My friend and I weren't looking for anything health related, so we were kind of unsure about what to order. We got the matcha affogato (super pretty great for snaps), blueberry matcha, and lychee immortality. Everything tasted like it was from a super good boba shop. The matcha is super good quality and the drink is a nice consistency so you know it's the real deal and not powder. My friend and I also received a discount for joining their rewards program. I first came here in February while I was on a boba run with my sister. We probably tried 8 different places that day but we ended up buying two drinks from this place and finished them both. I was shocked that I found this place with 5 stars on yelp so I wanted to give it a try! I walked in with my boyfriend and was greeted by the owner. He was helping out a customer with his order and asked us if it was our first time here. He told us to sit down and he call us to come up with some samples. He has us sample the Immortality tea (passion fruit), the strawberry guayusa, and raspberry matcha w/soy milk. Holy cow, we didn't know what one to choose! Enjoying the best green tea ice cream from this cute cafe my Boy frannd and I love so much! As well as a Vietnamese style iced coffee, which is perfectly sweet and BOLD, just how I like it. This place has the best boba and is actually amazing. Jackie, the shop owner is insanely nice and treats everyone with the upmost respect. I don't know if I can go to any other boba-spot than this. Overview: First came on a friend's whim but I've been back a few times a week ever since! The place is well layed out and has a good vibe for me to do my work or just sit and talk to friends. Parking can be a bit of a hassle but that's not their fault. It's just the way things go in OC. Decor: this place is super cute. Their style is really home-y and seems like a perfect study spot. There's quite a bit of space and it's pretty quiet. Service: the owner was the first to greet me and ask if I'd been there before. When I answered no, he gave me three samples and explained their business philosophy. This guy definitely knows his stuff and the passion for his work really shows. Very friendly and very prompt service. I didn't even finish paying and my drink was already done! They forgot my parfait for a hot minute but I think it's only because more people came through. Food: I got the raspberry shaken matcha with basil and chia seed. The matcha really shines and the raspberry was subtle yet noticeable. It was delicious and light and refreshing. Cost me about $6.50 for the large since I had the two toppings as add ons. I also got the blueberry matcha coconut parfait. He then quickly whipped out some samples for us to try! This is a really nice boba/ dessert shop with a very health conscious twist, but not over the top. Drink: 4 Guayusa - had a hint of strawberry. Definitely did not taste like the normal teas I'm used to. It was more floral, similar to jasmine tea. Immortality - we had the lychee flavored immortality tea. It was light, so I couldn't taste much more than the lychee flavoring. Matcha - really dark unsweetened matcha. I had to ask for some extra honey, but the strong matcha flavor was really good. Really love this place! I usually come back about 3 times a month to do some homework/studying done. The workers are very kind and have some great recommendations if you don't know what to order. The boss is really nice and offers as much information as possible regarding almost every drink just encase you want to know more about the drink you plan to order. Came in on a Sunday afternoon right before they opened. They forgot to change the closed sign on one of their doors so we were a bit confused when it was past opening. I love boba drinks and milk tea, but over the years since I started becoming aware of how food affected my body, I realized that dairy products and caffeine both upset my stomach. Rather than settle for a smoothie at Tastea I decided to yelp boba to see what showed up. 3Blossoms looked promising to me, and from what I gathered in their reviews and on their website, they strive to use organic products and even make their own almond milk. I decided to give them a try. The employees greeted us and offered us samples right when we walked in. I tried both the blueberry matcha and guayasa sample (which do have some caffeine btw) and both tasted pretty good. After spending a few minutes looking over the menu I decided to put together a drink that is admittedly a bit weird and complicated, but hey I like what I like and they were more than happy to accomodate my tastes. I got a hot strawberry immortalitea with almond milk and boba. It was cold and rainy that day so I wanted something to warm me up, but I didn't want to sacrifice my boba. The woman behind the counter said that they hadn't made something like that and wouldn't know how it would taste, I told her it was fine and she made my concoction. She offered me a sample of my drink and I really liked it! It was flavorful and creamy without being overly sweet. I approved of it and got my whole drink soon after. The boba stayed nice and squishy in my warm tea. Overall I was very happy with the service I received and the quality of the teas and milks they have. I am well known to be quite a boba enthusiast as my friends my say. I can definitely walk away saying this is one of the best boba shops I have been to. Now before I have nay-sayers ramble about other boba joints. I would like to point out that if you truly enjoy good quality tea this place is the perfect place to find that. I did have some difficulty finding the actual place because I had no idea that they replaced the old tea shop called enchanted. I found out that it is literally on the corner of the building structure facing towards the street. I ordered: matcha tea with silk soymilk and mango jasmine pearl tea. This place actually uses jasmine pearl tea which has a more aromatic and lingering taste which is much more preferable than the traditional jasmine tea satchets that are used in most boba stores. Also, a great thing that this boba shop does do differently is that they use organic fruit jam for flavoring their tea. Now, my first impression was that I thought it would taste pulpy and too sweet. I soon found out that the jam they used was simply just the fruit jam without added sugar or preservatives. So when it was actually was mixed with my jasmine tea, it actually mixed very well. The tea had a lighter taste, almost as if the flavor was infused with the tea. This was much better than the fruit syrups or "purees" that are commonly used for stronger flavor. For their matcha tea, I spoke with the owner and had found out the their matcha powder is actually imported from japan! I had a chance to sample the matcha and can tell that the matcha was high quality due to the vibrant color that it had. They have several types of milks to mix with their matcha tea. They have house brewed soymilk and almond milk. They actually make their almond milk by extracting milk from actual almonds daily, which I thought was pretty cool. They other option was that they used the brand silk soymilk or almond milk for their tea. I ended up choosing the silk soymilk with my tea. It tasted pretty good but I think that I might actually like the silk almond milk better with my drink because I feel like it would compliment it more! I had a pretty good experience here. The ambiance was pretty nice and seemed like a good place to hangout at night. I loved that the owner was very passionate about tea and always made sure that everything tasted okay. I have recently now become a regular to this tea shop even before their grand opening haha. I think it's somewhere in early july but I have a feeling this place will be pretty poppin' soon read more

I was immediately greeted when I came in by a female cashier. She then offered me a few samples which I greatly appreciated (more places should do this!) She seemed pretty knowledgeable about the different drinks and in the end I settled with a raspberry matcha with almond milk. I usually don't like matcha that much from any drinks place and this place wasn't much different. However, it wasn't bad at all, it was just not within my personal preference. They also have small bags of pistachios that were only a dollar. It seemed small but there was a very satisfying amount within. It made me thankful that I did not waste my time buying a $20 3 pound bag from Costco because I could easily satisfy my pistachio cravings for a mere dollar every once in awhile. The decor was very nice as well, it gave off a homely feel, but I may be biased because my house is less than .2 miles from here lol. Here were a bunch of board and card games available and overall, it's a nice place to chill or do homework. If you're a huge matcha health conscious fan; this is the place for you. They import their organic matcha from Japan & store at the right temperature to keep its nutrients. The matcha is powerful but can be sweetened lightly with soy or boba. Khiem & Jackie have a lot of knowledge on their drinks.
