I have been coming to this place at least a month now and absolutely love it! My favorite drink so far is the Raspberry Shaken Matcha. I usually get it with no toppings, but I had chia seeds added and half sweetened today. It tastes amazing both ways! Also, I have probably tried only 4 or so other drinks because I like this one so much. However, all of the ones I have tried are good. I would definitely stop by here if you want to try boba that is healthier and tastes amazing. They also have other stuff on the menu. I would like to try their healthy snacks sometime. The service is also excellent, at least what I have experienced. Everyone has always been very nice. And the owner is very knowledgeable about the health aspects of the tea and seems to enjoy sharing about it, which was very informative. Also, I really love that when you first come in, they give you samples of the main types of tea. It actually was hard to choose because I liked them all! My fiance said the same thing when he came in the first time. I also got another sample at one time of a tea when I mentioned I wasn't sure what tea I wanted because I hadn't tried one I was thinking about getting. Right then and there, I was offered a sample of it. How nice!! I don't know any other place that would do that. If you're gonna spend money, it's nice to know what it's gonna taste like. It's also nice that they add a little discount if you want to bring your own water bottle/cup. That's so great! I'm not a very original person. Was recommended here. The best matcha drinks you'll find in the area. The staff is also incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Got the original matcha drink with chia seeds. You can ask for it sweetened or non-sweetened (pretty bitter). I wasn't sure if I wanted it sweetened or not so one of the girls gave me a small sample to taste. I don't think I ever received such great service from any other drink places in the area. I first tried this place last Monday (4/26/2021) and instantly fell in love. Was it the cozy, homey feeling? Was it their cute dog Muff? Was it their delicious and unique drinks? Truth be told, it was all of that and also the fact it's a small local business. The cafe usually only has one person working at a time so it takes a while for your drink to be made, but it's worth it. I typically pass the time by looking at the fish tanks, petting Muff, or just talking to whichever friend is with me that visit. Their matcha and immortality drinks are amazing, but what surprised me a lot was their sweet Vietnamese coffee. Vietnamese coffee typically is the only coffee that will wake me up and keep me up for a couple of hours, but last night I got one at around 7-8PM and could not sleep until 5AM. I mean, it honestly did its job since it helped me stay up and do my homework. Honestly even though their drinks were amazing, what kept me coming back was how helpful Andrew is with explaining each drink and the fact that my first time there, he knew I was a new customer and recognized me when I returned a couple days later. Lactose-intolerant friends, rejoice! It's incredibly hard to find a place that makes lactose-free creamy drinks that don't taste terrible, especially matcha, but this is the place! Their diary free matcha is absolutely delicious. TEA- If it's your first time coming here you'll get a nice overview and samples of the different teas and their health benefits. You can tell by the taste that they're all made with high quality ingredients, not the nasty syrups that most tea places use, and (who I believe was) the owner is clearly passionate about high quality tea. Never been a fan of matcha but their drink photos look yummy to me. So I decide to give it a try, and I surprisedly like the drink. It is creamy from almond soy, not too sweet and you can taste the matcha and raspberry flavor blended well together . Great customer service but I just wish it is a little bit faster cause I have 3 crying babies waiting in the car with my sister and the owner ( I guess) took his time to explain the customers about drink... only him and another worker who made drinks. This place is very therapeutic! The workers are very nice and are super happy to help, even when we came in pretty close to closing (40-ish minutes). The worker offered for us to have a sample platter to test out which drink we would want and it was super helpful because all five of us ordered something we had tried from the platter! The drink was made fresh and definitely did not come from the standard powder many other cafes use. It had a very ~high standard~ taste. There are board games and books for people to utilize, which is also super cute. The lofi music pulls the place together and makes it a great study place. This little shop is so cute and I'm happy it's just down the street from my house lol! The first time I had it my sister had ordered some home for me. I got the blueberry shaken matcha with chia and basil seed. I loved it. I really like how I could taste the matcha and it wasn't overly sweet. The second time around I took my boyfriend here. As it was both of our first time in the store, the girl working gave us a 3 samples of their top 3 teas. Much to my surprise I loved the raspberry shaken matcha even better than the blueberry one (and I'm usually not a raspberry fan). I really enjoyed the other 2 teas (immortality and guayusa) she let me sample as well, but I couldn't resist the raspberry one. It was so good I had to keep coming back. Which now brings me to this review. I stopped by this shop a little before 12pm unbeknownst that they weren't opened yet. They still had a couple more minutes before they opened but the owner opened the door for me and another couple into sit, relax, and use his WiFi as he prepared his shop for opening. This place is a literal hidden gem. Difficult to find, but has great drinks! It's located in a rather inconvenient and small plaza with decent parking. The entrance of this cafe is facing the street. There was someone ahead of us, but she quickly received her drinks. This was my first time here, so I wasn't too sure on what to order. Luckily, I read some yelp reviews prior to coming here and asked the employee for some samples of their most popular drinks. They have a rather large and unique menu with a variety of flavors, so if this is your first time here I would highly recommend that you ask for samples as well! I got to sample three drinks: Raspberry Shaken Matcha, Lychee Guayusa Tea, and the Mango Immortality Tea. I enjoyed all of the drinks, but I ultimately decided to go with the Blueberry Shaken Matcha with almond milk. To my surprise, the blueberry flavor wasn't too overpowering. It was also super creamy and wasn't too sweet. The Blueberry Shaken Matcha subtly reminded me of a blueberry muffin. If you're into blueberry muffins, this would be a great drink for you. One thing that I noticed after leaving was how little