Crab Fried Rice
Rosie H.

There was a lot of parking in the lot and the place was full of people. It took about 15 minutes before we were seated in the back. We were able to order our food with ease. Inside, there are a bunch of tables and a few booths. When the food came out, it was one dish at a time. My friends and I ended up sharing everything since there was a long wait in between getting our plates. I ordered the yellow curry and had a spice level of 1 and it felt like it was at least a 6 or 7. I'm okay with eating some heat but it was totally unexpected. There was a mishap when we got the wrong order and another when the server dropped a plate of food near me. I don't know if the mango wasn't fresh or what but there were brown spots on it. We were hungry and didn't want to wait for a replacement, so we ate around the affected areas. I don't know if I'd come back again but it is open 24/7...

We were really in the mood for Thai food, and I had seen this place on TikTok. I was a little worried cause it's not in the best part of town but honestly when we parked out front it's a Weller area and you have a view of your car the entire time when you're inside the restaurant so it's pretty safe. The restaurant itself isn't super big, but it has a lot of seating. What I like is that this place is open 24 hours. So definitely a great option for someone after a night out or getting off of work. Everything that I tried here was phenomenal. Look at the literal size of that Thai tea. It's so huge. And so good. The pet was really good and I eat fire and they were able to make the spice to a level that I could enjoy it. The Thai like dumplings were so delicious and yummy. I could order that alone and be happy same goes for the spring rolls the sauce that was there for dipping was so good. I needed another cup full. Overall, I think this place is 10/10 and I will definitely be back.

We've driven past this place for years and finally got the chance to try it--and it was absolutely delicious! As a Thai native, the authentic flavors instantly reminded me of the streets of Thailand, rather than being overly sweetened for the American palate. My kids absolutely loved the roti (which was gone before I could even take a picture!), and our Saturday afternoon visit was topped off with incredibly quick and friendly service. If you've been wondering about this spot, you definitely need to try it!

A friend picked up takeout for me from here so I can't speak on the service or restaurant itself, but the pad thai was good! It was a food texture and flavor. I got spice level 1 I think and it was honestly still a little bit spicy for me, so if you also can't handle spice I would keep that in mind. They're also open late!

Orange Chicken & Thai Fried Rice.

Stopped in for lunch with a friend after Pilates class because she was craving Thai. This was our first time here, and it's nice knowing there's a place you can go anytime (it's open 24/7), especially if you want something off the Strip but not too far from it. There's free parking right in front which is convenient, although the plaza is a little rough. The restaurant shares the lot with a couple other businesses, and there was quite a bit of trash, litter, and random messes when we pulled up. Of course that is to be expected, but I did notice someone from the restaurant cleaning up, which was above-and-beyond since it's a shared space. It made it clear that they care about the restaurant's environment/upkeep, even if the mess isn't on them to handle or take responsibility of. The atmosphere is very casual. There were TVs playing sports and we wondered who was in charge of the playlist because they were playing R&B (we're R&B heads), so the music made the vibe even more relaxed and enjoyable. Service was efficient, and our food came out pretty quickly. I ordered the orange chicken, which came with white rice. My friend ordered the Thai fried rice. The portion sizes were generous and we both left with full to-go containers. My orange chicken was good, and I liked how crispy it was. The sauce had a nice flavor and coated the chicken well. The only downside was that some pieces were over-fried, so a few were harder to chew than I would've liked. I didn't find it bad enough to say anything, but I do have a reference picture. My friend said her fried rice was about a 3.5/5. She said she would eat it again, but it wasn't her favorite. She ordered it without tomatoes though, so that may explain why it lacked some color and flavor. Something important to know is that there's no public restroom available here. So use it before you come. As someone who drinks tons of water throughout the day, I was so glad I didn't have to go, lol. But yeah, there's a sign that states so on the door. Aside from that, I think we got plenty of value because the menu offers a wide variety of options, entrees are reasonably priced, and the portions are large.

Omg. Love this place the food is amazing the waiters are so sweet and happy. Best service ever the restaurant is clean and very airy and cool. We had so much food left after we ate. I recommend this place if you're looking for delicious and large portion food.

Everything was perfect, stopped here on a whim after passing it. The inside is perfectly clean and comfortable. The staff is phenomenal, very sweet and professional. The food is absolutely amazing. My only "issue" was that the waitress didn't come around very often (waited awhile to be able to request the check) but she was busy the whole time so it's not a big deal. Would come here again

They had me at 4am Thai food Hours are 11am to 4am on weekends-- but with the market locked up by hours and location they have no right to be this good too!!! All your favorites but try the crab fried rice... house recommendation. Everyone here has ownership energy.

