Good food. Great vibe. Not one, but two DJs on Sunday afternoon. Our server was attentive and made recommendations. Yummy chicken and waffles. The homemade mini donuts were normal sized and tasted a lot like a Krispy Kreme donut. Wink. We will visit again. read more

The food was delicious. You can find some healthy items on the menu! The drinks (alcohol and coffee drinks) are superb. The hostess was the hostess with the mostess. She had a fabulous presence and was very welcoming. I did not catch her name, but she was there around 2 pm on Sunday during the brunch hours. The atmosphere was lively and loud; everyone got on the outdoor dancefloor and had a good time! read more

I've never been to this place & I seen mixed reviews on Yelp . Made reservations & we got seated right away. The server was dope, I forgot her name. Ordered vegan taco. It was ok, nothing to go crazy over. My friend ordered the fruit breakfast tower, watermelon & cucumber! Man, it was good & different. Of course, we ordered unlimited mimosas & it was cool. It got the job done. Overall, it was vibe, & the music was cool. Would I come back again? Hmmmmmm..... it wouldn't be the first pick, but I'll swing thru. Lol read more

Had a party of 6 and 3 of us showed up 15mins late so they wouldn't seat us until then. Which is fine, I'm grateful they didn't cancel our reservation. Server came And got our drink orders (it was the mimosas and my homie got a black coffee). Drinks came out timely, but the coffee was delayed -- not sure if he forgot. We ordered our food, I got the breakfast burrito with the cheese smother. Food came out, my friend who ordered the tacos had his delayed by about 15 minutes. We ate. I took a bite of my burrito -- cold. Bacon, eggs, everything. Cold. The cheese wasn't even melted (see picture). A friend also ordered a burrito and she had the same problem -- cold all the way thru, non-melted cheese. I took one bite and asked for a box to take home so I could warm it up. The ambiance was great, they had fans with cooling, a few live DJs with great music and they were great. We just had lapses in service, such as waiting 15+ mins for refills on coffee, mimosas, and my friend ordered martinis that never came -- even after asking twice for them. The kicker was the 20% tip that's automatically charged. I came in expecting to stay a few hours for the mimosa promotion, which I would have tipped double (due to the amount of time I'd stay), but we ended up leaving early because of the food and service. Food: 3/5 (everyone else enjoyed their meal except me and my friend who ordered the burrito) Ambiance: 10/10. Loved the dj, the air and fans were great. Service: 1/5. I've been a server, but it seemed like ours had too many tables(8-10) and not enough time. Not to his fault -- I get how it is in a busy environment. Management needs to put more people on the floor and divide sections up better. I'm a local and heard about this from a friend. Sad this happened cause I don't think I'll be back or recommend this to anyone. read more

We still had to wait 30 minutes to be sat with a reservation (questioning the point of a reservation) and then waited another 10 minutes after being sat for a menu, but after that service was fair. It's my first time here. I usually go to downtown but never heard of this place before. I am actually glad that I encountered this place. I am really pleased with the outside seating area. There's also some seating area inside if you prefer that as well. We got there early enough for the host to give us the choice where my friends and I wanted to be seated. The ambience is so relaxing especially if you're into outdoor vibes and lights like me.. They played also played good throwback music through their speakers. But later on that night they had a DJ on the stage playing some good music. There's also a dance floor in front of the DJ which is really nice. Good are awesome as well. My friends got the mama's tacos and I got the bin burger. They are so good and worth the price. We even got full without finishing them. Drinks are hit and miss, I guess depending on the bartender who made them. Sometimes it was strong other times it needed a little bit more of alcohol. The only thing I didn't like about our experience that night was they have to move us to a different table because they said someone made a reservation and needed 2 to 3 table. We agreed just not to have an argument and not ruined our night but we made a reservation as well. The parking in the area is too tight as well. There's a empty lot right across the restaurant but it is a little chaotic. There's no parking line where people would follow. If you go to look for parking, you have to make a u-turn to go to the other lane which creates more traffic. Even when leaving the parking lot, only one car can go through the exit so you really have to pay attention. read more

Terrible service. Came on a Friday. Waited 50 min for our food. Never got our appetizer. Server Adriana never brought our utensils, had to get up and go inside and ask at the bar. The smash burger with egg was terrible, underseasoned. Took so long to get utensils to avoid getting yolk every where that food gold cold. The pictured and videos do it too much justice. Cute vibe but service and food need work. read more

