We went back right when they opened for dinner, hoping the power was back... and it WAS!!! I had originally planned to get the Chashu Ramen but since our lunch had been delayed, I knew I wouldn't be able to finish it. So I ordered the same one I had last year, the Kitakata Ramen. The broth tasted just as good as I remembered! Unfortunately, though, the chashu was a little tough this time.
