We booked our pick up from home to LAX weeks in advance and up to the night before our trip, we had not heard from anyone confirming someone will be here at 4:30 in the morning. We reached out and no one responded to our message. We reached out again 1 hour before our scheduled pick up time and again no one was available. You could only email with the company, which is so out of touch. We were frantic, trying to find other transportation at 4 in the morning for our international flight!!!! This creates a strong impression of hidden fees and opportunistic billing. When I contacted the company to address these charges, there was no reasonable effort to resolve the issue or acknowledge their responsibility. It is clear that this is how they routinely operate rather than an isolated mistake, as it is stated in MANY reviews. The Oringal quote for the ride was $77.00 as written in the contract to go from LAX to downtown marriott. The contract said $0 depostit. and total of $77.00. As I was arriving in LAX I recieved a message that unless I paid $150 more the ride would be cancelled. I felt that was unethical because the contract did not say I would have more to pay. The reason we engaged a ride service was because of handicapped person who could not walk to the cab or uber pick up area at LAX. So we faced either don't pay and be unable to get transportation or pay which I did. What should have been $77.00 was actually $227. I made an advanced reservation to be picked up at LAX. Gave a lot of time due to flight arrival, custom clearing, and other matters. When the time for us to finally arrive at the airport exit gate, I tried several times to call the company's phone number but to no avail just received a recorded message. Instead the driver asked me to tell him where I was (I do not know the airport, and they are a transport company familiar with airport and knew my airline and flight info). Once outside, I told him where I was and he told me I had to walk down to a different zone. All of a sudden now he was able to provide direction, leaving it to me to hump all my stuff to an entirely different area. He did not leave the waiting area until he confirmed I was in the right place. I was being charged $1.50/min for the 22 mins my flight was delayed, as well as for all the time I spent navigating to the correct pick-up area, and then while I waited for the driver to arrive. This tactic really maximized the extra fee (hidden in fine print), but wait! It doesn't end there! Despite collecting airline itinerary and knowingbthe anticipated pick up time during the booking process, the quoted price of $112 is based on point-to-point drop-off based on a generic Google's trip time calculated at 4 AM - when there is the LEAST amount of traffic in LA. If your trip is longer than Google's 4 AM estimate, they charge $2 for every extra minute that exceeds the 4 AM travel time prediction. SHADY, SHADY, SHADY. This basically DOUBLED the cost of the trip. The company charges you the quoted amount at the time of booking, then charges you the extra fees as a separate credit card charge days after drop off. This is the first company I have seen that sends threats with the final receipt. They "warn" that if you file a credit card dispute, they will file a fraud report with the bank. If the charge is reversed, they will file with a collection company to recover the remainder. It would have been cheaper to Uber afterall. read more

I booked a one way ride from disneyland to SNA airport for $58, somewhere in the fine print they say charges are based on 4am traffic conditions, anything after that is $2 per minute. My ride at 4am is 14 min, we got there in 15 min, but after we are dropped off it took the driver about 15 min to exit the airport, the charges keep going until the driver exits the airport, so 3 weeks later they charge me $30, for time we are not even in the vehicle anymore. This is in the fine print that I and most others most likely dont read on a less $60 ride thats 15 min away, they should at least make that clear where the charges are on the estimate, not hidden in the fine print, the company even said we'll thats a lesson learned for you. read more

Do not use 24/7 Ride! Absolutely horrible service. They hadn't picked us up over 30 minutes after our scheduled pick up time and we couldn't get a hold of them. They previously said they would send us our driver's contact information within an hour before the pickup time but didn't until about an hour after our pickup time, while we were in an Uber on our way to the hotel, because we assumed they had abandoned us. When we asked for a refund, they told us it was our fault and implied that we didn't read the contract.