This was a neat find for a Sunday afternoon. Tons of seating and shade. There were ALOT of flies in the outdoor seating area. The food and drinks were ok, the best part of the experience were the vegan tacos. Im not even Vegan and I was blown away by the flavors. NYE Nightmare! It was a complete failure. First, I want to make this review clear, that none of this falls on the NYE event staff that was working. They were left to ride the sinking ship down. I put this disaster of an event solely on the management/ownership. I reserved a 6-person table for the event, including 6 open bar wristbands and a $75 food credit. I was told that the 6-person tables were inside and we had a dedicated waitress for our table for drinks etc. I have the call from 18 Bin saved and that call came after I put in an online request to speak with someone to get the details for the night. When we arrived, we were told there was no inside seating, and the setup I was told didn't exist. So we were placed outside in the cold instead. Since there was 1 host, it took over 30-40 minutes just to get seated. We saw 1 waitress working her butt off as it seemed she was the only one brought in. We ordered food and drinks and after several hours, we got 1 order of drinks and only 2 meals. Somehow they ran out of chicken less than 1 hour into the night. The Mango Cart bar ran out of Mango Cart less than 1 hour into the night. We never even got our first order of water when we sat down. Come to find out there was only 1 cook working. So our $75 food credit was never even filled. A night that was supposed to be exciting and fun was relegated to waiting and disappointment. How can a business completely fail to prepare for an event like this? Who was in charge? Was anyone actually in charge? I sure didn't see any type of management around at any time. read more

Ambiance was loud and dark for a brunch time scene. The parking was horrible. The service was awful we where there for at least 15 to 20 mins waiting for a menu and then we order drinks an I get the bottomless mimosas and get it near the end of my meal and they taste like trash. When get our food they forgot my dads sandwich he order and tried to charger me for it And from his fries he got food poisoning all day he had to spend his birthday using the bathroom. My nachos I could of made myself and would of been better I paid $160 for this awful experience. Really slow service not a place to go and have a nice meal. read more

This was the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. I normally never write reviews but this was so bad I feel the need to. First of all it is LOUD on the patio. My ears are still bleeding. The music was pretty good so that was a redeeming quality. The service was probably the worse I've ever received. Not sure if they're understaffed or what. Onto the food, this was probably the worst part. My breakfast burrito was stone cold, cheese wasn't even melted, says it comes with guacamole but there was absolutely none in there. The fries tasted like they just came out of the freezer with how cold they were. We also got the donuts hoping that would make up for the food and they were also awful. Overall, 0/10 experience and will never be back. Definitely do not recommend unfortunately. read more

The worst customer service ever. They had the nerve to bring out our entire table of food to 8 people but left 2 of us (one being the bride to be) waiting for 25 min. People FINISHED THEIR MEALS before we ever got ours. First time I've ever cancelled a meal before I even got it I was that irritated. It's also not a good look that you allow your servers to drink on the job. Our guy was 100% drunk and 100% not doing his job. Horrible mgmt, horrible service, and horrible drinks that weren't worth a 20 min wait. Don't waste your time or money. read more

Rather than provide a professional response, he continued to make threats, stating thank you for your name. I suggest people not go here unless you would like icey cold food, rude service or a manager telling you that you can just leave once you tell him about the poor service. Let me tell you this I absolutely love 18bin and everything about it. For starters, the decor is spectacular as you feel like you were in a Instagram the moment you walk in the hostesses are extremely nice and will take care of you as soon as you get there, everyone seems to be in a delightful mood, amongst friends and family, celebrating, birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, or get together's. the music is amazing and has you feeling excited while you're there you hardly notice the wait time for anything the menu is amazing. It has some very delicious items on it for myself. I tried the chicken and waffle tower. The waffles were amazing the chicken needed a little bit of sauce, but other than that it was fine, the bottomless mimosas were a huge hit and I highly recommend them if you were out with friends and are having a good time. Ultimately, I have to recommend this place to everyone in Las Vegas because it is one of the best brunch places I've ever been to. read more

