We love the food, the owners interaction and the serving crews. Our only issue was the end img bartender spent most of the time away from the bar and as a result service was very slow. It took us a while to get our check. A great restaurant that needs to fix this issue, otherwise I would give it a 10 on a 5 scale.

A simple apology or some communication about the delay would have gone a long way toward improving the experience. I understand that servers aren't responsible for cooking the food, but they do pass the service window regularly. If food has been sitting under the heat lamps for several minutes waiting on other items, someone should be checking on it or having it remade before it reaches the customer.
