Such a pleasant place to spend the day. Tucked in at the golf / country club and open to the public. The service and staff are so nice and attentive. Not close to 5 star restaurant level but definitely amazing service and great prices. They have theme nights from karaoke to movie nights and trivia nights. Had an outstanding lunch experience after a round of golf. Friendly bartender served us at the attractive bar. Ordered the chicken salad sandwich thinking it would be regular Sysco homogenized type. But no, it was grilled chicken loosely mixed with lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes and tasty dressing on homemade whole wheat bread (all bread except hot dog & hamburger buns are made fresh in-house). I have eaten here at least half a dozen times since I moved to the area in February. Great hidden gem of a restaurant. Always eat at bar that looks out on scenic putting green. In many instances, there are other friendly customers who engage you in conversation. Usually golf on the overhead TV ( I am lousy golfer but love to watch pros play) They have a great burger and the homemade pub chips are hot crispy and generous. Really love their sliced chicken salad - lots of fresh greens, cheese and walnuts and dressing is just right. Service is friendly and quick unless they are busy. Prices are very reasonable. We have known the main chef for this restaurant for years. He and his wife both taught a culinary class at the local high school for years. He is often seen around the restaurant, including stopping by our table to check on things during numerous visits. Saturday's they have rotating live entertainment from 7-11 pm. Menu is full scale, including breakfast offered all day (check out the Texas size of the French toast in my pics). Food overall is 4-5 star. Would give the restaurant a five star overall if they were more consistent with service. Staff is light on non-event nights, so if they get busy there just isn't enough of them to serve the 15 or so tables in the main dining room. Many nights they have just a few tables filled, so no issue. They also have a nice, large bar which usually always has people around it. Outside is more seating and another bar area. The inside rooms have numerous big screen TVs, although they are usually all tuned to the Golf channel since this is the Heritage Golf Clubs restaurant. Around dining you can play a round of reasonably priced golf, hit the driving range or practice your chipping and putting. Very relaxing atmosphere. read more

I went here two weeks ago with my aunt for trivia night and the place is pretty big. The tables are pretty far apart it seems safe to be there, I don't feel like I'm going to get anything. They have a dinner special on Thursday changes every week but only $10 and everyone seems to enjoy it. I think the food is pretty tasty and service is good. I went again last week and everything was pretty much the same. If looking for something to do and some dinner out. Check this place out. read more

Held a quince here for 100 people. Easy to work with beforehand but day of communication was a bit lax. I wish they made an effort to have an on-site manager to go over details that morning and to make sure things go as planned. Appetizers were late and timeline for food was off by almost two hours. Waiters were a little slow with taking initial drink orders - people had to go to the bar themselves. Once they got the ball rolling, the service got better and one guy made sure my glass was never empty. Overall good value for the price. read more

I have eaten her numerous times. I have to say that when they first opened several years ago, both the food and service were terrible. Run by a former school cafeteria manager and at that time you could definitely tell. But they have made steady improvement since then. The current waitstaff is excellent. Breakfast is very good, lunch and supper is reasonably priced standard American fair. The bar is probably their best feature. Not a place that is going to be winning a Michelin star any time soon, but a nice neighborhood restaurant with specials every night and a great Trivia night. So I used to consider them one to two star but I am moving them up to 3. Hopefully they will continue improving and I can move them up a star or two in the future. I do appreciate the effort that has been made to improve! read more

We heard great reviews about this bistro so we went for breakfast on Jan 6 2019. Sadly this was not our experience. The coffee was barely Luke warm. The rye toast was hardly toasted. The bacon was so hard. The scrambled egg order looked as if they cooked only one egg. My fried egg over medium-well was barely cooked with overly running yolk. And yet the table next to us had great looking breakfast and eggs. Hopefully this must have been an off day. read more

Such a fantastic restaurant! They are kind of hidden away because they are in Heritage Isles Golf Club, most people don't realize they are open to the public and have fantastic hours! The food is incredible! There are choices for everyone including breakfast all day and night! BAYSCAPE has a full bar with skilled bartenders who can whip you up almost anything you would like! (Weekend mimosas are a great deal, only $2.50 each on Saturday and Sunday and a deliciously fun way to start the weekend!) My favorite go tos are brioche French toast, plattered with scrambled eggs, bacon, home fries and fruit salad! The pressed Cuban sandwich is a must have! You can't go wrong with your choice of homemade pub chips, fruit salad, or potato wedges as a side. Homemade bread and all! I also highly recommend their country fried chicken sandwich, yogurt parfait, chicken wings, and buffalo cauliflower! Honestly, the entire menu is truly scrumptious. The service is epic! Hands down the best brunch I've ever had. The staff is attentive and friendly and the food is delicious. A wonderful place to take the whole family. This bistro is a great little " find". I wish it was closer to Seminole Heights. But, it's worth the trip! Nice atmosphere and a good place to take the kids.
