Very limited. There is NOT a vegan grill, everything is cooked on one surface.

Can anyone tell me if the 1800 Cafe has air conditioning? My 89 yr old auntie does not do well out in the heat.

It was not hot when I went there it was only a warm day but it seemed comfortable. It's in a newer building so it might have an air conditioner

I had this one in Oregon and it was cool but Chris did a better job with his method that really did serious justice to the name. My wife wanted the Cucumber Cooler, but they were out of cucumber. She pivoted to Sauvignon Blanc, and they were out of that too. The wine list runs four whites and four reds, so there is not much room to maneuver if the cocktails are not your thing. Chris read the situation, offered up a Paper Airplane since she wanted something refreshing, and put it on the house. Classic good bartending. It was louder than expected for how few people were in the room. On a Saturday with a DJ, music and dancing, I would guess the volume gets close to a rave. Go Tuesday or Wednesday if you want to hear the person across from you, and you will probably catch them fully stocked. My guess is weekends clean them out. Cocktails run 16 to 18 dollars. There is also a 300 dollar tequila and cognac number called La Maria served in a glass rimmed with gold dust, if you have something to celebrate. Happy hour is Tuesday through Friday, 3 to 5. They are on the ground floor of the Waymark apartments at 121 Pringle Ave with a small patio out front and heaters. Great spot to hang out and talk with friends, and a good pre dinner or post dinner stop rather than a destination for the whole night. When those doors shut you are transported somewhere neat. I would go again.

Occasionally I get an idea that there must be good food somewhere in Concord around brunch time. Oh, SO wrong.. and it definitely doesn't help that the locals keep the bar so low by being way too easy to please, rave about crap i wouldn't subject any friend or family to and... check the pics here - How is this different from hospital food? I'm thinking diners during the weekend breakfast hour are out of their minds. Are they the burn outs that couldn't handle an active social life on a friday or saturday night? (they're probably also in heavy supply at the consistantly busy local 24 hour fit where obesity is hot!). I had to go for the crab/egg benedict since there was a couple nods towards it on Yelp and when it arrived to the table it was lukewarm, congealed, sterile looking (like the restaurants interior) and smelled like it had already gone through the digestive tract of a hospital patient.. This place does awesome Eggs Benedict! I went to this diner feeling skeptical, but it was convenient so that's where we landed. In the mood for Eggs Benedict, I decided to give them a try, despite having so many disappointing ones at other places (Hollandaise sauce must be tricky to get right). What a surprise! The sauce was creamy and tangy with the eggs cooked perfectly. The Canadian Bacon added just the right amount of smoky flavor. Excellent job. The waiter was very nice, warm and friendly. The only downside for me was that the home fries were rather bitter -- maybe charred too much? So I ended up "helping" my lunch partner with his french fries, which were good. Last night I had the Cheese Burger with Bacon and all the trimmings. French fries cooked to perfection. My Lady had a Spinach salad with Bacon, Chopped egg, red onion and chopped tomatoes. I am not from Concord and needed Internet. I stopped in here after eating next door and they said sure use our Internet. I said I was more then willing to buy a soda or something and they said don't worry about it. Did take their menu to go and they offer some great deals between 7am to 10am for $3.99. My Husband and I have been here about 10 times. The Waitresses are great and always friendly! We have liked almost everything we've ordered. I wouldn't say the food is amazing but it's good, and the prices are great! The only downside is parking. It's really hard to find, and it can get kinda backed up into the driveway area. They're perfectly fried, perfectly sauced, super juicy, crispy, and packed with flavor. Honestly, they're everything I want in a wing. This visit, I also tried the loaded tater tots, and oh my goodness!!!! my eyes practically rolled to the back of my head. They were absolutely delicious! The servers are always super chill, attentive, quick, and genuinely awesome. One thing I really appreciated today was the atmosphere. Yes, it's a sports bar, but it wasn't overly loud. The game was on, the AC was keeping things comfortable, and I could actually enjoy a conversation without all the noise. Even the outdoor area was peaceful and relaxing. Great food, great service, and a great vibe. We'll definitely keep coming back!

They…read morehave a nice salad bar with plenty of fresh toppings to pick from and nice dressing choices When we walk in each time my hubby asks them to make a vegetarian option one as well since there hasn't been one out yet- they have always been very accommodating. The main menu looks nice and we have said we would like to come and try some other things off the main menu. Sometimes you are just craving a build it yourself salad and some pizza slices. There's always been plenty of seating when we've come for lunch. We have driven by when the parking lot looks very full.