I don't have anything to complain about. Oh if I had to find something they didn't have any iced tea. I went with my coworkers for a birthday lunch and we were all really happy with our food. I was surprised that there was only one other table with people. We had the Buffalo cauliflower to start and it was really good. 2 of us had the CBLTA and it was really good, the chicken was tender and juicy, no complaints and the other 2 had the cheesesteak and were happy. We will definitely go again. read more

horrible experience. to start off the bald doorman was extremely rude and unprofessional. i had a reservation and simply walked up to him to ask where we went if we had a reservation or if we stood in the general line as well. he rudely told me to get in line and not skip people. mind you i asked people in line prior if they had reservations they said no, so i wasn't skipping anyone i was simply inquiring on where to go because it was my first time there. i was unaware it was the same line, so i don't see the point in making a reservation here. once they sat us we waited about 20 minutes just to receive menus.. it was busy so we were trying to be gracious. we ordered drinks which were good, however it did take about 30 minutes to receive. we ordered our food after receiving our drinks because the waitress didn't come back to check on us not once til then. our food took another 50 minutes because they gave us 2/4 entrees. we waited ten minutes until receiving the other two. the person bringing our food was also asking other tables if our food was theirs or not before they realized which table it was for. our waitress never checked on us after taking our order. we were here for two hours and spent more than an hour and a half of it waiting on our food/drinks. the co-owner was the only pleasant experience. read more

My husband is definitely more of a foodie and I'm happy to try new things but usually stick to what I know. We ended up doing the Chefs Tasting menu to try a little bit of everything and wow! The staff was kind but our waitress was 10/10 on her own! Super attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, our water glasses were always full and she was incredibly kind. The overall vibe of the place was intimate with the darker lighting, music was on but not blaring and even with the tables a little closer together I felt like you were still able to have privacy. The oysters were amazing! One was chilled and one was cooked. My favorite was the chilled and my husbands favorite was the cooked. I had never had oysters before and am now a huge fan! We added the Foie Gras to our menu and were blown away by how good it was! First time trying it, all the rave about Foie Gras is true! The snapper tostada is another highlight for us! So fresh and delicious and all the flavors went together incredibly well. Overall we really enjoyed our dining experience, trying new things and will definitely be back whenever we come out this way again.

My son surprised me for Mother's Day by booking a reservation for 4 at Sparrow + Wolf. After…read morereviewing the menu, we decided to go somewhere else that had more options to accommodate everyone in our group. He canceled the reservation on Mother's Day and was fully aware of the stated $25 per person cancellation fee ($100 total). Unfortunately, the restaurant charged his card three separate charges totaling $250 ($100, $100, and $50). He contacted the restaurant and was initially told the refund would be processed within 3 days. After following up again 3 days later, he was told the employee who handles refunds was out of the country and that he should not have been told 3 days. He then received an email from Thaddeus confirming the cancellation fee was only $25 per person and stating he could use the $100 as credit toward a future visit if he showed the email at the restaurant. However, the additional $150 in charges was never addressed. My son replied to the email asking about the extra charges and still has not received a response 3 days later. At this point, he is handling the matter through his bank's fraud department. Very disappointing experience, especially with the lack of communication and accountability. I would not recommend this place.

Oxtail risotto - this one had mixed reviews from the table, I really enjoyed it. The flavor was good. There's only a small amount of meat and it's shredded into the risotto. Overall the consistency was a little weird, very thick and almost sticky/dry, plus the dark color. They had a steak on the menu and the flavor was great, one of the pricier menu items but it was a good share. My wife ordered a burger without the bun. She said the patty was well over-cooked and so it was pretty dry. They don't offer gluten-free buns or bread - bummer. The service was generally prompt, but seemed uncoordinated at times. For example, it seemed our waitress was also handling a very large party outside on the patio, and randomly the hostess would bring us a drink refill (hostess stand was right beside our table). That's good in a way, they are all a team, but she also picked up my plate and silverware after only the first appetizer - mind you they bring everything out as it's ready, so don't expect the whole table to eat together, you are expected to share! When I asked if she could replace my silverware, she grabbed a fork and knife and handed to me, but they weren't rolled in a napkin or anything, just barehanded me some silverware... anyway, I thought that was odd. Overall, the food had some bright spots and perhaps worth a lunch if you are downtown. I probably wouldn't seek it out again, but I'm not mad about the meal we had either.

It was phenomenal. The setting was electric watching this busy kitchen in action. The service was right on point and the atmosphere was energetic, we could not have had a better time or better food.
