was only tending to one table at a time before I flagged him down. He never stopped while walking by to ask us if we needed anything. I should have to have to flag a server down, they should check on their guests several times throughout the meal. read more

Came for dinner with friends. Plenty of parking and indoor vibe is chill. Not too loud and staff is nice. Got the larger size Maine lunch beer. It is a good beer. Goes down smoothly. For entree, I got the 110 Chimichurri Steak. I do not recommend this. Wished I ordered something else. This steak is served hidden with fries on top, which was not what I was expected. The juices from the steak and chimichurri sauce made the fries soggy and the sour chimichurri sauce did not go so well with the fries. Fries is also seasoned well but not with the chimichurri. The sour chinichurri sauce is not even great for the steak. Steak was ordered rare but it came medium rare. Overall, I didn't think the quality and presentation is worth the big $30 price tag for this dish. Overall, everything was great except the steak I ordered. I would come again because the ambiance is great inside for catching up with friends. And I would try out different food here. Hope that helps. read more

This is a really good place! It has a very extensive menu, a good atmosphere, and good service. We shared the BBQ pork Mac and cheese as an appetizer - we both thought it sounded so good we wanted to try it! It was amazing and had a very large portion size. I then had the turkey burger with a side of Brussels for my meal. The turkey burger had apple incorporated into the burger & great toppings (goat cheese, caramelized onions, and cranberry aoli). I really enjoyed the burger, but would have liked a little more pronounced cranberry flavor. The brussel sprouts were ok - but had a ton of butter on them. Service is good and they check on you frequently. There have a full service bar but I can't recall if you can sir at the bar. It's new and decor is decent. They shouldn't offer ahi tuna since it's not fresh. Stick to burgers, nachos, sandwiches and such. They offer reservations, but this was very last minute for us. I ordered the onion strings as a side dish and was surprised by the large quantity. I still ate them all. I also ordered the clam chowder and was surprised that the serving was about 3/4 of a cup. Came here on a friday night about an hour or so before they closed to grab dinner with 5 other friends. We had no issues getting seated immediately at a booth table near the cook window area. The seating was comfy and the whole environment was dim lighting, clean, and intimate. The waiter was nice and friendly. He was pretty attentive. What i ordered was the shrimp and clam linguini. It was very good and a good size portion too. They gave me a good amount of shrimp too. One of my friends got a salad and the way they presented it was pretty creative and caught my eye. I've been interested in trying 110 Grill for a while, it's a central Massachusetts upscale chain with various locations along a 20-30 mile radius. This location in Marlborough was very popular as evidenced by the packed parking lot and restaurant. Make a reservation ahead of time, ideally at 6 pm or earlier, otherwise you may need to wait. I was incredibly hungry upon arrival and ordered food right away. Our waiter Ardyll (sp?) was awesome in putting in our appetizers right away then entrees. I shared a beet salad and fried pickles with my husband which was the perfect base for the generous entrees we ordered, short rib risotto and chicken piccata gnocchi, we were happy with both!