I found this restaurant just because I suddenly grew curious about how many restaurants are open 24 hours in Las Vegas. I found dozens, but only this one was within walking distance from my hotel -- basically just across the street if the hotel had a back door. The restaurant was not decorated as nicely as Bangkok Street Food. The floor was slick and sticky, indicating it hadn't been swept well. The music was too loud for a small chat. Hoi Jor $12.95 5/5 The word Hoi Jor is Chinese/Teochew, literally meaning "Crab Jujube," but it is not often made from crab. According to the menu, it was made from crab meat, ground chicken and pork, and water chestnut. But I didn't taste any crab meat or chestnut. Anyway, it tasted good -- crispy and juicy -- most likely made from fish meat instead of crab. A strange thing: either in the menu photo or in the dish I got, there were 6 pieces per serving, but the menu said 5 pieces each. Tom Yum $15.95 + Seafood Combination $7.00 5/5 Be aware, almost any protein costs extra. The price for meat choices was not an addition but a replacement for the free chicken/vegetables/tofu option. The Tom Yum itself was very authentic -- sweet and sour, light but full of flavor. The shrimp was fresh and big, but the mussels were smelly and fishy, probably frozen too long. The squid used was pre-cut squid rings, with the skin still on, making it a little difficult to eat. I had to bite the squid ring first, manually pull the skin off, then chew it. I know most others wouldn't eat food so meticulously. The Tom Yum used white mushrooms instead of the straw mushrooms that typical Tom Yum uses, which I was fine with. Drunken Noodles $15.95 + Squid $5.00 4/5 As with the Tom Yum, the added meat was a replacement, not a real addition. Anyway, the portion was worth the extra money. The dish I got was mostly squid rings, the same as in the Tom Yum. Same issue for me: the squid skin. There was so much squid that I had to dig through it to find the noodles. Drunken Noodles used flat wide rice noodles, "hor fun" in Cantonese, but they were stir-fried and broken too much, making the noodles too short to be picked up with chopsticks. I had to use a spoon to scoop them. Another issue was that the portion was good, but there were too few noodles. Noodles are much cheaper than squid rings -- I don't know why there were so few noodles in the dish. The waitress was kind but didn't seem to speak Thai. She also mentioned that they offer a 10% discount for bills over $100.

Green curry w beef

Food was okay. I had better and at least a few dollars cheaper. Maybe I went on a bad day but today was my first time. Looks like only one waiter was helping people while there was other workers standing around. Food took a long time to come out so I only got a few bites in. Then I had to go because my lunch was ending. Found out later they had an issue with the kitchen. Maybe tell me that before I sit down and order?

So this place is located in a very sketchy strip mall, but don't be afraid! Its safe! Staff was excellent and prompt. Ordered the black pepper pork ribs, shrimp spring roll & green tea Thai tea. The black pepper pork ribs came with white rice, steaming as it arrived! They were garnished with perfectly sautéed onions, cilantro and small crispy garlic parts, every thing was amazing! The ribs were a little chewy, probably made the day before. The spring roll was amazing, very fresh and decent portions. The peanut sauce was excellent, and a little spicy which was an excellent surprise! Would totally recommend this place and its open 24/7! If you could look beyond its location, please give it a try!

Is this place still open? I've called three times with no answer on a Friday night at 1am?

Yes. Im sitting here rn

Do they have BoAt noodles?

If you mean beef noodle with liver and blood, no they do not. They have beef noodle with meatballs.

Do they still have roaches?

First of all this place is bomb and has always appeared very clean and tidy.. But having worked in numerous restaurants I can tell you that pretty much every place you've eaten has had a pest problem or will in the future.. If the food is good,…

Are there vegan options?

I don't recall any vegan dishes from the menu but I am positive any orders can turn into vegan by substitute choice of meat with a tofu. Plenty of vegetable in tiger wrap. I thought it was a salad.

Does this restaurant deliver directly to hotel rooms in casinos?

Nope. They made me come outside.

What is most popular dish?

Pad Thai, according to the server. ?

They were crispy and flavorful, but had very little chicken filling. The vegetable tom kha was disappointing--it was too watery and tangy and lacked the creamy coconut flavor I expected. The Panang curry, however, was excellent--rich, creamy, well-spiced, and full of flavor. We ended the meal with the mango sticky rice, which was absolutely delicious and a must-try. Since it was a hot day, we also ordered lemonade, but it tasted more like chilled water and wasn't anything special. On our second visit, we tried the chicken satay, which was juicy, tender, and very flavorful. The Thai tea was just okay, but the chicken khao soi and chicken larb were both absolutely delicious and must-tries. The khao soi was rich and comforting, while the larb was fresh, spicy, and packed with flavor. The service was exceptional on both visits. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and made the experience even better. One important tip: make a reservation, because the wait times can be quite long, especially during busy hours. Overall, Lotus of Siam has some real standouts. I would definitely return for the Panang curry, chicken khao soi, chicken larb, and mango sticky rice.

Lotus of Siam is a Thai restaurant with multiple locations in Las Vegas, including this one on…read moreFlamingo Road minutes from the Vegas Strip. It's a casual spot, family-owned, and known for introducing Americans to Northern Thai cuisine. The sai oua ($24) was a Northern style sausage with a bit of spice and lots of herbaceousness. The garlic prawns ($36) are a popular dish which were fried but contained both the meat and the shell; it was garlicky, crispy, and had good flavor. The drunken noodles ($21) were on the sweeter side and not spicy at all. The khao soi ($22) was also on the sweeter side and was coconut-y. I typically see braised chicken meat in khao soi but this one came with the same kind of thinly-sliced meat seen in the drunken noodles and other stir fries. For drinks, the espresso martini ($17) was good. The thai tea was a bit watered down and had less sugar than normal, even for someone who likes drinks with less sweetness. Even though it's a huge space, I recommend making reservations ahead of time. It might have a significant importance but I've had better Thai restaurants.
