Last Saturday we stoped in to eat and I left my wallet and didn't know where I had let it; 5 days later the owner knocks on my door and asks me "did you loose your wallet!!! Do you know how hard it is to replace a Military ID, a CDCR Card, and etc!! The service, food, atmosphere is always inviting and great for watching sports events and dining. After being on hold for about three minutes, she came back and told me my order was already ready. I was surprised because it had only been about five minutes since I placed the order. It doesn't seem realistic that the order could have been freshly prepared that quickly. When I arrived to pick up my order, I mentioned that I had been put on hold and never given the opportunity to make the change. Instead, I was simply told the order was already completed. What concerns me even more is the quality of the wings. It appeared that the wings had already been cooked and were just being tossed in sauce when the order came in. The store advertises fresh-fried wings, but based on my experience, I question how long they had been sitting before being served. I used to visit this location frequently, but the lack of customer service, poor communication, and concerns about food freshness have left me very disappointed.
