The Addison Foxhole Garage is a fantastic shop to work with, you won't be disappointed. Preston…read more(owner and mechanic) is who I've worked with. He's honest, straightforward, and clearly knows his stuff. I've brought my car to him a few times now, and every single time he's been clear, truthful, and put in quality work. This last visit was no different--he told me exactly what my car needed (with zero pressure), explained everything clearly, and got it done right. You can tell he takes pride in his work, and it shows in the results. If you're looking for a shop that's reliable, trustworthy, and run by someone who actually cares about their customers, this is it. Don't waste time anywhere else.

BUYER BEWARE!! What a mistake I made choosing Addison Foxhole!…read moreThese gentlemen are both incompetent and have no idea how to work in a real business environment. I left a message about the wiring job for two DRL running lights that I had already installed on the fender of my Honda Rebel 1100 DCT. A gentleman named Preston called me and advised that his technician could do the wiring job easily. This is where I screwed up! I brought my bike to him to do the job. Big mistake on my part. On this first try, the technician named Dewan worked for 3 hours and got the wires connected but stated that he had to install a relay as the lights were not bright enough. So I had to take the bike home without the DRL lights connected. After 7 days and multiple phone calls, Mr. Preston advised me to bring the bike back to him and he could "get this job finished " BIG MISTAKE ON MY PART!! I'm in the Addison Foxhole waiting room. It's been 4 plus hours and no end in sight. His technician is not available and Mr. Preston will do the job himself WITHOUT the RELAY. - Mr. Preston is very argumentative and can't or won't tell me when he will complete the job. I'm stranded in Addison Foxhole waiting room. What an experience. I paid Addison Foxhole $159 after the first installation attempt. Addison Foxhole won't refund my money and advised me that this was his shop and he was working as fast as he could. As I said BUYER Beware!!! If the system would have let me I would have rated Addison Foxhole a zero rating if I could have.

I've been searching for my dream bike and visited a few other dealerships before coming to Redline…read moreRacers DFW. At the other places, it was the usual dealership experience--rushed conversations, pressure to buy, and not much attention to what I was really looking for. But the moment I walked into Redline Racers, I felt genuinely welcomed. The team took the time to talk with me, answer every question I had, and really walk me through all my options without rushing or pushing me into a sale. They explained what each option meant in a way that was honest and easy to understand--from performance to maintenance to long-term costs. I never felt like just another sale--they made me feel like a valued rider. If you're looking for a place that respects your time, your goals, and your passion for bikes, this is it. I couldn't recommend them more.

More than anything they understood what my expectation was. I'd definitely recommend shopping with them if you live nearby. Update: 1/29/26 I'm not going back on my statements about the purchasing process, it was by far one of the easiest I've ever had. However, the after-sale process has been horrible! I opted to have DFW handle the registration and it's been one thing after another. Made my purchase 12/20 and the paperwork wasn't received by my DMV until 1/17. I got a call from the DMV 1/29 thinking my plates and paperwork were ready for pick up only to be told they hadn't received all of the paperwork from the dealer. No DL, Ins, they were sent a TX registration application not one for my state, and while I understood it was an estimated amount, on top of it all I also have to send additional money for fees and taxes. None of the fault lies with the DMV, but still, I can't just take these items to my local TAG Agency, I have to mail them in because the paperwork was sent to the main facility. Hopefully this process gets completed before my tag expires because I was also told by the Sales Mgr. when I called to get an update on 1/14 they would e-mail me with an extension for my temp tag and I still haven't gotten it. So yes, the after-sale process has sucked for me. Maybe if I lived in TX it would've been smoother, but I don't.
