Come to find out there was a markup on the loaded fries I ordered that was not reflected on the display. When I asked her about it, she nonchalantly said "Oh yeah the price is higher". My first thought was, hey it's a digital menu, how hard is that to change? Secondly, the attitude in response to how my order broke down was definitely not one of good customer service.
