The food is pretty consistent. It's good. But... If you are eating at the bar, be prepared to wait a while for any of the bartenders to acknowledge you. Sometimes they come over with menus and sometimes they don't. Once the order is placed, it's a crapshoot on whether you will get someone else's order and they will get yours. The bartenders have no idea who gets the food that comes out of the kitchen. And if you order an appetizer along with your meal, sometimes they forget to put your meals in the que. You could be done with you appetizer for a while, then you try to get the attention of a bartender to ask about your meal, but they all congregated at the service bar area and you will wait another 5 or so minutes before anyone even looks up. After asking about the meals, they say it will only be a few more minutes. Then about 20 minutes later, the meals come out. Sometimes it's wrong. But, we just deal with it. 110 Grill is a mixed bag for me. I've been a handful of times and haven't had great food experiences. What I will say is that the service is always good. The bartenders and other staff members are friendly and attentive. However, the food has let me down each time I've been there. Not sure if it's just this location, as the last few times I've been the kitchen staff appeared to be training and maybe even short staffed. The server (Lauren C) was fantastic - very friendly and helpful. We were a party of 4 on a very busy Saturday evening and she handled all her tables with great attitude. We made a reservation and our table (at a booth which was comfortable and easy to have conversation) was ready within a few minutes of arriving. The grilled salmon (not the one with sauce) was great but limited choice on side veggies. Another guest in our party had swordfish which he said was good. I love 110 Grilled in Wrentham and come for lunch at least once or twice a month. Food is delicious....my favorite is "The Cuban". My only complaint on this last visit was our drinks. Since the last time I was here, the cocktails have skyrocketed in price! I paid $16.50 yesterday for a plain Cosmo (which is cranberry juice, triple sec and vodka)! My friend paid the same or close to it for another mixed cocktail drink. This is crazy! Drinks are 100% markup as it is! Pretty sad when my drink costs more than my meal!! Went for lunch and our server Sonia was very friendly and attentive. We did not wait long for drinks or food and the food was good. Portion size was good for lunch. Atmosphere was good with music not too high so that you can hold a conversation easily and the restaurant was clean, including the bathroom. 110 Grill is fairly predictable. Food is reasonably good but can vary greatly. Bartenders are a little rough around the edges. I suppose they have a regular bar crowd they cater to, but I didn't detect a favored group. The drinks were fast and very little connection made. Second visit to this location since it opened (last one was pre-covid.) and have been to the location in Marlborough also. My experience has been that each visit gets worse. Though the decor would be nice if maintained, as the attached photos show, even though this is a relatively new location, this is not the case. The trash shown in the photos was there for the bulk of our 1.5 hour visit, and I watched countless times as wait staff, bussers and the hostess walked right through the area and ignored it. If this is how the front of the house runs, I hate to think about the kitchen. Also when sat, our table had those icky watermarks where a dirty rag would have been run over the table, and when I moved to adjust the table (we were put in a corner and I needed to pull it out), my hands encountered slime underneath the table. Ugh! On plus side, the drinks we got were well made. The food was average or perhaps below - I ordered the ribeye and didn't even finish it. I have to say also the prices are far too expensive - I think an order of steak tips was $26, and I think my ribeye was $34, and frankly the steak was not great. Not awful either, but not anywhere near justifying the prices. Last comment is about the service in general. My wife mad a reservation for herself and I, and she was told only slot was 5PM. We are not 'early bird' diners and took it only because they said they were booked. Upon arrival, we noted open tables inside and outside. We asked again and the hostess said no outside was available, and proceeded to sit us in a dark corner wedged between a family with an elderly diner whose walker blocked 2 of our 4 seats, and a table with a family and crying toddlers. The waitress seemed borderline hostile. We noted over the next hour and a half that the inside was barely 1/2 full, and the outside never filled up - in fact, only maybe 2 tables were seated when we left. Have only been to the Fall River location previously, so that's my only comparison point. The yellowfin tuna appetizer was not only lacking on presentation, but most of the pieces were overcooked. Went there for dinner tonight with my wife. We saw the fried whole belly clams on the specials menu so we both got it. Very disappointing. Clams were scrawny, overcooked, and had a strange seasoning on them, masking the clam flavor. The fries had old bay seasoning but I thought they had too much on them. The redeeming part of the meal was the cole slaw, which was very good. The portion was pretty small as well. I realize 110 Grill has a great reputation but we were not impressed. Today my Buddy and I went 110 Grill in Wrentham Ma. I have a great little dog and we pick places that have patios and are dog friendly. After being told at their sister restaurant Evviva Trattoria, in the same parking lot, as 110 grill, only service dogs were allowed. Joe Bartuca the manager at Evviva Trattoria was the one that informed me of their rule, a decidedly unpleasant person with a arrogant attitude. Having been to the 110 grill before and knowing they were fine with my well behaved sweet pup we went there. Lauren C. Was our waitress and she was fantastic. I was ready to never frequent either restaurant ever again after Joe, an overweight unjappy jerk, pissed me off but Lauren C. Changed that. If you are ever in Wrentham stop in the 110 grill right off RT 495. Lauren C. Was the best. A greatconversational and just a great waitress. Had a great lunch here- they are very committed to allergies but be clear with your server and/or ask for the manager. I have a dairy allergy so had to check breading for fried chicken, rolls, etc. My husband and I both got the hot chicken. It was delicious even with the modifications I needed. They also have a decent tap list. It was busy at lunch time but good service. Their prices are a bit high but I find all restaurants are increasing prices now. Love the gluten free menu, so many options! I got the hot honey sandwich and side caesar salad, and my friend got the wings with a side cyprus salad. Everything was very good, but my friend found a hair in her wings. The restaurant handled it really well, they didn't charge for the wings and they brought her a free dish of her choosing. Let me start off by saying as a girl with a gluten & dairy allergy I LOVE 110 grill. This location however, I do not like. The waitresses are usually pretty good. Although I do find they always screw something up when they ''memorize" the order and don't write anything down. The management is terrible! The manager was very very friendly but lacked basic menu & allergy knowledge. I ordered the chicken tenders with fries with extra honey mustard. My fries were cold & I sent them back. The manager served me my tenders and said "gluten and dairy allergy. You are safe!" I said "umm is that ranch dressing? That has dairy in it you silly goose!" he said "no there's no dairy in that" eventually he realized he was wrong. But what if I ate that ranch thinking it was safe for me to do so?! I expected WAY more from 110 grill management. Makes me question all their allergy protocols. My chicken tenders were yummy as always but I pretty much had to beg my waitress to bring over my honey mustard, and she kept getting annoyed when I asked for more. This isn't the first time my food came out cold at this location. My husband ordered a $40 steak and it came with zero seasonings. Zero. This is the second time he ordered a nice steak from this location and it was "naked" with absolutely zero flavor. When you pay $40 for a steak you expect it to have a nice flavor. We sat near the kitchen and it seemed like the chef was more interested in gossip than he was cooking. If this location wants to succeed I recommend hiring better cooks who know how to season food properly and understand time management in the kitchen. For instance, Don't cook the fries first when you still need to grill the steak that goes with the Order. This location definitely needs a new manager that has more knowledge. I could have gotten extremely Ill if I ate that ranch dressing. Very unhappy with this Wrentham ma location. We will likely never return.