ice the employee put in my drink. I'm not a fan of cafes or boba shops that pack on the ice and I always have to customize my drink, but it wasn't a problem here! The service here is excellent. Very glad to have discovered 3 Blossom Cafe today! Even though the owner, Khiem, was busy tending to customer orders and making drinks, he still took the time to give my friend and I samples and kindly explained to us the health benefits of each drink. We both ended up grabbing large Shaken Matcha teas with basil seeds because they were SOOO good! But we will for sure come back again to try their other drinks and utilize their quaint cafe space, which had a lot of interesting books and cool board games! I've only been here for ten minutes, but I already feel inclined to write a review because the customer service here is so good! I got greeted by who I believe is the owner and he offered me three tea samples so I could get an idea of how their teas were. He explained all of them in depth and described what benefits you get from each tea. You can tell that he's really knows his stuff and is passionate about it. I ended up getting the raspberry shaken matcha. It's not too sweet, has soy milk in it, and not bitter compared to other green tea drinks that I've gotten. I came in on a Sunday afternoon after driving by this cafe on my way home from work everyday. I was greeted by the owner, who asked if it was my first visit and offered free samples. He went in depth with the type of teas they offered : guayasa, matcha and immortality tea and was really knowledgeable about the different types. You could tell he was really passionate about his product but as more customers walked in, he proceeded to share this information all over again with new customers. I love tea, but I didn't have 15 minutes to listen to his speech so I went with the Mango Immortality tea. I loved how you could really taste the mango flavor as there were mango bits at the bottom and it wasn't overly sweet at all, as the owner explained he uses less sugar than other shops. I'll definitely be back to get my tea fix and try out the matcha tea which was a second contender for me. Don't let the sketchy outside surroundings of this place influence you thinking this is a shabby, typical boba shop-off-of-Bolsa place. Bolsa milk tea/boba shops are usually super generic nowadays as people ride off each other's ideas, and usually the workers are sometimes rude and not too fluent in English. Service: The workers knew their stuff about their drinks, from the effects of drinking certain teas to the amount of flavoring and whatnot for the drink. Such a hidden gem. My cousin introduced me to this place with just the forewarn of how good the drinks are but when I arrived, I did not expect the "first timers" experience to be what it was. The owner expressed such great passion for each ingredients and its intentional purposes for existing. With a sampler for one of each of their categories: Shaken Matcha (using organic and pure matcha vs other places who use it for decor purposes). Guayusa (why-you-suh) which offers clean energy from the plants with no crash or jittery feeling of coffee and last but not least, a sample from the Immortality tea which is an organic tea option without caffeine. He is so helpful and kind in his delivery and demeanor. The first time, I ordered a Fresh Citrus Shaken Matcha with Chia Seeds and it was great. I'm not usually the type of person who likes drinks with soy/dairy because of its lingering taste on my tongue but it was a good drink and I felt the energy almost instantly -- which is great for someone who spends hours working on creative projects. Today I came in with the intent of ordering a guayusa tea and he recommended the strawberry flavor. He let me sample it and that's what I ended up getting. I moved to garden Grove about 3 months ago and ever since I've been looking for my go to boba place. A short 6 minute drive and delicious drinks, 3 blossoms has become my go to place. My best friend and I went for the first time last week. I had read the reviews about how the owner would tell you all about the drinks and provide samples for your first time, however since we went like 30mins before closing I wasn't expecting that treatment. However, I was wrong, the owner was super friendly and explained everything about his teas. We got to try the 3 most popular flavors. I was a bit hesitant about the matcha one but it was surprisingly delicious. I ended up ordering a passion fruit immortality tea with traditional boba and my friend ordered the blueberry matcha. Amazing place!! I love all my boba and teas to be healthy and not too sweet, and this place is perfect for me. When you first walk in and if it's your first time, the owner gives you a break down of their 3 main tea types. He tells you about the health benefits of each and gives you a small sample of each. They have half and half as an option for milk drinks, but they prefer to use began ingredients for the health benefits. It isn't too sweet and the teas aren't artificial. They are very good quality. I wouldn't get this place if you're in a rush because there was only one man working here and he does, like I said, explain his drinks to his employees. Prices are way too cheap for what you are offering. Not that it's a bad thing for us :) Consider relocating. It keeps changing names for a reason. Hard to find with no foot traffic. I personally would have never found it and drive away and forget about this cafe lol. Not sure the mainstream is "ready" for a healthy boba so consider making the place "trendy" because your product is pretty good. Having bitter tea isn't a bad thing. I actually love tasting the tea flavor in drinks. Matcha drink could use more matcha flavoring. I think you can skip on the logo... It's a waste of time and money... Or pay for a better logo. Ok, there's a bunch of things that I really liked (service, the drinks themselves), but I want to first say that the thing I appreciated the most is that when I was there they didn't bump the music super crazy loud. It was actually a lot of the kind of music I have on my study playlist. But more importantly, I didn't feel like it was competing with what I was already listening to in my headphones. I hate how at other tea and coffee shops I can basically hear all the heavy bass beats and loud electronic music crashing into the music I use to study, (not trying to pay an extra 100 dollars for sound canceling headphones). The music is quiet, so the entire place is at a very quiet murmur because people aren't trying to yelling over loud music. We came here for the first time after finding this place on yelp. The exterior of the building looks old but the inside is very modern. We were greeted by a very friendly man named Kim who gave us samples to try and educated us a bit about his drinks. We decided to go with the shaken raspberry matcha with basil seeds.
