He came out the next day to measure and provide a quote, brought samples, etc. He did a very thorough investigation of our floor to give us the most accurate quote possible, and even caught some things that other contractors did not. This place deserves 100+ stars. I requested a quote (on a Saturday) over yelp and they got back to me right away. Aram was able to come out to take a look at my condo that same day. His quote was a bit more expensive than others, but Aram mentioned some key things about my install that no other contractors even considered and that sealed the deal. That extra amount was worth every penny. My floors are perfectly installed and I still marvel at how they were able to seamlessly connect all my different rooms/living areas. My floors were installed in a herringbone design, so this was no easy task. On a side note, 1 Stop was the third company I signed a contract with for my project. I found out that both "companies" prior to 1 Stop were lying about their licensing, so I had to fire them. An unlicensed install would have voided the flooring manufacturers warranty so it is disappointing that there are people out there who would knowingly put their customers at risk. read more
